We chose this property partially because it was on River Run golf course. This house was on the 8th hole. The house has many levels with ample beds and space for everyone. The stairs could be an issue if anyone in your group has mobility issues, but fortunately it was fine for us and gave everyone lots of privacy by being separated on different levels. The dining room, kitchen, living room, and deck area are all on one level and this is where we spent our time together. Be aware there is no air conditioning, but again this wasn’t an issue for us as the temperatures were great when we were there. It was nice having a garage in which to keep our vehicle. The check-in and check-out procedures were clear and simple. The management company communicated through text and there was a QR code at the house which had a lot of information about items in the house. We had a great time in the Keystone, Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco, and Breckenridge communities. We did hiking, shopping, and a couple rounds of golf, as well as lots of nature enjoyment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was great. It had virtually everything we needed. There were 7 of us and had more than enough room. It was perfectly located and only about 5+ min from the Keystone ski resort. Only things worth noting is what we had read in many other reviews of this house was that the light system in each room is difficult to figure out. I would say that is true but once you get the hang of it, it wasn't that big of a deal. Only issue we had was that the hot tub did not work. Apparently this was a consistent problem as well in the reviews we read. The management company was very responsive anytime we reached out to them so they did send someone out fairly quickly to fix it. It would have been nice if there were instructions on how to shut off the hot tub. Management wasn't even sure. I had to find youtube of the hot tub to figure out how to shut it off. It's definitely not intuitive. Other than that, it was a terrific house and we would stay there again.

My husband, friends, and I really enjoyed our stay! This AirBnB is more beautiful than the photos in the listing. The house is quite grand and was very comfortable for my group of 13! The living space and the kitchen were wonderful to spend time in and we loved the back deck and the hot tub! The location is also beautiful and we enjoyed the nearby restaurants in Dillon and Silverthorne and we enjoyed how easily it was to get to hiking trails! The home was pristine in cleanliness and the housing management staff was quickly responsive to any needs we had! We will definitely be returning!

Great location and beautiful home. The photos don't do this place justice - it is a gorgeous mountain retreat and looks even bigger in person. The kitchen has everything you need and the grill is perfect on the back deck.
I was surprised at how many stairs there are in this house. As long as you're up for that, it creates nice separate spaces to spread out from your family/friends.
The only issue is parking can be tough. There are four parking spots but the house sleeps 14. If you have more than 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway,) the neighborhood will likely call to ask you to move them due to HOA. There is no free overnight parking in silverthorne so you have to pay ~$25 a night (in the summer months) at keystone resort, which is 6 minutes from the house.

It had plenty of room, everything you need to cook meals and was very clean and comfortable. The main floor space was a great spot to congregate and eat. The deck and hot tub hit the spot! The only issue was there appears to be very close monitoring of activity of the house. Within hours of arriving I received a text about leaving the garage doors open when gone, even though people were still at the home and unloading items from vehicles. The next day someone stopped in front of the house taking pictures, and soon after I received a call from the management company about a specific vehicle being parked in a spot that I thought was part of a driveway turnaround. These minor instances did not diminish our experience however, great place to stay for large groups.

Thank you for your feedback! The garage door text is automated and goes out to all guests staying in properties with private garages at a set time on their day of check in. It is not sent out due to monitoring of any kind. The neighborhood HOA and Summit County as a whole have very strict rules regarding parking and neighbors will report any issues to local short term rental regulators. The regulators then call us to report a violation of the rules, which we are required to fix in order to avoid fines or loss of our short term rental license. The person taking photos was a neighbor reporting the violation and not someone from our team, though we do apologize that it felt as if we were being overly nosey! We do our best not to bother guests during their stay if at all possible and we are very glad that you enjoyed your stay!

We had a great stay at this Summit County Mountain Retreats home in Keystone! It was ideal for our group of three families (three dad's and our sons) with plenty of space, very comfortable, and everyone appreciated how quiet and peaceful it was. The proximity to the slopes was unbeatable—super convenient for getting to and from Keystone, Breckenridge, and A-Basin. The home automation lighting took a little getting used to, but it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a great experience and a perfect home base for our ski trip. Would definitely stay here again!

We rented the house for a large friend trip to the mountains, and we were not disappointed! The house itself is beautiful and fit our large group comfortably. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck and the large kitchen and pantry. Our only wish is that the dining table had enough chairs and space for all 14 people the house can hold - to fit everyone for dinner, we had to use a bunch of bar stools and it was a very tight squeeze. But overall, I highly recommend the house to anyone looking for a large-group getaway!

It is large and provides great space to spread out, and to gather as a family. We had extended family all stay together, and it was perfect. The only concern is parking is limited. The garage does not fit all-size vehicles, so plan accordingly if you are using a truck or more than three vehicles will be visiting at a time. Property management was rude when calling to address this concern, and HOA in-person instructions were very different than guestbook instructions. With that said, it was a great stay, and we would return.

