This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It is located in one of the buildings nearest to the gondola and on the quiet side of the building ensuring a relaxing stay. The private balcony features village views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're a very short walk from the high-speed gondola. Arapahoe Lodge offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub. Access to Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

The living area features a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace, vaulted ceilings and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that overlooks the village and offers partial mountain views. Relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air while taking in the views.

The full-sized is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. Just off the living area is the full bathroom that is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a flat screen TV and its own access to the main balcony.

Perfect for location!

Great for a small family. We had the space needed to be very comfortable. Very clean except for a few minor things. The management company was amazing and they were very attentive. The location was the best of all. Walking distance to the little grocery store, coffee place, and restaurants. Wonderful and would love to stay again.

Great little condo, perfect for 2 people. It was abnormally hot in keystone this year so no air conditioning was rough at night but I wouldn’t except these properties to have AC.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay the location was the high point of our stay. It was a 5 minute ski boot walk. The only thing I would say is that the unit is in need of new carpet, which I am guessing the owners and management company are aware of. It is clean there are just some worn spots. Overall a great property and experience.
