We had an excellent stay at this home in Breckenridge. The house was spotless, very well equipped, and perfectly suited for our family and group. The bedrooms and common areas were spacious and comfortable.
Check-in was smooth, and the property manager was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
The location is a key highlight: surrounded by forest, very peaceful with beautiful views, yet just a few minutes from Breckenridge, making it highly convenient. Our kids especially enjoyed playing in the snow around the house.
We would definitely recommend this property for families or groups looking for comfort and a tranquil setting close to town.

We loved our stay! The location was great for us due to proximity to trails and the main strip in Breckenridge. The kitchen was very well equipped for our group of 8 as we cooked multiple meals. Everything was clean and as described. The beds were also very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

This home gives you the feel of a private location in the mountains but was also just a 5 minute drive to the ski resort and Main Street Breckenridge for shopping and restaurants. The hot tub on site was enjoyable. Summit County Mountain Retreats was attentive, texting us a few times throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We were also able to get a late check-out. It did cost an extra $15/hr, but was well worth it. We would definitely stay here again!

Less than 5 minutes from downtown Breckenridge and very easy to access. The noise from the highway is a bit loud with the windows shut, but you can't hear it when everything is shut. Property was actually better than pictures, specially leaving room kitchen area. Bathrooms where clean and nice.(some of them small but still good). One important thing is always Mattresses. They where nice and maybe new, Comfortable. Pillows where for me and out group to soft but no big deal. Appliance where nice and new. Plenty of dishes and cups. Location is close to down town or main street and easy access to ski resort. We where 3 families, six adult and six teenage and had still plenty of room. NOW, Fireplace was not working properly and for winter time is all about fireplace. We had contact the management and they have sent Someone to check on it next day. Maybe there is a trick to keep it on but we had the problem to have it continuing on, it turned off after 7-30 minute and sometimes came back on by it self. I guess it is the thermostat that is not working properly. We had few little issue and management fix the. Another Big issue for larger group is showering at same time. Maybe water heater is too small. But we managed that one as well. Another Issue is the stairs railing with big space between post which could be dangerous for families with small children. I have informed the management company about this and hopefully they can fix that. Vail is about 40 minute away and easy ride. it is worth for a half day trip or ski day. Overall I would recommend this property. We had lots of fun but not enough snow for ski which is common for this time of year.

We arrived with trucks, trailers and 6 motorcycles. The location was great. We were far enough out of Breckinridge but close enough to just run into town. We had 5 couples so this place was a great fit. Everyone had private space and their own bathroom. The satellite parking lot was close enough and safe for trailer parking. The mud/ ski area off the garage was a bonus. We could hang leathers, riding boots etc. and not have to carry them up the stairs. What we all noticed was how quiet the house was with 10 people milling around. The kitchen is very well stocked and has a great kitchen table. Great for game nights. We had a great time riding and enjoyed many fabulous restaurants. I wound recommend this location!

This place is SO awesome! The house had so many beds/bathrooms to accommodate guests. The hot tub and views were excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. It’s only about a 5 min ride/Uber to downtown Breck as well. Had a blast and would definitely rent again!

You don’t have to leave the comfort of the home for anything other than activities planned. View amazing especially for nice pictures. Beautiful home, easy to find! Located short driving distance to main street Breckenridge. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy. They do provide towels in the bathrooms and for the hot tub. They provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dish soap and laundry detergent. The only thing I would suggest is a different way to send the code to get into the house because I did not receive the email and had to call them, but they answered and quickly gave me the code. Would stay here again

Super easy check in and out. From the kitchen to bathrooms, it comes with everything you need. Hot tub was very nice. Spacious bedrooms with king and queen beds. Close to town for a pizza pick-up. Wonderful place for a ski trip.

The house was very clean and well supplied with towels in the bathrooms and had a well stocked kitchen for cooking large family meals. The stairs in the house are a bit steep for anyone with health issues. It is also built just off the highway and does have traffic noise. The pictures do this no justice! It is absolutely beautiful. So much space for a large group to stay comfortably. Had the privacy we wanted but was still close enough to town to enjoy all Breck has to offer. A family member saw the pictures from the weekend and is planning to book their stay soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house worked really well for for our group of 6 with plenty of space for more. Very close and easy drive to Breck. Close to highway and views are not breathtaking but we had no noise issues and were out and about during the daylight hours anyway. Inside was very clean and comfortable including beds, linens, kitchen utensils, temperature, appliances, etc. Instructions for check-in, Wi-Fi, etc all spot on and easy to follow. Private hot tub a few feet from door a plus! A few minor comments/suggestions: sliding pocket door to master bath was cracked and was difficult to slide (minor maint item); master bath small with no place to set toiletries (maybe a small shelving unit under sink); driveway is gravel/ dirt except last few feet and if car parked outside garage we were stepping in mud. Overall very pleased and would look forward to staying here again.

MY family and i enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home nestled next to a hillside lined with Ponderosa pine. I loved the open concept of the living space. The kitchen, dining and living room are opened and great for having conversations while we cooked dinner. The kids enjoyed sledding on the hillside. Great outdoor patio that gives you breathtaking views and its literally minutes from downtown Breckenridge. I would recommend this house and i would definitely be staying here in the future.

MY family and i enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home nestled next to a hillside lined with Ponderosa pine. I loved the open concept of the living space. We had 14 people and didn’t feel cramped at all. The host kept in contact the whole time in case there were any issues but we didn’t have any. We originally really wanted to be in town but couldn’t find a property that worked for our group. We decided on this home which is a short ways outside of Breckenridge, it turned out to be perfect! We would definitely recommend this home!

We had a wide variety of guests coming and needed many beds and this was amazing! It had a room with twin bunks and a queen size bed. Perfect for a little family with two kids. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking which was super awesome. Really close to Breckinridge ski resort which is what we wanted. Great views, comfy bed, nice showers and laundry. Overall super awesome for a big group.

What a gem, beautiful property. 1.5 miles from town. The home is warm and welcoming. Clean all new appliances and amenities. Private not close to other houses. Gorgeous snowy view from the huge balcony in the family room. Plenty of room with our family of 10. The best part was the heated tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. Hot tub after a long day of snowboarding was a plus.

This property superseded our expectations!! It was so clean and inviting. They had a bathroom for every bedroom... amazing. A huge deck. Games for all ages were provided. Close to everything in Breckinridge!!

We had a group of 12 ages 8 -70 and this house was perfect. It is very roomy and beautiful inside. We are 3 minutes from main street in Breckinridge. The property management company was excellent. We found there wasn't a grill brush and notified them and they delivered one later that day. This would also be a great rental in the winter for skiing. We will definitely rent here again!

We had young kiddos and the place was already almost entirely childproofed (without sacrificing at all on decor!) If you prefer a separate towel for shower and hot tub, bring your own extras or plan to pick up at the office (all the way over in Silverthorne)... they won’t deliver. But with the on site laundry we managed :) Great spot! If only there was a bus route...

We absolutely loved this house!! The three levels were perfect for everyone to space out with their own rooms. View in livingroom was gorgeous waking up drinking my coffee and watching it snow!!! Short drive into Main Street which was also convenient. Rooms were all nice and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies as well. We absolutely loved this house and in the future will be back again. Our third year coming to Breckenridge and we love keeping this tradition going. Thank you for making our stay nice and cozy. Wonderful memories.
