Plenty of large bathrooms, large open great room/kitchen, fireplaces, multiple TV's and seating areas. Comfy beds and bedding, hot tub and many pluses. Comfortably large kitchen for 5 working at same time and children running around. Plenty of parking and one garage space.

A group of us rented this property to escape town and have a relaxing weekend in the mountains with coffee, books and a fireplace. This was the most emaculate place I've stayed. We had some issues with the locks, but other than that it was absolutely perfect experience. Beautiful home with open, high ceilings with wooden accents and many large windows to bring the beauty of the mountain, trees, and Snake River “inside”. The open kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of seating for our family group of 12. The kitchen was all open into the dining/living area and had ample space for playing card games, puzzles, and a cozy atmosphere (beautiful fireplace) for family hanging out together. The beds were comfortable and spaces were clean and simply but beautifully decorated for the mountain setting. The hot tub was clean and provided lots of relaxing in the cool mountain air. The paved trails right next to the Snake River behind the house provided for beautiful walks and biking which went for miles past Dillon Lake and into the mountains. We enjoyed the many options for easy to moderate hikes in the area as well as nice pickleball courts in nearby Dillon Town park.

Only negative comment is that the driveway/garage setup is not very convenient if you have multiple vehicles coming and going at different times. There was an issue with the sump pump alarm one night, but it seemed to resolve itself. Had a great stay overall.

Cabin is very big and spacious, the kids enjoyed sledding down the hill side while the adults enjoyed the views from the hot tub. Big plus for us was that the property was only 4min drive to Keyston Ski resort, this allowed us to travel back and forth for lunch. Cabin was clean and had all the amenities needed for a weekend stay. We will definitely be back next winter.

The house is bigger than the pictures let on and the living room great for a large group. The master bedroom on the top floor is very big, while there seems to be enough space for all of the guests on the bottom floor. In the context of ski/mountain houses this is very good- of course certain things can always be cleaner but overall acceptable by most reasonable standards

The house overall is beautiful. Everything was clean and looked great when we got there. Plenty of things provided like dishes, pots/pans, games, and more. We had a group of 12 people and there was tons of room with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Only a couple items - the Washer did not work during out stay and the dishwasher didn't work as well as I would hope, however I let the property management team know right away and they were super understanding! Would appreciate a 10:30 or 11am check out time instead of 10am, but understand how the cleaning process works in between guests staying there. Overall would highly recommend this house for a luxurious and comfortable vacation house.

We LOVE the full kitchen and dining room since we cooked breakfast and dinner at the house. On top of it , there is a great place on each floor (family rooms and loft area) for adults or kids to hang out and spend time together. This is a perfect house for 4-5 families and skiing at Keystone.

There was only one glitch -- we couldn't get the oven to heat. We called property management for help. The person who responded did not know how to solve our problem, and we didn't get a call back until the next morning. Fortunately, one of our own party looked up the solution on the internet so we could use the oven. Everything else was very satisfactory.

We stayed 5 nights for our family vacation. The house met all of our needs to accommodate 12 of us. Spent a lot of time at the Keystone Resort. It’s a short distance away. We would love to come and stay in the winter to snow ski!

We can all enjoy a meal together at the table. It is clean, the hot tub has always been ready, the support staff responds quickly if there is a need, and we love having coffee on the deck listening to the river and watching the hummingbirds fly around! We will continue to rent this home for years to come! It makes for a wonderful week in the mountains with our family!

The location is so close to lots of stuff to do in Dillon, Keystone and Breckenridge but still makes you feel like you're secluded in the mountains. The house was spotless and check-in was easy -- we were even able to check-in a little early so make sure you ask about that. Truly a beautiful home with plenty of space to spread out. The property was absolutely perfect for us. The location was so close to Dillon to get everything we needed and a short drive to the mountains for skiing. We could seat 10 at the dinner table comfortably and accommodated all sleeping arrangements. We would love to come back each year and have the same house always!

Me and my family stayed at this house for 6 nights. The house was very accommodating for our large family. It was exactly what we needed. We skied Keystone 4 days and the resort was only a short drive from the house. Everything worked great and was very clean.

We stayed at this house for the first time this summer, and it was amazing. Our family has been to many destinations and we always stay VRBO due to there being 7 of us. This house was, by far, the best house we have stayed at. The location in Dillon is perfect. The neighborhood is beautiful. The house is very well maintained, and we had easy, responsive communications with the property managers. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking at it as a potential option.

The home was spacious and full of everything we needed from the kitchen and the bathrooms to plenary of blankets in the bedrooms. The only thing we had trouble with was getting the fireplaces started. We spent a good amount of time looking up videos on YouTube trying to figure it out. I would suggest leaving specific instructions for each fireplace in the unit. Other than that, it was perfect.

We had everything we needed, and the management company was incredibly helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone. The only issue we had were some of cabnets in the master bathroom were broken and 2 of the drawers under the stove top in the kitchen were in bad shape and needed repair. The house is beautifully decorated, very comfortably furnished and well-stocked. Hiking, Kayaking, fishing, and shopping were conveniently close. Breckenridge and Frisco were adorable towns to spend a day in. We enjoyed the Dillon Art Festival. Dining options were excellent all around the area. The Property Management team was awesome with quick response time and very helpful. After a day of hiking and outdoor activity, it was good to sit on the deck or relax in the hot tub with the fantastic view. The large dining table was great for our board games. This house is definitely one of the best rentals, we will be back.

I was easy to get to from Denver and eventhough it was located in a neighborhood, we felt like we were miles away from people. The photos do not do this place justice. It was so warm and cozy yet had enough space for everyone in my group to feel like they can have their individual space. We would love to rent this same house again.

We had meetings during the day, cooked meals together in the evening, and relaxed at night. Overall it was the perfect location and a great experience. The house is spacious and the rooms have the right amount of comfortable furniture. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed when preparing meals. I would definitely recommend this property to future guests.

Reviewer Comments: House was perfect for two families, One could stay upstairs and the other downstairs with a "buffer" zone in between that all but eliminated any noises from each other. Hot tub outside was hot and awesome, as well as Jacuzzi tub in upstairs bath and also large deep soaking tub in downstairs. Huge TV in downstairs theater room and Tv in upstairs and mid room too. Large kitchen with all the gadgets, seats 12 comfortably and sleeps 10 easily. 3 decks. Only downside ( which is why I gave 4 stars to location) is hwy 6 is wee bit noisy nearby which wasnt a real issue.

Reviewer Comments: We spent a week at this beautiful home with four adults, and three kids and had more than enough room for everybody to find their own space. The kitchen is large and well equipped. The TV and Wifi worked great and kept the kids happy when we were inside. The location of the property is on the Snake River and between two golf course fairways. Very convenient to Dillon/Silverthorne and the Summit County Recreational Pathway system. Would definitely love to stay here again.
