What a great weekend getaway! The condo was in a perfect location for walking to the lifts, restaurants, and shops. Parking was also very convenient as the cars are just at the bottom of the elevator. We loved having access to the pool and hot tubs. The size was just perfect for our family of four and Deedee was super helpful! We will be back!

This was such a wonderful place to stay!!! The beds were extremely comfortable. Restaurants and the village are less than 2 minutes away by walking. The gondola is less than a 5 minute walk away from this unit. If you stay here during the summer and are able to make it up on a Friday, the gondola is free to the top of the mountain after 4pm. There’s a restaurant and kid activities at the top all within a couple of minutes

We had a great time at DeDee's place. It was very clean and check in was easy. The underground parking very convenient. The hot tub and the pool were excellent! The pool was very warm and everyone we met there was extremely friendly. I would totally recommend staying here.

Terrific stay at the Keystone condos. Great amenities, hot tub, heated pool, sauna. Condo is in great location, close to Dillon, Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge The condo is very functional, comfortable and well stocked. One of my best stays in Colorado and I hope to be repeat customer. Best aspect about our stay was the host of the condo. Very accessible, quick on response and very open to make our stay the best.

We had an amazing stay at DeDee's condo! It was exactly what we wanted. We stayed with two kids (two under 4!) for Thanksgiving and it was the perfect homebase. It was so close to everything in the village that we could walk everywhere and never needed to load the kids up into the car. The condo is smallish, but plenty big for a family of 4 and we didn't feel cramped. No dining room table, but we had no problem eating at the counter (seating for 4). It was surprisingly well stocked, tons of shampoo, soap, towels, kitchenware, etc. We got a little confused during check in because there were two different locks to use codes for, but I called DeDee and she answered right away. She was very responsive during the booking and check-in process. Our favorite part of the condo? The ice skating rink is right outside the window/patio. We must have watched the skaters for hours! Great non-TV kid entertainment lol. We're already planning to stay here again!

Did not disappoint! We rented this condo for our adult sons and daughter-in-law for a siblings Christmas. They thoroughly enjoyed their stay, heralding that the place was perfect and exactly as described. It was extremely clean, very comfortable. Unfortunately, they didn't have time to try out the pool or hot tub so, I can't offer reviews of that but it looked great. Kitchen was fully stocked, making breakfast and evening meals a breeze. There was a surprising amount of room for this little party of 5. DeeDee was extremely helpful and very proactive, providing links for purchasing lift tickets, ski/snowboard rentals, etc. The detailed instructions provided for check in and check out made everything easy. We hope to rent this unit again for another visit in February. Thanks for everything!

The condo was great! Excellent location within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, grocery stores etc. Short walk to the gondola. The condo was clean and cozy and had plenty of towels, pillows, utensils and condiments etc. Staying here massively simplified my family's ski trip as we did not have to use our car at all. DeDee is a fantastic host. Her condo is right in the middle of River run village. A very short walk to the gondola and no need to drive anywhere. The condo itself is updated and very clean. My daughters and I stayed for three nights for a long ski-weekend. In real-estate they say it's all about location, location, location and DeDee's place is perfectly situated for a great stay. It's minutes from River Run the great retail section and ticket office and lifts and restaurants, and well you get the point. It enabled us to take a few breaks a day. The place was just as described and perfect and had everything we could need. While it can accommodate larger parties I think it'd get crowded over four guest. The ski lockers on the first floor were very convenient and parking was ample and easy to access. Lots of extras were available to us as well including some food supplies so we didn't need to bring everything. DeDee was a perfect host, communicated quickly, frequently, and with lots of details as needed. Fully recommend!

Our stay at the apartment was great! We loved the location because it was an easy walk to the river run gondola and we could start our day at Keystone early. The location is perfect and the condo was updated, comfortable, and had all the things you would want in your own home. Extra pluses included vaporizers, fully stocked kitchen, coffee (great surprise!), and hot chocolate. Pull out couch was very comfortable! DeeDee was a wonderful host! Very helpful and responsive. Her place was absolutely amazingggg! It was very clean and spacious. The hot tub and heated pool was so wonderful to have after a long day of skiing. We also enjoy watching movies by the fire and playing a few of the board games that she had ready to go for us. Our favorite part was that it was about a 100 step walk to the ski lift and it is located right inside of the mountain town at the bottom of Keystone. The town had lots of restaurants and little shops to walk around and enjoy. 10 out of 10! We hope to be back again next year!

