Experience the convenience of River Run Village in this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Located on the quiet side of the building, this inviting retreat features a private balcony overlooking River Run Village with scenic slope views to the south, a spacious layout with two full bathrooms, and easy access to shopping, restaurants, festivals, and the high-speed gondola. Guests also enjoy access to Arapahoe Lodge's shared hot tub and sauna, along with the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

Living Area:
The welcoming living area features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV above a beautiful gas fireplace, and easy access to the private balcony. Step outside to enjoy peaceful views overlooking River Run Village and the ski slopes to the south, making it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the mountain.

Kitchen and Dining:
The full-sized kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with all the cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals at home. The dining table seats four guests, with an additional three seats available at the breakfast bar for casual dining or gathering.

We loved the walk to the gondola, the ice rink and shops were a win with our kids and the property was nice. Could use a few updates but overall for the cost and location I think worth the cost of the stay. Would come back next time we visit keystone.

Hard to beat the location. Short walk to slopes, ski rental shop, food & shopping. Unit has everything you need. Hot tubs were great after skiing all day! No ability to check in early unless you are willing to pay for it. Able to pick up the key card just a couple of blocks away. Elevators had been out of commission for a # of weeks, not a big issue for us (unit is just one floor above ground), but for others on the top level it was likely a hassle.

Not anything major to complain about, but I would recommend that you guys discontinue the use of the strong fragrance smell downstairs by the lounge area where the foosball table is. I was never down there long but this could be a negative for those who are allergic to fragrances like my wife. It is way too strong. Thankfully this was not the case in the room. The room was wonderful and spotless.
