Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was just as nice as the pictures suggest. The location is prime and a short walk to anywhere in the village as well as near multiple ski rentals. The snow was minimal this year but we still had a great time and that was thanks to a good renral property. To be super critical of the condo, it could use an update on thermostats and a little deeper cleaning to get the dust bunnies under the couches. But I would stay here again and look forward to coming back to this property next time we ski keystone.

Thank you for your thoughtful review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the prime location and that the condo lived up to your expectations—it’s great to hear you still had a wonderful trip despite the snow conditions. We appreciate your feedback on the thermostats and deeper cleaning. That’s helpful input, and we’ll be sure to share it with our team as we continue to make improvements. Thank you again for staying with us—we’d love to host you again on your next trip to Keystone!

This was one of our best trips to Keystone ever, and we’ve been coming here for many years. The penthouse was absolutely amazing — a great floor plan, spectacular views, very clean, and clearly recently renovated. Everything felt well thought out and high quality, and the overall experience was truly top notch.
The only downside was that the elevator was out of service during our stay. Our guests from the East Coast had a very difficult time going up and down the stairs, which was challenging. That said, aside from this issue, everything else exceeded expectations.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Summit County Mountain Retreats.

- Reviewed On: 1/19/2026

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and truly apologize that the elevator being down affected your vacation. Unfortunately this issue is entirely outside of our control as the building HOA manages the common areas. We truly appreciate your kind words regarding the property itself and would be happy to welcome you back again in the future!

The place is amazing, its location is perfect to enjoy mountains around stores in the center of keystone. The apartment is beautiful with everything you need to enjoy with your family. Very recommended The only problem is that elevators were not working and the apartment is on 3rd floor so from the garage are four floors to go on stairs, it is complicated when you move a lot of luggage and old people. The maintenence crew of the building told us that the elevators were not working since 3 months ago. More attention to this because the price of this apartament must include this helpful tool to be used.

Thank you for your review and for your kind words about the location and the condo. We’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed the apartment and found it well equipped for your family. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused by the elevator outage. We’d like to clarify that guests were notified prior to arrival that the building elevator was out of service. The elevator is a common-area amenity managed by the HOA and is completely outside of our control, and unfortunately the repair timeline has continued to be delayed by the building with very limited updates provided to us. We understand how challenging this can be when traveling with luggage or with older guests, and we truly regret the inconvenience. Thank you again for sharing your experience and for staying with us.

We stayed at the condo for a family wedding. The condo space is so nicely utilized. There's plenty of space for family meals, the kitchen is well stocked with tools and spices, and the sleeping spaces were perfect. Since we had two three year-old boys with us we also appreciated how child-proof the space was. We didn't have to move a lot of breakables. There were several separate gathering spaces in the really well utilized space. It literally is 200 steps from the Gondola. The owners were also really great at communicating, which we really appreciated.

We had a fabulous time in this condo for our family Christmas trip!! The condo is the best equipped condo we have rented. The location is great for lifts, shopping and eating. The condo also has great spaces for families or for adults. Great place!!!

This was our first trip out to Keystone. We were 2 families of 4 sharing the condo. We choose this condo due to it's size and location in the heart of river run. Upon arrival, it was just as expected from all the pictures on the website, if anything it looked larger in person. The kitchen is very well equipped and our families never felt crowded. The 2 ski lockers for our use on the first floor were very convenient and kept the clutter out of our unit. The hot tub and heated pool were a few steps away form the lodge hallway door, so we made use of it after most days on the slopes. Everyone, starting with the property manager, were extremely friendly and helpful from booking thru our final day at Keystone. Live Breck, LLC really helped us out with any advice that we needed and was a pleasure to book thru. I can't wait to go back to Summit County next year!!

My husband and I and three other couples just spent a great week in this property in Keystone, and we absolutely loved it. The balconies overlook the runs and the village, and we really enjoyed being on the top floor. It felt very private and the building is very secure. The walk to the gondola is maybe 2 minutes and the ski rental/drop off is on the way, so it was very convenient! The condo itself was really well-furnished and had plenty of space. The layout is great for socializing - kitchen, dining, and living areas are all open to each other and it's just super cozy. The booking process was really easy and I would absolutely rent from these folks again - everything was super smooth and exactly as they promised. We were a little surprised that the 4th bedroom is actually an open loft, so if renting just make sure the occupants know their room isn't 100% private. It wasn't a problem for us and we would gladly stay in this property again!

Amazing... Close to the slopes and everything you will do. We parked our car and never needed it again until we left. The unit is huge and roomy with high ceilings.

We had the opportunity to stay at the Arapahoe Lodge Penthouse. I can't say enough how beautifully appointed the condo is, in addition it is right on the square which makes it extremely convenient. The condo is spacious and has a large open floor plan, yet it feels so cozy. We would highly recommend this condo if your are in Keystone!!
