Great location, clean, great layout. The kids loved the bunk beds. Also the main bed was far better than a lot of mattresses that we’ve had in other units when staying in Keystone. Would definitely stay here again.

Even though Keystone slopes and the village was closed we had a lovely quite time at Arapahoe Lodge. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and looking at the scenery and meeting new friends in the hot tub. The condo was quaint & well equipped. The mattress seemed very hard at first but when we laid down the foam molded to your body. Great comfortable night sleep. Great stay and look forward to coming back.

Loved our stay here. Condo perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Could have had a couple more. Underground parking and elevator to room on 1 st floor. Boys enjoyed fooseball steps away in lobby. There are 2 restrooms in lobby 10 steps away so it’s really like an extra 2 half baths. Ski lockers right there also. Really close to gondola. I don’t usually walk far in my boots but this was definitely doable. Free washer and dryer right next to lockers. Hot tub was perfect. Arapahoe hot tub much better than Dakota FWIW. Grocery store right next door. We will rent again here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very cozy with a perfect location! There is a grocery store attached to the building, a great hot tub and access to heated pool, a short walk to gondola. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The beds were super comfy and the gas fireplace was a great touch. Sleeping for 6 people, the Murphy bed was perfect for my 17 yr old. Overall a wonderful stay! Only negative is that the ski locker did not lock no matter how hard I tried. However, there seemed to be no danger that anyone there would steal out skis.

Thank you for your review, we will be sure to follow up with the HOA about the ski locker to ensure this is fixed!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We decided to escape the Texas heat and head up to the mountains. We are glad we did! The weather was amazing, and the condo was perfect for us. We loved the tall ceilings and the roomy couch. My son loved the bunks as well as the murphy bed (he took advantage of both). Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well stocked. Lots of pillows and blankets for a comfortable sleep. Speaking of, the bed was nice & comfy. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location, Location, Location!!! This rental was in the perfect location for our family of 4 (two kids 9 and 6). Right in the heart of River Run Village, one of the shortest walks to the Gondola and Ski School meeting place, and on the 1st floor so we didn’t have to walk with kids very far in their ski stuff to get outside. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need if you choose to dine in during your stay. Our kids loved the bunk beds, the main bed was comfortable and the Murphy bed was a cool option if needed. We would 100% stay here again when we return to Keystone!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family stayed here for my daughters 18th birthday. Great location, walking distance to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping. This condo is located 500yds from the gondola. It was so easy to throw our gear on and be on one of the first lifts. As a family of 5, the layout was perfect for us. With a Murphy bed in the living room and twin bunk beds in the master bedroom that have a curtain you can pull to give privacy or darkness for little ones, there was plenty of room to spread out.

Only suggest leaving instructions on how to use the tv as we are tv illiterate and fix the spring on the dishwasher door as it will wake the entire complex.

Our experience with this property was exceptional. From the very beginning communication was on top. We got caught in a blizzard and called to verify our checkin and they called me right back with confirmation that everything was good. No worries!! The property was also so very beautiful and just as we expected. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable . Great place for our family to hang out in the mountains for a few days. We were there during the off season, so there were quite a few of the businesses in the village nearby that were closed. But a lot of nice places within walking distance. Only problem we ran into was that our keys were deactivated after the first day as they weren't programmed for the right dates. The property management company resolved it as soon as we notified them. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the condo very much--well stocked kitchen; comfortable king size bed; plenty of towels, soap, lotion and such; locker, pool and hot tub just steps away; indoor parking (great during afternoon showers). Some minor nuisances: there was no fly swatter, definitely needed in summer; a recording came over the speaker several times, once after 10:00 p.m., telling us to check the battery in the smoke detector--tough to do with 12 foot ceilings and no ladder; and one remote had no batteries and no spares were in the cabinet, in spite of the instruction sheet's directions. These slight annoyances didn't keep us from having a great time in Colorado, based in a great condo.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was my husband, our 13 year old son and myself. It was perfect for the 3 of us. We have 3 adult daughters that did not come with us, I think even though it sleeps 6, it would be tight, especially with 1 bathroom! Lol! We loved the location, even though most shops were still closed we enjoyed walking around and the quiet. It had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be to have a book of things the owners or other guest like to do in the area. We have stayed other places and it was really helpful and fun to read other people’s suggestions. Over all we enjoyed our time!