This was the perfect location for us to celebrate our upcoming wedding with a close group of friends. The house is incredible- spacious, with plenty of room for a large group to spread out, wonderful communal areas like the huge kitchen, amazing deck with a fire pit and hot tub, and living room with a fire place and cozy couch. The location could not be better- steps away from the Summit County bike/walking path and minutes from Keystone and Lake Dillon. Located right on the golf course, it is quiet, peaceful, and rejuvenating. Drive was about 1 hours and 15 minutes from Denver. Our favorite times were spent grilling out on the deck and talking around the fire pit. Could not recommend this spot more. We would love to come back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home was perfect for a family mountain vacation for our large group of 15. We loved the very spacious and open main floor (kitchen, dining room, and living room) and the large covered deck with seating, a grill, hot tub, and a table for 8+. It was nice to have the second living room/mini kitchen downstairs so the kids could go down there, be loud, and enjoy playing both foosball and on the Pac-Man machine. We cooked all our meals at home in the large and well equipped kitchen, and the pantry off the kitchen with a second full refrigerator/freezer was great. There are several levels in the home but stairs were not an issue for our group, including those in their 70’s & 80’s. The master bedroom on the top level is especially lavish. The management company was VERY responsive. We contacted them about some minor issues and they sent someone out right away. Highly recommend renting this place!

The beds and all furniture was very comfortable, and the house and kitchen were stocked with everything you could need including plenty of games. You could tell it was meant to feel like a home, not a rental with cheap items. Very spacious, but beware there are a lot of stairs as everything is on different levels. This is great for noise. You enter on the main level and there are 3 bedrooms, garage, two baths and a living room. But to get to the kitchen you go up two sets of stairs, one bedroom on the landing on between the two sets. Additional bedrooms as you go up two more sets of stairs.

We had 10 adults and 2 children. The house was 11/10, the pictures online don't do it justice! A quick 6 min drive to Keystone resort was perfect to get to/from the village for outings or hitting the slopes! The beds were comfortable and there was more than enough space for us to enjoy our weekend away and each have our own little private bedroom retreat! Only downside was the tea kettle needs to be replaced, the handle is badly broken which made it a bit of a safety issue while trying to use it. Also, the fridge in the main kitchen was the only one we were able to get to make ice. The fridge in the butler's pantry wouldn't make ice, nor the "ice machine" in the main kitchen. Over all, it was an AMAZING home and we are already looking at future weekends to go back and stay again! HIGHLY recommend this home for a get-away with a large group!

Wonderful house that felt like home. Very well-stocked kitchen, tons of board games, and cozy throw blankets. The beds were all very comfortable! The homeowners chose everything to make it feel like home, not a rental.

What a beautiful home! The great room - kitchen - dining- outdoor space is absolutely stunning! It was clean and the bedding was lovely- beds comfy too! There is a lovely walking path around the golf course when the course isn’t open and we had a ton of fun! This is not a house for those who can’t do stairs. We did ok but keep that in mind.

I stayed here with some friends to celebrate my 26th birthday and it was wonderful! Plenty of room to hangout and enjoy the beautiful weather. It was very close to a cute little coffee shop (Cofa Coffee) and close to hike around Lake Dillon. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of games too! I would love to stay here again!

The kitchen and prep kitchen were a dream! My only complaints were: the bathroom(s) layout was bizarre- the en-suite primary bath was the only full bathroom for the three bedrooms upstairs; no hot tub towels were provided; only 6 sets of bathroom towels provided despite disclosing 14 people would be staying at the home. Regardless, we very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home and would absolutely rent it again.

Property was beautiful. Had tons of room for our party of 12. Skied at Keystone. Very quick drive and perfect location for us. Used fireplaces often. I would suggest a quick tutorial to renters because their property has a lot of hi tech features that took a bit to understand. We had a small issue with the the filter water faucet. Water would not shut off. Maintenance came pretty quickly to shut it off. The kitchen faucet also needs to be tightened and fixed. Was usable so we just showed maintenance for future fixing. I let the property management team know of a few minor maintenance items, and the house smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason wasn’t enjoyable (maintenance came out and left the alarm system disabled for the time being). Otherwise the venue was great for our needs and everyone loved the house and back patio.

Beautiful home, very well stocked in the kitchen. Management company kept in touch to check in on our needs. I had to work one of the days we were there and wifi was great for video conferences. Love that the rec path is 20 ateps from the house and the golf course is beautiful.

Sledding and cross country skiing within walking distance. The dummy waiter was fabulous for bringing groceries up o the kitchen because there are loads of stairs in this house.I would definitely rent this home again!

Well-stocked with utensils, a large pantry with second stove helped with cooking for lots of kids, and the second fridge made it easy to fit everything for a long weekend. The location couldn’t be better. 1 mile to the free keystone lot and 21 minutes to Breckenridge gondola lot. We will definitely try to be back.
