Bay Club #209

I booked this property for a snow vacation with friends. Sadly this area is in a big snow deficit. We were able to cross country ski at the Nordic center in town. What a great facility. We also did a couple of great hikes with crampons instead of snowshoeing.
The condo is located in an easy in/out location. Centrally located to everything we did. We ate in Frisco, Breckenridge, and Silverthorne. Loved the area, and I’m letting everyone know.
The condo was clean and spacious. Six of us turned to four, but there still would have been plenty of space.
The digital guide the rental company sent me was full of great information for the area and surrounding towns.

Beautiful, spacious condo with extraordinary views of Lake Dillon and surrounding mountains. However, there were a couple hiccups in the access process, overall functionality and cleanliness of the condo that if addressed could easily make this condo a perfect "10" (feedback below).

Perhaps in addition to sending a link to the condo "guidebook", simplify by sending all the necessary access codes (condo, garage, and hot tub) in one simple text. This would simplify the initial access experience. As is, it's difficult and clunky to find all the necessary codes and instructions, not to mention that the embedded garage code is incorrect in the current link. Also, the link in the guidebook to "trash and recycling" under "i" is blank. As a result, we had to wing the disposal of trash and recycling. In addition, upon arrival, we immediately advised management via text that the level one master middle blind was broken, and even sent a picture. Despite a commitment to fix, it never was. Lastly, the cleaning/prep crew could do a better job vacuuming. Lots of crumbs and trinkets under both sofa cushions.

Thank you for your feedback! We will certainly look into streamlining the instructions for check-in for the future. A maintenance tech did stop by to repair the blind, however the string had snapped so he had to source the correct parts to repair this issue. Unfortunately we were not able to get this done during your stay, but this has since been resolved.

Our Spring Break in Colorado was amazing. This year we chose Copper Mountain (last year was Keystone). Bay Club in Frisco was a perfect central location for either. We loved both sunrise and sunset views of the mountains. We plan to come back next year!

We had a lovely time here at this condo. It has a breathtaking view of the mountains and Dillon Reservoir. The early morning hike behind the condo was one of one of my favorite parts of trip. We even saw a moose!
The one thing I should mention is the upstairs bedroom is like a loft with no wall, only a shade, closing it off from the downstairs. We might not have rented it had we realized that, but no regrets. The view was so good!

We had a great time staying at this beautiful home. We commuted to Copper Mountain every day which was about a 10 minute drive. The hot tub was easily accessed. We had a great time and will definitely look to stay here again!

Rental exactly as pictured. Beautiful and very clean! Great seating arrangement in LR, plenty of ways to get comfortable. Huge window in living area overlooking lake Dillon. We enjoyed watching the alpenglow over the peaks and watching the snow by the fireplace. Even though it was near I70 the unit was very very quiet, never heard any traffic or neighbors. Beds very comfortable with soft sheets. Loved having the garage. The only unexpected thing was that the upstairs bedroom suite did not have a solid wall, it’s a loft. We probably missed that in the description. The owners created total privacy with a thick pull down shade, but sound travels. Overall we loved this rental and would absolutely stay again (we’ve already talked about coming back!) and do recommend without hesitation!

The condo was very clean, comfy, and spacious. The amenities were fantastic (full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, grill, hot tub, etc.). 15 minute drive to copper and easy on and off the highway.

Condo was great, kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and and in good condition when we arrived. If you are coming from lower elevations be sure to give yourself a day or two to adjust to the altitude, though! We were winded climbing the steps to enter the Condo!

Place as presented. Spectacular views. Great location. Sharp knives and all the amenities needed. Easy check in. The only drawback was the three flights of stairs in high Altitude.

This unit was more than accommodating for our family! Spectacular views of the lake and mountains. Quiet and spacious to make our stay very enjoyable. Close to restaurants and shops in Frisco and the surrounding towns; lots of hiking trails to choose from, too!

Stayed for 3 nights during summer (August). Unit was very clean and very nice. Beautiful view of lake and mountains. Well-stocked kitchen. We loved the sheets! Great location for accessing the area. Communication with rental agency was very good. The only downside to unit is that it doesn't have AC and gets warm at night for sleeping even though night-time outdoor temperatures were in the 50s. Ceiling fans would help (there are none).

This was one of the most well appointed properties we’ve ever rented. From wine and beer glasses to coffee and soap! The beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. The view was beautiful as well!

This unit is very clean and has plenty of space for several families. My small family of four enjoyed the comfortable beds and cozy atmosphere. The views from the main room are beautiful. We will definitely rent this unit again if it’s available.

What a great week with our daughter and family. Our 3 grandsons were on Spring Break and we all gathered at Frisco. Bay Club 209 was a perfect spot and we would consider renting it again. Great location and a really nice home. Dog sledding at Good Times in Breckenridge was a "10".

Perfect place to stay for skiing nearby. Clean, comfortably furnished and well stocked. Very comfortable beds.

Should mention that being an upper floor unit you will have to walk up 3 flights of stairs

Condo was wonderful as well as location. Beds and baths were spacious and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked if needed. We overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. However, I feel the property management company could have done better. Coffee maker and garage door didn't work and was reported to management. We googled coffee maker, bought vinegar, and cleaned it and got it to work. However garage door issue was never corrected. Code didn't work and an attempt by management to correct issue was never made. Hopefully it is corrected prior to next rental.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us an evaluation of your stay. We glad that you overall had a nice stay, but we are disheartened to hear that you felt our company did not address your concerns. We offered to assist you with the coffee maker, however you decided to take care of it yourself. Our inspectors checked the coffee maker prior to your arrival and the "clean" button was not lit up. We did send maintenance to take a look at the garage door to see if that was something that we could fix, however we are limited with what we can do when it comes to garage doors due to the nature of how codes are generated and warranties. In this case, we had to reach out to the owner of the condo and they are working to resolve the issue. We appreciate your feedback and we would love it if you would come back to stay with us again – we have no doubt that the next time you would have the wonderful experience that the vast majority of our guests have.