This unit was exactly as described and will stay here everytime we visit Colorado. You couldn't see much out the living area window due to the trees but the patio area was large and it was beautiful. We couldn't find the dishwasher soap, and the seat back on the bar stool kept popping off. Also, the top bunk is squeaky when it's used. The Foosball table is just right outside the door and down the hall, quick and easy access to it. Very quiet 99% of the time. The shopping area is big and beautiful when lit up at night. All in all, great property. Will recommend to family and friends!

Property is in great location for ski jocks, room was well stocked w/towels, paper, an cooking pan. Only the three frying pans an tea pot we did not use, fry pans protective coatings all damaged and coatings coming off ,tea pot looks like it was boiled dried, all rusty brown color inside. I would recommend this unit I just think it’s an over sight on housekeeping not to notice pans that are unfit. I recommend giving a small map of the location to theses units it is a little difficult locating different lodges. Thanks, Gunny B

The hot tub wasn’t far down the hall from the condo which was really nice as well. Will for sure rebook when we come back some day!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family came during the off-season to enjoy the area's landscape. Although most of the River Run Village was closed down for the off-season the nearby towns provided what we needed. The building was quiet and the unit gave us space to relax and rejuvenate. We enjoyed the local attractions, such as, the A-Basin Ski resort,(which was still open), Breckenridge's Biking/Hiking trails, Loveland Pass, and Silverthorne's restaurants/coffee shops, all within a 15 minute drive. This location is perfect. We are looking forward to coming back.

Within steps is the gondola, the kids club, Kidtopia, the skating rink, restaurants, and Starbucks. You really don't have to drive anywhere! And, the condo itself is wonderful! Clean, comfy beds, plenty of room, and on the ground floor which is a blessing after being so active all day! (no stairs or elevator thank you very much). Summit is a great company to work with. They were very accommodating for a late checkout and they are exceptionally pleasant. We will be returning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The facility was perfect for the 2 of us. Our son that works at Keystone stayed one night in the murphy bed and said it was comfortable. The dining/living areas are cramped when the murphy bed is open. The unit was very clean but the carpeting is a bit stained. River Run village is right out the door and is a cute little shopping/eating area. The underground heated garage was great, the unit is close to the gondola, the hot tub and pool were conveniently located down the hall. We did not try the skating rink that is there. We felt it was a great value for the cost and we would stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very close to the Gondola(only one lodging building closer). Room is on the first level- great location- very close to the ski locker, laundry, and elevator and the grocery store as well. The bedroom is very LARGE and plenty of space for king bed and bunk bed. While the unit sleeps 6 comfortably, the living space is on the smaller side and would not recommend 6. The table only seats 4 and the two bar stools are very cramped. There is a smaller fridge in the kitchen. Be aware that the kitchen does not have a blender and the hairdryer only works for a minute and then shuts off and is problematic for anyone with long hair.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was really nice. The only issue I had was the unit was ready for checkin but it was 12:30 and the person said I would have to pay $20 early checkin fee. So I did not--it really was in poor taste I thought. The girl said to me "have a nice day" when I left. So we had to go ski with everything in the truck and then check in after we got back. I just think if the property is ready don't try to extort and additional $20. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Loved the unit though.

- Reviewed On: 11/8/2016

The early checkin fee is clearly stated in many different places for all guests to see and consider. There are several reasons for this fee and not all of them have to do with earning extra money (though we believe there is nothing wrong with earning money). $20 to checkin 4.5 hours early seem totally reasonable since most management companies do not allow early checkins.

Checking in was easy and clear directions made it easy to find. The location of this unit is PERFECT. Close to everything in the village. The only problem we had was we had just dropped off our daughter at college, so we had a trailer. We were not able to park the small trailer in the underground parking (which is understandable) but the lot they made us park in was like 2 miles down the road (an employee lot). The lot in front of the village was practically empty, so I'm not sure why a permit could not have been given for a few days so we could keep our trailer there. It was inconvenient, but manageable.

Checking in was easy and clear directions made it easy to find. The location of this unit is PERFECT. Close to everything in the village. The only problem we had was we had just dropped off our daughter at college, so we had a trailer. This place was absolutely phenomenal! Check-in was clear and easy, location was fantastic, and comfort level was A+. Only complaint was that the TV and wifi were not working our first few days but the staff was very responsive and fixed everything in a timely manner. Would totally recommend!

Summit County Resorts was great. We received multiple emails with check in instructions and directions to property. The property is located in the heart of river run but it was very quiet. This unit faces the private road with little to no traffic. We did not use the pool or spa but they looked clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again. This unit is larger than some of the other properties our friends were in they were a little cramped but we had ample room.
