Enjoy the ultimate mountain getaway in this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located just steps from the gondola in the heart of River Run Village. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this inviting retreat features a spacious private patio with treed views and partial slope views, high ceilings that create an open feel, and easy access to shopping, restaurants, and year-round village events. Guests also have access to Arapahoe Lodge's shared hot tub and sauna, as well as the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: King bed and twin-over-twin bunk bed
Living Area: Murphy bed

Living Area:
The comfortable living area features a sectional sofa, a mounted flat-screen TV above a cozy gas fireplace, and a DVD library with over 100 movies, along with board games for family entertainment. The Murphy bed easily folds down to provide additional sleeping space. Sliding doors lead to the private patio, where outdoor seating offers the perfect spot to enjoy the surrounding trees and mountain views.

Kitchen and Dining:
The full-sized kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed for meals at home. The dining table seats four guests, with two additional seats available at the breakfast bar.

Great location, clean, great layout. The kids loved the bunk beds. Also the main bed was far better than a lot of mattresses that we’ve had in other units when staying in Keystone. Would definitely stay here again.

This bldg and unit are convenient to village and slopes. The unit is close to elevator, ski locker, hot tubs and to outside to Gondola. The unit was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Refrigerator/freezer is on the small side so need to be aware of how much you buy at the grocery store. The management bldg could be marked with the actual number of the unit in the address provided to make it clearer.
