Downstairs, the den provides additional living space with a flat-screen TV, a wet bar with seating for two, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra accommodations. The walk-out patio offers another outdoor space to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essential cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals during your stay. My three year old lovingly calls this the gingerbread house and has continued to ask to return! this was a magical stay! we stayed in January. plenty of snow! the view of the mountains was stunning. we stayed with two kids and grand parents. we couldn't be more thrilled. we made snowmen outside and enjoyed the porch to watch the snow. the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed and we made dinner and breakfast almost every day. there is a grocery store in dillion less than 20 mins away with everything you need and more. there was a couple sleds we made good use of! plenty of seating for everyone and the beds were comfy! the location was super close to the bus stop and also a short drive to Frisco, dillion, and Breckenridge. we even made the hr drive to see Vail! we had an absolute blast and can't wait return to our cozy gingerbread house!

We love coming to Keystone, and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. The views from the back balcony were so beautiful. There was plenty of space for our group. Our teenagers loved having their own floor with hangout space. They said the downstairs beds were fine for them. We especially loved having access to the pool and hot tub at the Dakota. We enjoyed it every evening after exploring during the day. The Alders is a quiet community, and we loved our stay here. The only thing we noticed was that the water pressure is a little low for showers. We certainly hated to head back home after a week in this rental.

Quiet Summer Getaway

This was a perfect size for our family of 5. The balcony had amazing views in a quiet neighborhood. The river was and shops were within walking distance along the paved paths. We were not allowed to grill due to HOA rules, so that was our only disappointment. We would book again!

Wonderful Stay!

I plan weddings in the mountains and often want to bring my kiddos. I found this property that was kid friendly, had plenty of space and hosted myself, sitter, mother and kiddos perfectly! Communication was great and when I texted him that we're packed but stuck with a broke car in the garage he offered to help! Will be back!

Spacious very nice townhome great location

We were very pleased with this townhome it was more spacious than we thought so great for families and it was a great location. It was clean and had things well stocked. My only slight suggestion would to put a small table and a couple of chairs on the bottom floor patio. We would definitely book this again.
