We had an excellent stay at this home in Breckenridge. The house was spotless, very well equipped, and perfectly suited for our family and group. The bedrooms and common areas were spacious and comfortable.
Check-in was smooth, and the property manager was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions.
The location is a key highlight: surrounded by forest, very peaceful with beautiful views, yet just a few minutes from Breckenridge, making it highly convenient. Our kids especially enjoyed playing in the snow around the house.
We would definitely recommend this property for families or groups looking for comfort and a tranquil setting close to town.

We loved our stay! The location was great for us due to proximity to trails and the main strip in Breckenridge. The kitchen was very well equipped for our group of 8 as we cooked multiple meals. Everything was clean and as described. The beds were also very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great, as promised, very clean, everything you would ever need was provided, from cooking utensils to fans , humidifiers, extra blankets, etc. Turn key in my eyes, would book again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved everything about this rental. Spacious, extremely clean, well equipped kitchen, very nice beds and linens. Every bedroom has its own bath. This is a huge plus with a family. Location could not have been better for getting to the slopes and downtown Breckinridge.

Property was actually better than pictures, specially leaving room kitchen area. Bathrooms where clean and nice.(some of them small but still good). One important thing is always Mattresses. They where nice and maybe new, Comfortable. Pillows where for me and out group to soft but no big deal. Appliance where nice and new. Plenty of dishes and cups. Location is close to down town or main street and easy access to ski resort. We where 3 families, six adult and six teenage and had still plenty of room. NOW, Fireplace was not working properly and for winter time is all about fireplace. We had contact the management and they have sent Someone to check on it next day. Maybe there is a trick to keep it on but we had the problem to have it continuing on, it turned off after 7-30 minute and sometimes came back on by it self. I guess it is the thermostat that is not working properly. We had few little issue and management fix the. Another Big issue for larger group is showering at same time. Maybe water heater is too small. But we managed that one as well. Another Issue is the stairs railing with big space between post which could be dangerous for families with small children. I have informed the management company about this and hopefully they can fix that. Vail is about 40 minute away and easy ride. it is worth for a half day trip or ski day. Overall I would recommend this property. We had lots of fun but not enough snow for ski which is common for this time of year.

Our (extended) family was in town for a wedding and I can’t say enough about the accommodations at Crown! It provided the space we needed, meticulously clean, exceptional communication with agency, beautiful setting and convenient to the quaint downtown of Breckenridge. Nothing stopping you from booking this beautiful home!

We arrived with trucks, trailers and 6 motorcycles. The location was great. We were far enough out of Breckinridge but close enough to just run into town. We had 5 couples so this place was a great fit. Everyone had private space and their own bathroom. The satellite parking lot was close enough and safe for trailer parking. The mud/ ski area off the garage was a bonus. We could hang leathers, riding boots etc. and not have to carry them up the stairs. What we all noticed was how quiet the house was with 10 people milling around. The kitchen is very well stocked and has a great kitchen table. Great for game nights. We had a great time riding and enjoyed many fabulous restaurants. I wound recommend this location!

This place is SO awesome! The house had so many beds/bathrooms to accommodate guests. The hot tub and views were excellent. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils. It’s only about a 5 min ride/Uber to downtown Breck as well. Had a blast and would definitely rent again!

This house is the coziest ever. Even though it’s large and accommodates a group of 12+. Cleanliness off the charts along with every amenity needed. You don’t have to leave the comfort of the home for anything other than activities planned. View amazing especially for nice pictures. Let’s not forget to mention how extremely close it’s located to town. When traveling again to Breckinridge I definitely recommend this home as your home away from home.

Beautiful home, easy to find! Located short driving distance to main street Breckenridge. The beds were incredibly comfortable and cozy. They do provide towels in the bathrooms and for the hot tub. They provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, dish soap and laundry detergent. The only thing I would suggest is a different way to send the code to get into the house because I did not receive the email and had to call them, but they answered and quickly gave me the code. Would stay here again

Super easy check in and out. From the kitchen to bathrooms, it comes with everything you need. Hot tub was very nice. Spacious bedrooms with king and queen beds. Close to town for a pizza pick-up. Wonderful place for a ski trip.
