We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend! The property was very nice, clean, and well maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable weekend. The beds and pillows were especially comfortable, and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a day out. The location was ideal - close to great golf, hiking trails, and Keystone Village. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Keystone!

We had a great weekend stay! It’s the perfect location for hitting the slopes. There was plenty of space for me, my husband, our three kids and pup to relax. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day of snowboarding. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be back again!

This is a great stay for a larger group. The house is awesome, close to the lifts, with lots of levels for people to stay. We did bring a cot to put kids in the office area. it was great. I would recommend.

This home and location were absolutely beautiful - less than five minutes from parking for the gondolas and chairlifts.
The only hiccup was a small one in that there were a couple different instructions for check-in with conflicting information - one sent through text and one through the app itself. However, someone was there to answer the phone immediately despite a late check-in and troubleshoot with me until they could confirm we were inside. It was a very easy fix.

We loved the view of the mountain (ski resort) from the hot tub every night! Skiing is close by (less than a mile drive to rent skis at Christy's and go to River Run at Keystone.) Several grocery stores are close by if you need some basics. Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We had enough pots and pans to make a full Thanksgiving dinner. We really enjoyed having a garage to keep the car in. We would love to stay there again.

Had a great weekend away for gaper day with my family! The hot tub was amazing, including the view right off the front! We walked to keystone and walked to goat soup and whiskey for a night out. Can’t wait to rent it again next year!

Reviewer Comments: The good: This house was very nice, I stayed there with my family for a week during spring break and we had plenty of space for the 6 of us. Amazing views from every window. Kitchen was well equipped to make meals and plenty of clean towels in the bathrooms.Location was great, walking distance to the ski school and lift, only a few minutes walk to Keystone free shuttle stop and to the Mexican restaurant down the street which was delicious.The not so good: The house was very dusty, we could see dust in many places, baseboards, window sills, window curtains, ceiling fan. The carpet in the garage level was full of crumbs at our arrival. The sliding doors seemed to be cleaned with dirty rugs, you could see all the marks in the morning ruining the amazing views. Also we could have used a couple of cozy blankets while watching tv, there was only one in the house. In general I would stay at this house again and would recommend to friends and family but the cleaning part needs to be addressed.

We enjoyed a 4 day stay in January. The location was very convenient for skiing at Keystone. Several restaurants within in walking distance if you don’t want to drive and short drive to Dillon/Silverthorne for more restaurants and groceries. Enjoyed the private hot tub after a day on the slopes.

We got a little bit of a scare when we arrived for check- in because our check-in instructions were missing from the lock box. When we went to the office, the lady explained that the owners of the property we were bioked at, had not checked out that day. She immediately went to work to find us an alternate property to stay in, and to make sure that we were taken care of. Within just a few minutes, we were on our way to our new property. We were checked on multiple times during the week to make sure that we were not having any issues with our stay, and to see if there was any way they could help. We were even asked to let them know if we found any issues with the property that needed to be addressed. For several years now, we have exclusively rented vacation rental properties like this,and were taken care of by Summit County Mountain Retreats better than any previous management company. We could not have been more pleased with a rental management company than this. Summit County Mountain Retreats!Thank you very much.

Great place with plenty of room. Mind that master bedroom os open to the living room, so if you’re a larger group place those who go to bed early in the downstairs bedroom. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of utensils and pottery. Great stay overall, would rent again when in the area.

We loved this property! Very spacious with plenty of sleeping room. The hot tub on the deck was amazing!! The only negative thing I would say is the one ply toilet paper and Kleenex (really hard on the skin). I will bring my own next time. Other than that, we loved this place!

Perfect spot for our group of 4 on an early season ski trip! Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, and great hosts who let us add an extra night to our stay. Hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I spent our honeymoon at this property and loved it! It is conveniently located only minutes from the Keystone resort and ski slopes. We enjoyed the hot tub on 2 of our 5 nights. It had a very cozy feeling and had plenty of key amenities. We will definitely have this place on our mind when we visit Keystone again in the future!

Loved the layout. • The check-in was so easy and the house was in very good conditions • Walkable to the bus stop to get to Keystone Ski resort • The hot tub was in such a nice location. Had a brief issue with a faulty alarm but it was resolved promptly and the battery was replaced. Really appreciated the quick response and when we wanted to extend due to weather it was super easy. Plenty of amenities and right next to restaurants and keystone.

