Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this property for a snow vacation with friends. Sadly this area is in a big snow deficit. We were able to cross country ski at the Nordic center in town. What a great facility. We also did a couple of great hikes with crampons instead of snowshoeing.The condo is located in an easy in/out location. Centrally located to everything we did. We ate in Frisco, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne. Loved the area, and I’m letting everyone know.The condo was clean and spacious. Six of us turned to four, but there still would have been plenty of space.The digital guide the rental company sent me was full of great information for the area and surrounding towns.

Gorgeous condo location facing Lake Dillon! Very roomy and spacious inside. Loved that each room has their own bathroom, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast! The hot tub was hot and a great relaxing time for us after a day at the mountain. Check in time is a bit late (4:30p) so be mindful of that.

Everything was very close and easily accessible. Condo had breathtaking views, kitchen was well stocked ( as we cooked everyday of our stay). Only thing I didn't like was the bedroom on main level with queen bed did not have a tv and that garage doesn't lead you into condo. You have to climb 3 outdoor flights of stairs with all your luggage and belongings.

Perfect 3 bedroom retreat. Each bedroom has its own bath. The upstairs master is cool. The path around the lake is accessible and beautiful. The view of the lake and hills is also beautiful.

We spent the first hour of our stay looking for the correct unit,and building. Then the access codes were incorrect. Finally after two calls to very helpful people we finally got a key out. The only problem hint I could say would’ve made the stay better is ceiling fans need to be added because the sun through those beautiful windows is intense and even after opening the windows it was SO hot. Too hot to sleep. One more thing, perhaps mention to the cleaning crew to not show up before check out. Otherwise it is an amazing unit.

We rent a condo every year for our family vacation and this was the best unit we have had. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental exactly as pictured. Beautiful and very clean! Great seating arrangement in LR, plenty of ways to get comfortable. Huge window in living area overlooking lake Dillon. We enjoyed watching the alpenglow over the peaks and watching the snow by the fireplace. Even though it was near I70 the unit was very very quiet, never heard any traffic or neighbors. Beds very comfortable with soft sheets. Loved having the garage. The only unexpected thing was that the upstairs bedroom suite did not have a solid wall, it’s a loft. We probably missed that in the description. The owners created total privacy with a thick pull down shade, but sound travels. Overall we loved this rental and would absolutely stay again (we’ve already talked about coming back!) and do recommend without hesitation!

We were so happy with this property! Plenty of room for the 6 of us, well maintained and beautiful location. There were lots of key boxes, but they were not needed. That caused some confusion originally, but no other difficulties.

We had a group of 3 friends who stayed here, it was more than enough space! The views were amazing, they must be some of the best in the entire complex. It was great for each of us to have our own large, very comfortable, beds along with our own bathrooms. It was easy walking distance to Outer Range Brewing and a few restaurants/fast food joints. You have to stretch a little bit to find anything to complain about, but it would have been nice to have a bit more shampoo than a single small hotel bottle, and more than 1 tide pod, and the TV was painfully slow with very poor speakers for that post hike veg out, but other than that very minor annoyance it was perfect.

Well-stocked kitchen. We loved the sheets! Great location for accessing the area. Communication with rental agency was very good. The only downside to unit is that it doesn't have AC and gets warm at night for sleeping even though night-time outdoor temperatures were in the 50s. Ceiling fans would help (there are none).

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this location. The kitchen was very well-stocked with any cooking equipment and serving dishes we needed and a nice large dining table. The condo has amazing views of the mountains out the picture window--where we also saw a fox crossing the snow in the morning and at night. There was a nice balcony that we would have made more use of if it wasn't so cold out--but the snow is why we came. It was close to Copper and A-Basin where the skiers had some great runs. We decided this ski season to not stay on resort or slope side, but instead save money on lodging. Each day we loaded up our vehicle and skied a different resort. We enjoyed the little downtown of Frisco. The restaurants we enjoyed: 5th Avenue Grille and Pure Kitchen.

We decided this ski season to not stay on resort or slope side, but instead save money on lodging. Each day we loaded up our vehicle and skied a different resort. We enjoyed the little downtown of Frisco. The restaurants we enjoyed: 5th Avenue Grille and Pure Kitchen.

What a wonderful home. We stayed here for our monthly ski trip to Copper Mountain. Fantastic location close to the slopes (about a 10 minute drive). Downtown Frisco was very charming with delicious restaurants and cute shops. Will be back.

This place was absolutely wonderful. Very clean, provided everything we needed in the kitchen, lots of space, great location, and a fantastic view of the lake and mountains. Even our grandkids stood at the window for long times to enjoy the view. Just make sure you bring a flashlight when you have to go downstairs when it's dark: no lights by the garage and hot tub.