It's hard to put into words how awesome both this place and DeDee are. The condo is perfect. Like brand new inside. All the necessary amenities plus many more. There's underground heated parking directly below the condo, plus the heated pool and hot tubs are great. Now, DeDee is something else. I swear she never took more than 5 minutes to respond to a question. Getting around this complex in the snow after dark can be tricky at first, but her directions were spot-on. I will DEFINITELY rent from her again. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful condo in excellent location! Everything you need is within walking or a very short driving distance. River Run is adorable and the restaurants (montezuma & pizza places) we tried were very good. We loved being able to store our skis in the locker at the condo, walk to and from the lift, and soak in the hot tub in the evenings. Already planning next year’s trip!

This was one of the more expensive ski condos we've rented but it was easily the best. Our family of four fit very comfortably with the 2nd bedroom and living room sofa bed when the girls got on each other's nerves. The 2 bathrooms were so helpful in getting ready for a day on the slopes. It's probably mentioned in the listing but I didn't pay attention there being 3 Roku TVs in the condo, so we could watch a family movie and then the kids could do their thing while we watched some shows for the grown ups. This may sound stupid, but my grumble for all other condos I have stayed in is that there is never enough hanging and storage space...BUT NOT this one. Hooks were plentiful in the entry area and the master bedroom and bathroom. So it was easy to hang up ski clothing. The heating worked well and kept us warm without getting hot. The cooking facilities were fine and we were able to eat all our meals in. Would gladly stay here again if I could.

Would return. Excellent location, the HOA clearly takes care of the hot tubs. There is a sauna that never gets used, and my pro tip would be to grab your towel from the hot tub and go straight to the sauna and dry off to avoid the cold weather.

Excellent value!! We really enjoyed the condo, loved the living room fireplace, views, kitchen, and the furniture/bedding were very comfy! This was a GREAT place to wind down after a day of skiing! DeDee, was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and she provided updates about the trip, including key information about accessing the lodge next door for hot tub usage, given some of the amenities were closed at our place around our stay. She was upfront about this information ahead of time, and provided maps for navigating the resort property prior to our arrival. Another recent review mentioned that the slopes and village of Keystone were not open, which although true, they seemed to imply that the host was responsible for conveying this info to guests. Ski closures will always be variable during the Spring season, and I believe one needs to do their own research of the area prior to arrival. We skied A-basin--just a 10 minute drive up the road, and had a great time there!!

This condo checked every box for us. Very clean, and the spaces were all comfortable for the three of us, with all the essentials needed. DeDee provided excellent information. While our stay was between seasons, there was still a variety of restaurants open and some gift stores. The pool/hot tub area was great and convenient. We were able to rent bikes and go hiking. Dillon/Silverthorne is an easy trip to access more shopping and entertainment. We even took advantage of the free shuttle bus into Silverthorne one day. We would absolutely stay here again.

We had a great long weekend with our kids walking around River Run Village, taking scenic Gondola ride up to hike and spend a few hours at the summit, drove up Loveland Pass only 15 mins away, and enjoyed the pool and hot tub every afternoon. Many restaurant options within walking distance and options for the young kids. Target is only a 15-20 minute drive for getting any groceries needed.

DeDee was an excellent host. The condo was perfect and just what we were looking for. Everything was clean and easy to find items if needed. No air conditioning but had fans in every closet and it worked perfectly. Cooler nights made up for it and we just opened the windows. DeDee was super responsive to any questions we had & gave so many great tips on things to see or do while in the area. We definitely would come back.

Our stay at the 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo in Keystone, Colorado was absolutely fantastic! The condo was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals, and there were plenty of games to keep us entertained during our downtime. The amenities were a real highlight—especially the hot tubs and pool, which provided so much fun and relaxation after a day of exploring the area. The condo also had fans, which kept the space perfectly comfortable. Our host was outstanding—communication was prompt, clear, and they were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

Loved our stay here in keystone! Located just outside of the playground and mini golf was perfect with our young children. Bike rentals were super close and easy. It was the perfect size for two adults and three kids. Super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Our 3-day stay in the apartment was wonderful, and we will definitely try to book again when we return to Keystone. The apartment is clean, the beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The location is fantastic—truly ski-in, ski-out—with the gondola, chair lift, grocery store, and several restaurants just around the corner.

The location of this condo is ideal for anyone enjoying a trip in Keystone village/ski resort. The place was super clean with comfortable beds and extra attention to detail was noticeable throughout. What really stood out to us was how well stocked the kitchen appliances were! We are often disappointed by the lack of kitchenware, or the state that the knives, pots and pans, etc are left in. This condo was the complete opposite! It was so nice having sharp knives and plenty of pans, dishes, etc all in great shape. We would happily stay here again!