We had an issue with the freezer the first night and as soon as we called someone came out the same day and fixed it. It was only a 20-30 minute drive to all the hiking we did near Breckinridge. This was a great getaway. If you are looking for a secluded (but not too secluded) then this is your place. The amenities were great. The beds were superior. No AC, no problemo. We were cold most of the time which allowed for cozy blankets after the Hot Tub. It really is much bigger than you can see in the pictures. While there are neighbors, everyone just kind of does there own thing. This place is the highest peek so we could see forever. Star gazing was awesome!

Perfect weekend getaway! In retrospect, we should’ve slept in the lower level bedroom where it was cooler at night. Took us a while to figure out how to keep the house at a decent temp, but it gets pretty hot in the upstairs bedroom. Everything else was perfect and we really as a great time!!

I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area. The only downside was that the people before us ruined the hot tub so we weren’t able to use it on our first night there. That was the main reason we chose to stay here so we were very disappointed. Other than that, my family had a great time and would stay here again.

We are pleased to hear these guests loved staying in the unit. We are also happy to hear that they enjoyed how well stocked the unit is and the comfortability of it. We completely understand the disappointment of not being able to use the hot tub right at check in time. Unfortunately the previous guests neglected the hot tub and we did have to dump and fill the hot tub to get it cleaned for these guests, this process does take some time for the hot tub to heat up again. However, the hot tub was working and operational for the remainder of the stay. We look forward to hosting these guests in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. Our boys, 6 and 3, loves using the driveway to go sledding every day, sometimes twice! Pros: the seating area is very comfortable with enough seating for everyone and really nice couches. The kitchen was well appointed and appliances were brand new. A garage and driveway made parking easy. A detached home was nice with younger kids... we didn’t have to worry about their jumping around disturbing people above/below/next to us. Cons: we found the beds on the lower level to be a bit uncomfortable. The queen is insanely plush/soft and it made my back sore. We moved the kids around so I could sleep on the bottom bunk instead. It was more supportive but the frame was very creaky/noisy. We left several maintenance requests for the management company. We weren’t given any pot holders, there was no power cord to one of the cable boxes, the fireplace remote didn’t work and, worst of all, there were no working smoke detectors on the lower level and the CO2 detector on the main level was disconnected. I bought batteries to get them all working. Safety should be checked before every stayOverall we had a wonderful trip and I think we’d stay again.

We stayed at the property for five nights in mid/late July of 2020 and found it to be a great launch point for our daily adventures around the Summit County area. Kids really enjoyed the hot tub or "hot pool" as they called it and we really enjoyed the grill to be able to grill out in the evenings. Great place to call home for a week. We will definitely keep this property in mind for future travels to Colorado.

We absolutely loved this property! The views were breathtaking! The owners thought of everything! Appliances, serving dishes, wine glasses, extra towels for hot tub! Laundry and detergent. Great place to stay!! Walking distance to a market, restaurants and bars. Grill ran out of propane while we were there. They responded to messages within minutes and brought us a new one within a few hrs.

Wow... what a place..!! We were coming here to play golf for a few days, but because of the lingering winter weather, we had to play in Denver. But we decided to stay in the mountains anyway, and what a great decision that was. This place was amazing, and the small towns just 10 minutes away were fantastic. Hope to return soon..!!

Great value, location, amenities, etc. Will definitely use Air BnB again. If we visit this area again we would likely choose this unit. Having a fully equipped kitchen(appliances, tableware, utensiles, etc.) saves a lot on meal expenses. During Ski season, Keystone Resort would be walking distance. With the free shuttle available to the other resorts and to Dillon and Silverthorne a rental car would not even be needed. Several restraunts and small grocery stores nearby.

The house itself had all the basics plus some extras that made the stay with our small group of friends and significant others amazing. The view out of the living room and from the deck where the hot tub sits is BEAUTIFUL at night and during the day as you are looking directly at Keystone slopes. The only draw back was the propane tank for the grill didn't work but we cooked our burgers on the stove. Would absolutely go back. Cheers!

You won't find another rental that meets the qualities "secluded" yet "centrally located" and "very walkable". It was an awesome house in a perfect location. You can walk to the lifts, bus stops, restaurants, and beer store in minutes. The space itself has everything you need for 5-6 adults to have a great week. The hot tub was spacious and clean and stayed hot! Would highly recommend this house for people planning a ski trip to keystone.
