Super spacious with lots of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy, and also offers two family rooms and a dining table with tons of seating. Kitchen was very well equipped for easy cooking. Giant mudroom with space for all your gear. Enjoyed the beautiful road up to the property and views from back deck! Skiing in Keystone, as well as tubing and shopping in Frisco were our fun outings, and they were just minutes away. Management was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend, and we would definitely return!

The location was stunning, truly one of the finest spots I've visited in the mountains. However, we struggled with the entry code, and by the final day, we faced a lack of hot water each morning, leaving some family members to take cold showers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The House was perfect for our family birthday gathering of 11 people ranging in age from 2 to 70. The large table allowed us to play many group games and share wonderful meals together. The weather was pretty cold, but we were able to go sledding and use our snowshoes for short hikes in the area. The house in located in a beautiful forest, with lots of windows to enjoy the scenery. The property was well supplied, and clean. During our first morning, we discovered that the toaster did not work, but I texted the Summit County Mountain Retreats company, and a new one was delivered to the house in a few hours. It was especially wonderful that each bedroom had their own bathroom! We were able to park 1 car in the garage, and 3 cars side by side in the driveway. The large mud room allowed us to keep boots, coats, and gear for 11 people located in one place, out of the way from the rest of the house.

It was in a beautiful location surrounded by plenty of trees and a view of the mountains. We spent a lot of time on the back porch admiring the view and enjoying the peace and quiet. The house is located on a quiet street, as well. We loved it!Some non-stick pans for the kitchen would be helpful though. Other than that, the kitchen was completely stocked with plenty of items for cooking and dining.

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and it has everything you could need for a great vacation. Parking easily fit all our vehicles. Wifi was a bit spotty. Other than that, everything was as described in the listing.

We were there for our summit for the nonprofit. We were there to plan the year. We had so much space plenty of room and bathrooms for all of us. The house was clean and there was a sauna in the house which was a plus.

Our group enjoyed a four day stay at the end of September 2021. The house is well maintained and completely equipped with kitchen cooking items, utensils, and dishes. Other than what is in the series of pictures of the house, there are mountain bikes in the side shed, and firewood in a covered bin on the south side of the house. The house is partly powered by solar panels, just as a note. Fast WiFi connectivity was a surprise benefit. There is enough room in the driveway for 3 cars and parking for 1 car in the garage; the public parking possibly available at the golf club is too far down the mountainside for convenience. The management company operated seamlessly and the house was impeccably clean.

Reviewer Comments: Stayed here with eight gals for a golf tournament at Keystone Ranch course--the location couldn't be beat and we liked the thought of a larger home so that no one would have to share a bed. The house was really great and overall everyone was super happy. My feedback on the home is was obvious that this home is heavily used as the carpet in certain areas was extremely dirty and stained. That being said, I'm not sure why the Owners would have such light carpeting in a rental home. Also, shower doors were wonky and not attached on several showers. Get a few things fixed and this home would be perfect.

Our group of 4 kids and 3 adults stayed here in February for a 3 night stay. The place was easy to find and check in. The layout was great for us too. The upper floor was for 1 family, which had a bunk room, a king room and a queen room. The main level had the master, and the lower level had another 2 bedrooms for 2 more kids. The lower level also had a tv/entertainment room and the sauna. This was so great for families wanting to have a "kid" area and a more quiet adult area. The kitchen was a bit small, but had everything we needed. The dining area and table were nice a spacious. The house was nicely separated from the neighbors, had extra blankets, fans and lights. I rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few minor things were broken when we arrived (chair, cabinet, light...) and I found broken glass under one of the couches. Some of the lights didn't work, but that wasn't an issue for us. The mudroom was an amazing bonus to put all of our ski stuff and bags. Overall, I would recommend this place. It was a nice relaxing getaway close enough to Keystone to ski. Mountain house was about 10 minutes drive away.

The kitchen was a bit small, but had everything we needed. The dining area and table were nice a spacious. The house was nicely separated from the neighbors, had extra blankets, fans and lights. I rated 4 stars for cleanliness because a few minor things were broken when we arrived (chair, cabinet, light...) and I found broken glass under one of the couches. Some of the lights didn't work, but that wasn't an issue for us. The mudroom was an amazing bonus to put all of our ski stuff and bags. Overall, I would recommend this place. It was a nice relaxing getaway close enough to Keystone to ski. Mountain house was about 10 minutes drive away.

This house was ideal for our party of 14, lots of comfortable gathering areas, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a huge dining room table. The property management company gave excellent service , great communication throughout the process. I had to call their after hours number for help with stovetop operation and my Saturday morning call was answered quickly by a very friendly and helpful young man. The only hiccup occurred at our 12:30 am arrival (we had major delays due to an epic snow storm). Our 2-3 hour drive from Denver turned into a harrowing 8 hour drive and when we finally arrived at the property we could not get into the driveway due to the snow. I realize nobody can control the weather but I did expect the driveway to be cleared. After we found a couple of shovels (stuck in the snow on 2 locations, not in the garage) we shoveled until 1:00 am. The kitchen was well appointed and we used it a lot. Plastic wrap or foil would have been helpful, there were a few plastic containers but none with matching lids, otherwise we had everything we needed. I recommend this property for big groups and the Keystone area is gorgeous, can’t wait to return

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home in Keystone! It was so nice to get out of the hustle and bustle of Denver, and get into the mountain air and relax as a family. The house is very spacious, places for kids to be kids and adults to unwind! The kitchen is a chef's dream, with all top end appliances! We would highly recommend this beautiful mountain retreat! The home is easy to drive to and is located in a quiet community. The perfect mix between mountain retreat and city conveniences. We enjoyed the many walking and hiking trails right out the front door. Our entire family and friends enjoyed relaxing on the beautiful large deck and hot tub overlooking the mountains. We will be back!
