Just 4 minutes from Main Street Breckenridge, this spacious mountain retreat features two living areas, two primary suites, a private hot tub, wraparound deck with treed views, private laundry, and a two-car garage, making it the perfect home base for families and groups.

Living Area:
The main living area features vaulted ceilings, large windows with beautiful treed views, a gas fireplace, comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV. Step outside to the spacious wraparound deck to relax in the private hot tub after a day of skiing or hiking. A second living area on the lower level offers additional seating and a flat-screen TV, providing plenty of space for everyone to gather.

Kitchen and Dining:
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and tableware and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, and double ovens. The dining table seats 8-10 guests, with three additional seats available at the breakfast bar.

We had an excellent stay at this home in Breckenridge. The house was spotless, very well equipped, and perfectly suited for our family and group. The bedrooms and common areas were spacious and comfortable.
Check-in was smooth, and the property manager was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
The location is a key highlight: surrounded by forest, very peaceful with beautiful views, yet just a few minutes from Breckenridge, making it highly convenient. Our kids especially enjoyed playing in the snow around the house.
We would definitely recommend this property for families or groups looking for comfort and a tranquil setting close to town.

We loved our stay! The location was great for us due to proximity to trails and the main strip in Breckenridge. The kitchen was very well equipped for our group of 8 as we cooked multiple meals. Everything was clean and as described. The beds were also very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Home Close to Ski Resort and main street Breckenridge

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful family stay. The home was beautiful and big enough for 3 families to stay in. Plenty of beds for all 12 people. This home gives you the feel of a private location in the mountains but was also just a 5 minute drive to the ski resort and Main Street Breckenridge for shopping and restaurants. The hot tub on site was enjoyable. Summit County Mountain Retreats was attentive, texting us a few times throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We were also able to get a late check-out. It did cost an extra $15/hr, but was well worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space and a large enough living room and deck for everyone to spend time together. Less than 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and very easy to access. The noise from the highway is a bit loud with the windows shut, but you can't hear it when everything is shut. Would recommend!

Perfect family vacation home

We loved everything about this rental. Spacious, extremely clean, well equipped kitchen, very nice beds and linens. Every bedroom has its own bath. This is a huge plus with a family. Location could not have been better for getting to the slopes and downtown Breckinridge.
