Great property with shuttle location, nearby, and walkable to one lift.
Good for a medium size group with comfortable bedrooms and living room. The on-site private hot tub is a big plus.
The only negative is the garage door clearance is pretty low for standard SUVs and you can’t get in with a roof rack. So even though it says two car garage parking it’s too small cars.

Great stay! Beautiful views from the primary room. The hot tub on back porch was a great addition to the home! The town was conveniently located and the owner even provided a list of near by shopping centers, and activities. Will definitely be back!

We found this to be a lovely, spacious townhome. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable and the whole place was very clean. We enjoyed the private hot tub, which few townhomes in the Keystone area have. Although we were busy with a family wedding in the area, it was great to have this relaxing townhome to return to after some long days. Thanks for hosting.

Had a great time here. Location is very close to resort or shuttle parking lots and restaurants. GPS didn’t take us to the right home, so be sure and follow directions to the unit from the checkin instructions. Townhome is three story with the garage, one bedroom, & laundry room on entry level. Kitchen, living, deck/hot tub and master bedroom on 2nd level, and third bedroom on 3rd level. Deck floor is heated so even with snow you can get to the hot tub which was really nice. This is a two unit townhome so there was noise from the other unit. Could hear them talking and yelling through walls, but that was also while they were watching a football game. Garage is very low clearance, like 6ft so our f250 was too high to park inside and you cannot park in the driveway or you block the other units garage, which means we had to obtain parking off site. Just keep in mind if you have a taller suv/truck. Garage is heated so it was perfect for storing the gear at the end of the day. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure, Overall we had a really nice time in this unit.

Due to lots of traffic, it was challenging to turn left out of the condo location to drive to River Run. The online photos made the until look bigger than it actually was in person. Great condo. Parking was a problem because we had 3 vehicles. Two were pickups and only one would barely fit in garage. Neighbors couldnt get in their garage at all so they didn't mind us parking in the drive. I could not find a way to park anywhere else legally. Unable to pay for parking on line and no one was available to help.

20 Rasor Court was amazing! The property was well kept, in a great location, and thoroughly stocked. I loved the vertical arrangement with the rooms on different levels - it makes the rooms feel private. The linens were clean and comfortable. The hot tub and grill were very nice extras. Great place to stay! We stayed with our entire family (6 adults and 2 kids) and it fit everyone very well. The fireplace was fantastic, hot tub was nice and secluded and the condo was well furnished. Location couldn't have been better - only a few minutes walk to Keystone and there was a pub on the way (perfect spot to grab a burger for lunch or a beer after a long day of skiing). We would definitely stay again!

House was comfortable, very spacious and was great having a private hot tub to relax after spending the day in the snow. Great place for families with 3 separate sleeping suits, everyone has their own personal space. We made dinner most nights at home, kitchen was well equipped and loved having a slow cooker to be able to come back to a hot meal at the end of the day. Kitchen could have used ice trays but we just bought ice at the corner store just a walk through the parking lot so not really a complaint. Check in and out was very easy, and nice to have heated garage to come in and out of! Definitely recommend staying here, we enjoyed it very much! 😀

The team at SCMR could not have been more accommodating throughout our stay. This is the 3rd year we've used SCMR, and we plan to return for many years to come.

The staff was receptive when we worried hot tub was making a funny noise. They came right out. Otherwise we had a wonderful week. Sheets were nice. Access to 3 suites was so perfect. We had our two kids and their loved ones and it was so nice to spread out and have privacy. Would rent again. Price was just right. Loved the art work. Furniture was warm but it was nice to be comfortable.

This is a perfect apres ski home. The hot tub is on the second floor deck with a great view of Keystone. The place is well-equipped with cookware, bedding/towels, etc. Would definitely stay again.

There was extra everything you could ever need. We loved everything about this rental... Except.. the dishes were all dirty, I had to clean EVERYTHING we used before we were able to use it. Especially the instant pot and crockpot. The cleaning costs are quite pricy and it would have been nice to not have to wash dishes before using them. We would absolutely return!

We had a great time at this resort in Keystone. So much to see and do in the area for all. Hiking around lake Dillon, visiting Breckenridge and hiking up to see St. Mary's glacier. We found a great little breakfast place in keystone village. Weather was perfect. Not as much color as would have liked in foliage, strong winds the night we were there took Aspen leaves with it. The condo was clean, beds were good, nice gas fireplace that heats up quick..hot tub was a plus. Didn't spend a ton of time inside this trip. Too nice out..

The condo was clean, beds were good, nice gas fireplace that heats up quick..hot tub was a plus. Didn't spend a ton of time inside this trip. Too nice out..

We had a great weekend! It was close to liquor store and a corner store. Highway was right there. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy. Nice big garage. Fun times were had by all!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying in Keystone. The house was perfect for our family of five. Loved the hot tub on the porch. Great fun for the kids. Property was very clean and stocked for meals. Hot pot was awesome for hot chocolate. Watched family movies with Amazon Fire stick (provided) which was awesome. Great access to Silverton for shopping and restaurants. Great free sledding hill between condo and Dillon with walking path to Lake Dillon. We skied at Arapahoe Basin which was so close, affordable and convenient. This was our first family ski trip. We can’t wait to come back!
