Room was clean and set up with basics. Staff was friendly at check in/out. Room had plenty of dishes and pans even a crock pot. Right in River Run just a quick walk to the gondola, next door a basic grocery/convenance store. Hot tub broken but could have walked next door. During our trip the elevator was fine. Only thing is the building hallways still had the heat on! We were fine using box fans to cool the room.

Great location, easy access to everything we wanted to do. If I could change one thing it would be having to find their office to get the envelope. When we arrived it seemed like ALL of their cleaning crews had also. Blocking traffic and parking. For first timers we had no idea where we were or how to locate their vaguely marked door in the strip mall. That was the ONLY negative. Everything else was amazing

The condo was everything the description said it was. Very clean. I enjoyed the stay and would recommend this condo. My only issue was the bedroom ceiling fan clicked on any speed so I couldn't run it at night. I contacted property management the day I checked in and they responded the next day and I asked to have it fixed within a day or two. The fan was never fixed and I was never contacted about it again. Thankfully there was a small fan in the closet I could use at night. So that was the only disappointing part of the stay.

My family has stayed in River Run several times. This is a nice place. It's small like all the other similar one bedrooms in RR, but it's in good shape, and the location is really convenient for getting to the gondola as well as a couple of ski rental places (two are literally 50 ft from the door). It also has a fantastic view of the slopes. It had everything we needed for a nice four-night stay and cooking. The bed was comfortable, but the pullout sofa bed wasn't, as usual. Overall, I'd recommend it. (BTW, the lock on the ski locker takes a little wizardry to turn)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our time. The condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies, even a crock pot so we could enjoy chili when we returned to the condo after skiing. Proximity to gondola was great. We had small children so it was easy to return for naps and breaks/ snacks. Kids were delighted to find lots of games and movies in condo. Beautiful view of the ski slopes right out living room/ bedroom Windows. Condo by the slopes ended up being cheaper than getting a hotel room in Silverthorne since we could make our own food and get drinks and snacks as needed in room and didn't have to buy at ski lodge. Condo very clean and we will definitely stay at this same one again!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time at Keystone, so we did a lot of looking for both the right room and the right property/lodge, and think this was the perfect choice! Arapahoe is right in the middle of River Run Village, and this room was perfectly located to get a great view of the slopes and ski mountain! The only negative I will bring up (which I have seen in other reviews) is that the mattress on the pull-out couch really, truly is terrible. Mattresses on pull-outs are never great, but this one hit a low water mark. Luckily, my small children didn't mind, but I would strongly encourage the owners to replace the mattress. An adult simply could not sleep on it.

This place was perfect for 4 people. The balcony overlooks the face of the mountain which tells u its a short walk to the gondola. There is a store right below the unit which made it so convenient for food, drinks, and the essentials. There is also a liquor store below too with a good selection of whatever u need. The unit has all the cookware u need to get the job done. I would definitely recommend this place. The only thing I would change is the sleeper sofa. My brother said it was a little springy and uncomfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great property to stay at. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We had access to the pool and hot tub, as well as being very close to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is no closet space to hang clothes, but there are plenty of dresser drawers to use. The kitchen has a Kuerig machine and also has a regular coffee maker. There was no crock pot available, but plenty of pots and pans.

Right in the heart of the Village, convenient to everything, nicely appointed, quiet building. Having access to both hot tubs and pool was terrific. If you have a Keurig at home, bring some K cups as they have both features in the unit. Balcony was so relaxing and great after a hard day on the hill to chill.