I loved staying at DeeDee’s place. The photos did not do the condo justice. It was so clean, and comfortable. I will definitely come back again and again for the fantastic ski and ski out experience. We had an amazing stay at Dakota Lodge in Keystone! Our host, DeDee Stump, was absolutely wonderful, so welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire trip. We stayed four nights and went skiing every day, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s a short, easy walk to the ski lift, which made getting on the mountain incredibly convenient. The village is beautiful and full of great dining and shopping options, all within walking distance. The lodge itself was very nice, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, perfect for relaxing after long days on the slopes. Everything about the experience was smooth and enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend Dakota Lodge and DeDee as a host!

The apartment complex was so beautiful and peaceful. We were right along the Blue River. We kept our back door open quite a bit to hear the sounds of the River. The kitchen was a cooks dream. It had plenty of pots and pans for our use. Not any spices. So you will have to purchase. They had salt and pepper. There is construction going on around the apartments but it didn’t bother us too much. They stopped around 6PM. There are plenty of restaurants in the area including Dillon(which is right next door). All in all we had a wonderful time and will come back.

We stay in short term rentals often. This property is perfect for 2 people and the location overlooking the River is so great. And very convenient to HWY 70 and getting to all the ski areas. Weird request maybe for some but it would nice to offer a better grade of coffee. Made first pot according to directions which was very, very weak. Reread the instructions thinking I did something wrong. Didn’t. Doubled the pods still a weak cup of coffee. Just saying.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a lovely little condo. This space is outfitted with new appliances and has a wonderful view of the Blue River. Late afternoons, a parade of dog walkers pass by on the trail just beyond the balcony. The bed is so comfortable, missed "first chair" a few days because I was too cozy in bed. I left feeling well rested and relaxed. Will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable unit with close proximity to restaurants, ski rentals, and the mountains. We especially enjoyed the gas fireplace and the view of the mountains and river through the back window.

This is a great condo - all new....well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. It would be nice to have more space to put clothes. Only had 4 drawers and small space in the utility closet to hang clothes. It would be great if there were more clothes hooks (on back of the doors and in the bedroom and/or hall by the washer). Extra blankets that were stored in the utility closet needed washing. It would have also been nice to have an all purpose cleaner to be able to wipe down the kitchen counters after meals. Probably need to have a shoe tray at the front door to put ski boots. Overall this was a really nice place to stay with a great view of the river.

The property was so cute and cozy. It was so close to the grocery store and a big target right across the street for anything you forget! The condo was new and was very clean! The back of the condo was facing the river it was so peaceful! We def will be staying here again.

This property is stunning with the balcony facing the blue river it was serene. Great by yourself or with friends or family. Property management was very nice and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. This was our first time in town in a condo versus outskirts in a cabin and it definitely changed the game for us!

Newly constructed condo next to the river made for a very comfortable stay, and Silvers are in Colorado. Check-in was very easy and rental company was willing to extend our stay when requested. I will say I had not experienced such a lengthy pre-stay process such as Reviewing and signing an agreement prior to the stay for the rental company. But besides that it was very comfortable and clean and enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful, new and clean condo in a new condo development along the edge of the Blue River. We sat on the deck and listened to the rushing river as we drank our morning coffee.
-The kitchen had a new full sized fridge, dishwasher, regular coffee maker, toaster, and extra large sink. Quartz countertops. The dishes and silverware were new.
-King size bed was so comfortable. Pillows and blankets were extra soft and comfortable. Nice ceiling fan.
-The bathroom was very clean with a large countertop.
-Target store with a CVS pharmacy right across the street made grocery and drug store shopping very convenient.
-Dillion Ranger station was right next door. The staff helped us find hiking and fishing spots.
-Easy walk to restaurants. The “Bluebird Market” is a really nice food court with great local flavors.
-The floors needed cleaning, but the management for the owner sent someone quickly.
-Smart TV has most apps, but needs YouTubeTV. Management was no help.
-Overall wonderful experience!

The ground floor unit was easy to get in and out. Washer/Dryer and DIshwasher all worked well. The unit was well stocked with towels and plates. The complex is close to I-70 in the heart of Silverthorne with easy access to Dillon and Frisco. The PM company was communicative with clear instructions. The only “caveat” I would add is that the complex is still under construction (as of May 2024), so it was a little dusty. Once the construction is done, this won’t be an issue. Even with this “caveat” I would stay here again in a heartbeat (and hope to do so again soon)!
