The place was very clean with nice updates. The main living area was so spacious with great flow. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities. Location was phenomenal. The management company was very responsive and addressed our requests. Hot tub needed a little more water and the hot water had a funny smell but was fixed within a couple hours of me writing to them. I highly recommend this place!

Our family loved our stay at the Air B n B. The house was so comfortable for the 5adults and 4 kids. The downstairs “apartment “ was perfect for our older kids. The beds upstairs were so comfortable.

The only issues we had was that there was no ice maker or ice cube trays and the batteries in the fireplace remote were dead. The mgmt co. addressed both issues promptly. There also was no tea kettle or salt which were missed. We enjoyed our stay very much. My 4 star rating is not a reflection of the property, but of the mgmt company policy for a 4 or 430pm (?) check in time and a 10am checkout. For the amt we paid for the rental I'd have expected an hour or two on either end so we could maximize our time in the area. It was otherwise a great stay- very convenient, quiet, spacious and clean.

we had a great few days here. The house was perfect to fit 9 people and had every amenity we could think of. It was very clean and in a great location. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Airbnb gem, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my birthday. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impeccable, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The attention to cleanliness throughout the entire apartment was evident, and I felt at ease knowing that the host took great care in maintaining a spotless space. One of the highlights of this Airbnb was its prime location. My stay at this Airbnb exceeded all expectations. The condo is perfectly situated next to restaurants, grocery stores, equipment rental and a brewery. The hot tub was sparkling clean when we checked in. My friend had her contacts shipped to the rental property and when they arrived a day early, the management company had someone bring them in from the porch and leave them inside for us.

We were very happy with Summit Country Rentals--great communication. This site is spacious, well equipped, a wonderful location. We loved the large bedrooms, king size beds and room to spread out for 6 adults. The 2 car garage was an added bonus. Great living room area that can accommodate large groups including seating. The openness of the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining area made it great for our group of 10 plus guests. We skied at Copper during our stay and next to staying at the mountain, location cant be beat. We loved the hot tub for soaking after skiing and the fireplace was great for taking the chill off. There is some definite wear and tear but that is to be expected. The location is fabulous and there is plenty of parking. The new hot tub this year was lovely! Three suggestions for immediate improvement to the guest experience: a tea pot, scour and bleach the master shower floor and fix the lift for the hot tub cover.

We had 5 adult men for a ski trip and this home easily provided enough room and beds. 3 bedrooms upstairs with king beds was awesome. The basement provided plenty of room as well with a Queen and bunk bed. The living room had 2 huge couches and other seating to accommodate 10+ people. The hot tub is 6 short feet outside the sliding porch door. The kitchen provided all the essentials to make meals and we didn’t need to eat out. Safeway is 3 blocks away to go grocery shopping.

This was a great place for a family weekend! The housekeeping staff had the condo very clean and well stocked! The internet was fast and it was nice to have games and tv’s for viewing. Our family with children loved having the basement area with bunk beds. We enjoyed the hot tub and lovely deck with a view of the aspens. The condo was walking distance via a nice walking path by a creek with trout to brewery, restaurants, coffee, etc. Location also great to easily venture to other trails and villages.

A couple challenges were resolved quickly. I would suggest a new mattress for the basement queen. A new coffee maker wouldn't hurt. And detail what kind of coffee maker (pods vs grounds) in description so grocery shopping is easier. Some parts of the home are a bit dated but well maintained. Overall, it's a great place and we had a great stay. Is definitely on my list of winter options now.

The location of the house in Frisco was amazing! It was close to lots of shopping and to the highway to get us to the ski lift quickly. Finding a home with king-size beds in at least three bedrooms is hard to do so this house was perfect!! The extra living space downstairs was great for teenage kids! The property is in a quiet neighborhood and we were lucky enough to get snow overnight so everything was peaceful and beautiful the second morning. The house could use a deep clean of walls and floors but overall was clean and comfortable. There is also a pretty large hole on the west side of the home where an animal has now made a burrow. You can hear them in the walls at night from the bedroom on the west side over the garage.

We loved being walkable to a bike rental, other stores, a coffee shop, and a small park all less than 1/2 mile on flat ground. The "downtown" area of Frisco is about a mile away, also flat and walk/bike path friendly.Property was clean and many "extras" such as spices, coffee filters and plenty of pots/pans/utensils. We had a great outing to Outer Range Brewery one night - very fun place.

This place was amazing. Lots of room, well kept, clean and it had a very well stocked kitchen! We had a large group of 11 adults and over all were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms upstairs were very cozy. The basement could use a little updating to be cozy. The only real complaint is the kitchen knives are so dull they are dangerous. We would recommend getting replacements for the food prep knives.

We had a large family get together and our Place at Summit County was perfect. Super location just off I 70. Great access to stores within 2 blocks. Comfortable for large groups. Everything you needed is right there and the backyard was so peaceful and Beautiful. Easy directions to enter and very clean.

This is a very beautiful home and very accommodating. Walking/ Close to Walmart and other local stores. Great things to do around the area. You'll have a good time here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
