The house was very comfortable for our group of friends. We were there for a ski trip.The Keystone shuttle bus (Orange Route) basically stopped right at the corner of the property.The house had everything we needed and included a 2 car garage which was convenient since we arrived in 2 cars.Everyone had a great time.

A special bonus was a connected garage that was large enough to park our Jeep Wagoner inside. It was really nice to have a snow free, warm vehicle each morning.

It has a large kitchen with everything you need to feel at home, the only thing I take a point is because the dull knifes.The house was clean, and it has a large enough garage for a full-size pickup truck, which was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend it.

This townhome has a fully equipped kitchen that made it very easy to make meals. Radiant heat in the tile floors is such a nice feature especially since the temperature outside was In the single digits every morning when we woke up. The beds are very comfortable. Every bedroom has extra blankets, pillows, a fan and a humidifier. Very thoughtful. The living space is comfortable and spacious. Best of all is the location near Keystone ski resort, We also skied Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain. There is a wonderful coffee shop named Steep just down the road and some of our party rented from Christy's ski rental, also just down the road. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this townhome and we would rent again!

Beds are comfy, kitchen was very well stocked, fireplace was toasty and the ski shuttle stops literally right across the street! The staff was easy to work with during check in/out and had a pack n play ready for us at arrival. The only blip was the address given to us as #8 Alders Ln when it is #8 Outpost Drive. Would definitely stay again. In fact, planning on it this summer!

Spent the weekend with family and friends here. Plenty of space for our families. This place is a short 5 minute shuttle to river run at Keystone. Would recommend to any family looking for a nice place to stay in the mountains!

I've been visiting Keystone for 10 years now this last visit was the best most comfortable stay I've ever had. The communication with property management was so nice and easy, the location is amazing, the price was unbelievable. I highly recommend this Summit County Mountain Retreats property.

This condo is better than the pictures. Is nearly new and has four well sized bedrooms plus two living areas. My family of 5 adults and 2 children were very comfortable there. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the towels and sheets are very nice. We have stayed in many rental condos and homes in Breck, Keystone, Silverthorn, and Vail and this condo had the nicest finishing touches of any of them. It felt like home. The only thing I would note about this property is that the pool and hot tubs were not on site. You drive to a hotel in the river run main area and use theirs. Not a big deal, but worth noting. Getting to the mountain is simple, the orange route free shuttle picks up just outside your door and drops you at the main entrance to River Run. The black shuttle picked up there on some days but we couldn’t figure out that schedule. Don’t hesitate booking this one! It’s perfect for families or friends looking to hang at Keystone and it is very well priced for what you get! Side note for the company: I’d add info about the shuttles to the app.

This property exceeded our expectations for a friends and family ski trip. There was so much space to either be together to play games or separate for privacy. Everything was clean and stocked. We especially appreciated the extra towels and dishes. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse style unit is in a great location less than 5 minutes away from the heart of Keystone. We found the bedding and furniture to be excellent. The Summit Co. Mtn. Resort property management team was also very accommodating and responsive. They also did a great job and have a great on-line tool for pre- and post- stay instructions. The only suggestions for improving the property are to provide a blender and to rearrange the kitchen cabinets and drawers, which are not in the optimal or obvious locations. All said, we would definitely rebook this unit and do business again with SCMR.

Really nice place in a great location. Very quiet and comfortable house, tons of room, and close to trails and the village. Had a great weekend with another family with small kids, and there was plenty of space to play and room to give everyone some quiet time. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Very clean, very nice! The open living space was wonderful. And the views were just beautiful!! The only drawback is that the people sleeping downstairs can hear every single footstep upstairs - it's pretty disturbing, but nothing a white noise machine can't help.
