In the winter, the Nordic Trail runs just behind the property for convenient cross-country skiing, while Keystone Resort is only a 10-minute drive away.

The lower-level family room offers additional space to relax with comfortable seating, a fireplace, Smart TV, games, and a wet bar complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Outside, the spacious deck features outdoor seating, a private hot tub, and a gas fire pit overlooking beautiful mountain scenery.

Kitchen and Dining:
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, a wine cooler, and all the cookware and tableware needed for preparing meals at home. Additional conveniences include a breakfast nook with seating for four, a butler's pantry with a second refrigerator and warming oven, and a breakfast bar with seating for six. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests.

Beautiful place and perfect for a bachelorette party. Only small note would be that there wasn't enough towels for both showering and using the hot tub. Otherwise great!

My husband, friends, and I really enjoyed our stay! This AirBnB is more beautiful than the photos in the listing. The house is quite grand and was very comfortable for my group of 13! The living space and the kitchen were wonderful to spend time in and we loved the back deck and the hot tub! The location is also beautiful and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants in Dillon and Silverthorne and we enjoyed how easily it was to get to hiking trails! The home was pristine in cleanliness and the housing management staff was quickly responsive to any needs we had! We will definitely be returning!

Great location and beautiful home. The photos don't do this place justice - it is a gorgeous mountain retreat and looks even bigger in person. The kitchen has everything you need and the grill is perfect on the back deck.
I was surprised at how many stairs there are in this house. As long as you're up for that, it creates nice separate spaces to spread out from your family/friends.
The only issue is parking can be tough. There are four parking spots but the house sleeps 14. If you have more than 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway,) the neighborhood will likely call to ask you to move them due to HOA. There is no free overnight parking in silverthorne so you have to pay ~$25 a night (in the summer months) at keystone resort, which is 6 minutes from the house.

We had a great stay at this Summit County Mountain Retreats home in Keystone! It was ideal for our group of three families (three dad's and our sons) with plenty of space, very comfortable, and everyone appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. The proximity to the slopes was unbeatable—super convenient for getting to and from Keystone, Breckenridge, and A-Basin. The home automation lighting took a little getting used to, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a great experience and a perfect home base for our ski trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Weekend Getaway near Skiing

We rented the house for a large friend trip to the mountains, and we were not disappointed! The house itself is beautiful and fit our large group comfortably. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck and the large kitchen and pantry. Our only wish is that the dining table had enough chairs and space for all 14 people the house can hold - to fit everyone for dinner, we had to use a bunch of bar stools and it was a very tight squeeze. But overall, I highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a large-group getaway!

Suggestion and comment

Would encourage the replacement of the tennis ball with a foosball. Would encourage the Galactica machine be looked at so two players can play. Great place. Well equipped.

This was the perfect location for us to celebrate our upcoming wedding with a close group of friends. The house is incredible- spacious, with plenty of room for a large group to spread out, wonderful communal areas like the huge kitchen, amazing deck with a fire pit and hot tub, and living room with a fire place and cozy couch. The location could not be better- steps away from the Summit County bike/walking path and minutes from Keystone and Lake Dillon. Located right on the golf course, it is quiet, peaceful, and rejuvenating. Drive was about 1 hours and 15 minutes from Denver. Our favorite times were spent grilling out on the deck and talking around the fire pit. Could not recommend this spot more. We would love to come back!
