Surrounded by hiking trails and just minutes from Keystone Resort, Keystone Ranch Golf Course, and other Summit County attractions, it's the perfect destination for family gatherings and group getaways.

Living Area:
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, large windows, oversized seating, and a floor-to-ceiling stone wood-burning fireplace, creating a warm and inviting gathering space. A Smart TV provides entertainment, while the lower-level family room offers theater-style recliners, a large Smart TV, and direct access to the home's private sauna for relaxing after a day of adventure. The spacious mudroom includes built-in ski and boot storage along with additional seating.

Kitchen and Dining:
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an extensive collection of cookware, small appliances, glassware, and tableware for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet meals. The dining table seats ten guests, with four additional seats available at the breakfast bar. Just outside, the large deck offers comfortable outdoor seating and beautiful mountain views.

Please note: The reservation holder must be 26 years old at the time of reservation. This property has a 2-night minimum requirement. Parking is limited to one vehicle in the garage and three vehicles in the driveway. Large events and street parking are prohibited. An exterior security camera is located on the garage.

Our Home is in a quiet, residential, HOA community. We pride ourselves on being respectful and good neighbors. Do NOT book this property if you do not intend to review and abide by all of the HOA's rules, particularly the rules relating to noise and parking. If it is determined that you have violated the HOA's rules, you will be fined a minimum of $500, and, for repeated violations, your rental may be terminated without refund. If you have any questions, please contact us before booking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect for our eleven family members! Super spacious with lots of bedrooms/bathrooms for privacy, and also offers two family rooms and a dining table with tons of seating. Kitchen was very well equipped for easy cooking. Giant mudroom with space for all your gear. Enjoyed the beautiful road up to the property and views from back deck! Skiing in Keystone, as well as tubing and shopping in Frisco were our fun outings, and they were just minutes away. Management was very responsive when we had a question. Highly recommend, and we would definitely return!

A lot of nice little touches like plenty of kitchenware, wood fireplace with one chord of wood to start something and great communication with management group. No hot tub which many would expect in a house this size but sauna was pleasant surprise. Would easily stay here again.

Skiing in Colorado

Great place, great host. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure we had a good stay. Close proximity skiing and a beautiful neighborhood. Also nice to have so many rooms with bathrooms in them.

The location was stunning, truly one of the finest spots I've visited in the mountains. However, we struggled with the entry code, and by the final day, we faced a lack of hot water each morning, leaving some family members to take cold showers.
