We had an excellent stay! The home was the perfect space for our family and the location was excellent. The hosts were responsive to a small maintenance issue and got it fixed quickly. We hope to be back again!

My three year old lovingly calls this the gingerbread house and has continued to ask to return! this was a magical stay! we stayed in January. plenty of snow! the view of the mountains was stunning. we stayed with two kids and grand parents. we couldn't be more thrilled. we made snowmen outside and enjoyed the porch to watch the snow. the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed and we made dinner and breakfast almost every day. there is a grocery store in dillion less than 20 mins away with everything you need and more. there was a couple sleds we made good use of! plenty of seating for everyone and the beds were comfy! the location was super close to the bus stop and also a short drive to Frisco, dillion, and Breckenridge. we even made the hr drive to see Vail! we had an absolute blast and can't wait return to our cozy gingerbread house!

We love coming to Keystone, and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. The views from the back balcony were so beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group. Our teenagers loved having their own floor with hangout space. They said the downstairs beds were fine for them. We especially loved having access to the pool and hot tub at the Dakota. We enjoyed it every evening after exploring during the day. The Alders is a quiet community, and we loved our stay here. The only thing we noticed was that the water pressure is a little low for showers. We certainly hated to head back home after a week in this rental.

This was a perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony had amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. The river was and shops were within walking distance along the paved paths. We were not allowed to grill due to HOA rules, so that was our only disappointment. We would book again!

I plan weddings in the mountains and often want to bring my kiddos. I found this property that was kid friendly, had plenty of space and hosted myself, sitter, mother and kiddos perfectly! Communication was great and when I texted him that we're packed but stuck with a broke car in the garage he offered to help! Will be back!

We just stayed here for a few days. Totally enjoyed our time and I felt like the place is even better than the pictures! It was nice, cozy and also big enough for our group to spread out. The amenities are great and we loved our time here.

We were very pleased with this townhome it was more spacious than we thought so great for families and it was a great location. It was clean and had things well stocked. My only slight suggestion would to put a small table and a couple of chairs on the bottom floor patio. We would definitely book this again.

Plenty of space for everyone; peaceful and quiet; beautiful views. We enjoyed using the pool daily and sitting on the balcony at night with the gas fire pit going. Well stocked kitchen. Luxury accommodations in a great mountain setting - and very close to the lifts. VERY much appreciated there was parking for 4 vehicles. All amenities needed were available and in working order, a very comfortable and fun experience with friends. Lots of space to spread out

Wonderful place for my family! Had everything we needed for a relaxing visit to Keystone. We enjoyed the warmth of the fireplace, large kitchen/dining room and great pillow top beds.

The neighborhood is far from the highway so it is very quiet which is necessary since you need to sleep with the windows open in the summer.We loved the downstairs patio. A great space that provides some shade in the afternoon.Having a garage and driveway was a nice perk!Hope to stay here again.

It had everything we needed and was the perfect location for skiing at Keystone with just a short drive into Breckenridge as well. Everything was new, clean, and truly felt like home. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the heated garage was a nice bonus for storing our ski gear overnight.
