This place was perfect for a guys trip! All rooms had comfy beds and bathrooms. TV in the family room is new. Hot tub was hot. All the comfy amenities you want down to sonos speaker is in this place. Highly recommend this rental year round. It is a little tricky to get to but the view off the deck and hot tub is worth it!

Important information about your stay is left unclear for a reason. Additional parking is a 26 min round trip down the mountain. And… it is $40 per day, per car. The house is managed by a larger company so tamper your expectations with customers care. However they did respond quickly and seemed to be attentive. Other than that, the house was clean and ready for when we arrived. For parties of less than 5 this is great, any bigger and this is too inconvenient for what you pay/get.

There is additional parking for this unit when their is avability at the golf coure minutes down the road, if that is unavailable guest do need to pay $25 a night to park in River Run Village, the parking this guest selected is the most expensive daytime and nighttime parking and is listed when pulling into the lot. If guest have any parking concerns, we are alays here to help, as long as they reach out!

I stayed here for my bachelorette, and it was an absolute dream! The views were breathtaking. the house overlooks a gorgeous golf course surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. It was the perfect backdrop for stargazing at night, and if that wasn’t magical enough, there’s even a hot tub to enjoy it from. The hosts were truly wonderful. Their home is cozy, thoughtfully stocked with everything you might need, and located in an ideal spot near Dillon and Breckenridge. You can really tell they care deeply about providing an exceptional experience for their guests. I couldn’t have asked for a better mountain getaway. it’s a beautiful home and an unforgettable stay.

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a peaceful setting yet only about 10–15 minutes from the town of Dillon and 30 minutes from Breckenridge. It made exploring the area so easy while still feeling like a true mountain retreat. The views are truly breathtaking. Waking up in the primary bedroom and looking out over the golf course felt magical, and the views from the living room and kitchen area were just as stunning. Whether we were drinking coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel special. The house itself was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, which made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were so comfortable, and every detail made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. We loved our time here and would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in the area!

Our stay at this remote mountain home was nothing short of spectacular. Perched above the Keystone Ranch Golf Course, the home offers an unimaginable view of Bald Mountain and Mt. Guyot - the kind of scenery that makes you stop and just take it all in.
Morning coffee on the deck was a treat, and evenings in the hot tub under the stars were unforgettable. The highlight each day was watching the alpenglow wash over the peaks — nature's own light show right from the deck.The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Cozy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, and a warm, inviting living space made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The location felt private and peaceful, yet just minutes from Keystone and other mountain activities.The hosts were outstanding - quick to respond, thoughtful in their communication, and genuinely welcoming. This is a property we'll be talking about for years, and we can't wait to return.

This cabin is perfect for a weekend in the mountains! Only 30 mins away from Breck made it so easy to get into town and explore while being tucked away into nature for quiet! Absolutely beautiful!

Stayed here for a Bachelorette weekend and it was lovely! The views are incredible, the hot tub was very nice and the house itself was gorgeous and very clean. We had a couple of door-related issues early on, but the response from maintenance was quick and thorough and we had no issues the rest of the weekend.

My friends and I stayed here for my relaxed bachelorette trip! The house is incredible and reminds me of a resort. You wake up in the large primary suite, greeted by views of a pristine valley, adjacent to a golf course. Wild irises grew everywhere! Well stocked with every kitchen utensil you could need. The bathrooms are luxurious. We enjoyed the hot tub and deck immensely. I liked how the decks are staggered so you aren’t overlooking the neighbors. It feels very private. You’re a 12 minute drive from lake Dillion, grocery stores, and local breweries. I hope we are luckily enough to return one day!

We had a bach party up in Dillon and rented out this house for all of us. It was fabulous! Fantastic views with high mountain flowers starting to bloom made for perfect views whether it was sunrise or sunset. House had plenty of rooms and bathrooms and was extremely cleanly, will definitely stay here if I am ever up in Dillon again!

Family trip to the mountains and this home was perfect. Was nice to be out of the high foot traffic area to get some serenity. The property had everything. The kitchen was well appointed. The home furnishings were excellent. The bathrooms were great. The scenery was amazing. The patio and hot tub were perfect for relaxation and enjoying the mountain air. The road was well-maintained. Our 12 passenger 2wd van made it to and from town without issue. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the area!

This stay exceeded all of our expectations! The house is beautiful, the views are unparalleled and quiet, and the house is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable visit. We were blown away by the beauty of this home. As one highlight, there is a private bathroom with shower in every bedroom! We can't wait to return next winter!

Our family loved staying at this home. Very quiet, cozy, spacious, and peaceful setting. We did not have any issues during our stay. Host had everything we needed, plus games, sleds, and other stuff available. Would recommend.

I came up here with a group of 5 over New Years, but the place could have comfortably accommodated 8 or 9 (we didn't use the top bunk bed, trundle, or pullout sofa). The house itself is lovely. It seems new or recently rennovated, but the log-wood details still make it feel like a rustic cabin. The location is tucked away in nature but not far from Keystone, Dillon, or Silverthorne. We appreciated the brand new kitchen supplies, board games, vibey hot tub, and clear instructions binder. Thanks!

This place has the most beautiful views, especially from the hot tub. So close to the ski mountain too. Perfect place for a little mountain getaway to just relax in the cabin or be active. The home itself is also gorgeous and comfortable and cozy. Will definitely come back.

My husband and i loved our stay in keystone ranch! after a day of hiking, soaking in the private hot tub with that view was fantastic. i couldn't get over how many stars we could see at night! our adult children and grandkids joined us for a few nights and the bunk bed room with tv was perfect for the kids. there was plenty of space for us, even at the dining room table. the kitchen was stocked with all brand new items which made cooking a breeze. already booked a weekend during ski season at 84 potentilla lane. we visited too late in the season to rent a pontoon boat on the dillon reservoir so there's a reason to come back in the summer or to enjoy fall colors. Loved the gas fireplaces inside and out as so easy not to have to deal wih a wood burning one. i couldn't find the hot tub towels so the management company immediately had some delivered. loved this place.
