We chose this property partially because it was on River Run golf course. This house was on the 8th hole. The house has many levels with ample beds and space for everyone. The stairs could be an issue if anyone in your group has mobility issues, but fortunately it was fine for us and gave everyone lots of privacy by being separated on different levels. The dining room, kitchen, living room, and deck area are all on one level and this is where we spent our time together. Be aware there is no air conditioning, but again this wasn’t an issue for us as the temperatures were great when we were there. It was nice having a garage in which to keep our vehicle. The check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. The management company communicated through text and there was a QR code at the house which had a lot of information about items in the house. We had a great time in the Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge communities. We did hiking, shopping, and a couple rounds of golf, as well as lots of nature enjoyment.- Reviewed On: 6/10/2026

Fantastic ski house....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. It had virtually everything we needed. There were 7 of us and had more than enough room. It was perfectly located and only about 5+ min from the Keystone ski resort. Only things worth noting is what we had read in many other reviews of this house was that the light system in each room is difficult to figure out. I would say that is true but once you get the hang of it, it wasn't that big of a deal. Only issue we had was that the hot tub did not work. Apparently this was a consistent problem as well in the reviews we read. The management company was very responsive anytime we reached out to them so they did send someone out fairly quickly to fix it. It would have been nice if there were instructions on how to shut off the hot tub. Management wasn't even sure. I had to find youtube of the hot tub to figure out how to shut it off. It's definitely not intuitive. Other than that, it was a terrific house and we would stay there again.- Reviewed On: 2/20/2026

My husband, friends, and I really enjoyed our stay! This AirBnB is more beautiful than the photos in the listing. The house is quite grand and was very comfortable for my group of 13! The living space and the kitchen were wonderful to spend time in and we loved the back deck and the hot tub! The location is also beautiful and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants in Dillon and Silverthorne and we enjoyed how easily it was to get to hiking trails! Great location and beautiful home. The photos don't do this place justice - it is a gorgeous mountain retreat and looks even bigger in person. The kitchen has everything you need and the grill is perfect on the back deck.
I was surprised at how many stairs there are in this house. As long as you're up for that, it creates nice separate spaces to spread out from your family/friends.
The only issue is parking can be tough. There are four parking spots but the house sleeps 14. If you have more than 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway,) the neighborhood will likely call to ask you to move them due to HOA. There is no free overnight parking in silverthorne so you have to pay ~$25 a night (in the summer months) at keystone resort, which is 6 minutes from the house.

Abundance of space and comfort

It had plenty of room, everything you need to cook meals and was very clean and comfortable. The main floor space was a great spot to congregate and eat. The deck and hot tub hit the spot! The only issue was there appears to be very close monitoring of activity of the house. Within hours of arriving I received a text about leaving the garage doors open when gone, even though people were still at the home and unloading items from vehicles. The next day someone stopped in front of the house taking pictures, and soon after I received a call from the management company about a specific vehicle being parked in a spot that I thought was part of a driveway turnaround. These minor instances did not diminish our experience however, great place to stay for large groups.- Reviewed On: 8/6/2025
Thank you for your feedback! The garage door text is automated and goes out to all guests staying in properties with private garages at a set time on their day of check in. It is not sent out due to monitoring of any kind. The neighborhood HOA and Summit County as a whole have very strict rules regarding parking and neighbors will report any issues to local short term rental regulators. The regulators then call us to report a violation of the rules, which we are required to fix in order to avoid fines or loss of our short term rental license. The person taking photos was a neighbor reporting the violation and not someone from our team, though we do apologize that it felt as if we were being overly nosey! We do our best not to bother guests during their stay if at all possible and we are very glad that you enjoyed your stay!Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

We had a great stay at this Summit County Mountain Retreats home in Keystone! It was ideal for our group of three families (three dad's and our sons) with plenty of space, very comfortable, and everyone appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. The proximity to the slopes was unbeatable—super convenient for getting to and from Keystone, Breckenridge, and A-Basin. The home automation lighting took a little getting used to, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a great experience and a perfect home base for our ski trip. Great Weekend Getaway near Skiing
We rented the house for a large friend trip to the mountains, and we were not disappointed! The house itself is beautiful and fit our large group comfortably. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck and the large kitchen and pantry. Our only wish is that the dining table had enough chairs and space for all 14 people the house can hold - to fit everyone for dinner, we had to use a bunch of bar stools and it was a very tight squeeze. Our only wish is that the dining table had enough chairs and space for all 14 people the house can hold - to fit everyone for dinner, we had to use a bunch of bar stools and it was a very tight squeeze. But overall, I highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a large-group getaway!- Reviewed On: 3/19/2024
