Living Area:
The open-concept living area features vaulted ceilings, a comfortable sectional sofa, and a beautiful gas fireplace with a stone surround. Large windows fill the space with natural light while showcasing the surrounding mountain scenery. Step onto the private deck to enjoy fresh mountain air and peaceful treed views.

Downstairs, the family room offers additional space to gather and unwind with a flat-screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, and game table. Guests can also enjoy a selection of board games provided by the homeowner. The walk-out patio offers beautiful views and direct access to a nearby trail leading toward River Run Village and the gondola.

Kitchen and Dining:
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats six guests, with additional seating for three at the breakfast bar, making it easy for everyone to gather together. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main level.

Great Family Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed during October, before ski season but after summer. This property was perfect for our family of 6. It was very spacious and everyone in our family was able to have their own space. There were two 'living' areas with sofas and televisions, so we could spread out. The property was clean and maintained and the furniture was comfortable. The kitchen had everyone we needed to cook and serve what we bought at local stores. The weather was perfect for a walk through downtown Breckenridge and a few hikes around the area. The hot tub and pool at the Dakota lodge was great, although the first time we went was at night and it took us a while to figure out how to get in. The location of this property was outstanding and the scenery out the window along with the path that led right into the mountain forest were great. We will definitely stay here again! One small tweak that would have made the stay easier was if there had been a garage door opener or garage code. Everytime we left in our car, we had the extra step of having someone close the garage door from inside the house and then come out the front door.

This is a truly lovely unit. The photos on the website don't do it justice. The rooms are actually quite bright (vs the dark photo). The huge window enhanced the whole ambiance by bringing the trees inside. It was wonderful to not feel crowded - we had space to spread out and by having a basement level, it gave us all a chance to retreat. This area of Keystone was new to us and it made for lovely walks, as well as walking to River Run. The kitchen is spacious, where 2 or 3 people can be working at the same time. Furniture is very comfortable. Absolutely wonderful to have TWO parking spaces -- in a garage! This made unloading/reloading our belongings so easy. We will definitely consider this unit next year!
