The condo was spacious for 4 adults and 3 children. It was well stocked with amenities and well appointed. The view of the mountains and the lake was incredible. It was close to skiing and stores. The management company was very attentive. If I could say anything negative, it would be the garage is hard to get in and out of for a larger vehicle.

Frisco house

We had a quick Guys weekend at this condo. The location is great, near the highway and not far from downtown Frisco. Mountain and Lake Dillon views are beautiful. The only slight negative on this property are the stairs. This is a second floor unit that seems more like a third floor.

Gorgeous condo location facing Lake Dillon! Very roomy and spacious inside. Loved that each room has their own bathroom, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast! The hot tub was hot and a great relaxing time for us after a day at the mountain. Check in time is a bit late (4:30p) so be mindful of that.

Christmas trip

Everything was very close and easily accessible. Condo had breathtaking views, kitchen was well stocked ( as we cooked everyday of our stay). Only thing I didn't like was the bedroom on main level with queen bed did not have a tv and that garage doesn't lead you into condo. You have to climb 3 outdoor flights of stairs with all your luggage and belongings.

Great Stay

Overall we had a wonderful time here. The kitchen was stocked with most everything we could think of including spices. I enjoyed a walk out to the lake and intontown.

Perfect 3 bedroom retreat. Each bedroom has its own bath. The upstairs master is cool. The path around the lake is accessible and beautiful. The view of the lake and hills is also beautiful.

Wrong codes and address

We spent the first hour of our stay looking for the correct unit,and building. Then the access codes were incorrect. Finally after two calls to very helpful people we finally got a key out. The only problem hint I could say would’ve made the stay better is ceiling fans need to be added because the sun through those beautiful windows is intense and even after opening the windows it was SO hot. Too hot to sleep. One more thing, perhaps mention to the cleaning crew to not show up before check out. Otherwise it is an amazing unit.

Nice place, as advertised

Check in was easy, communication from property manager was good regarding door codes and rules and general property info. Place was very comfortable. I enjoyed the fireplace! So many rentals have cheap mattresses, the ones in this place were excellent. The kitchen was nice size and well appointed. The view from back windows was the best! Would stay again. Parking was good. We did not use garage because it was kind of narrow and did not want to damage car or garage. Overall the place was perfect and we liked it very much. Only a short drive to most of the important stuff in Frisco. Very short drive to copper mountain. Can’t wait to return to Colorado.

Family ski trip

Great location! Spent time at Copper & Breckenridge. Condo had everything we needed, plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed the view and taking morning walks on the Frisco recreational trail.

Amazing Condo

We rent a condo every year for our family vacation and this was the best unit we have had. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great. Everything we needed was provided in the unit. The management company reached out several times to check in and see if we needed anything. Hope we can stay here again next year.

Excellent Property

Close to 70 making it easy to get to Vail, Breckenridge, Avon / Beavercreek, Copper, and Keystone. Property manager was very responsive and fixed an issue with the hot water promptly. Fantastic experience. Stayed with 2 children and would recommend for families. Close to Frisco, grocery, and more. Clean, well maintained condo.

A very comfortable condo!

Very welcoming unit with spectacular views of the lake & mountains! Comfortable accommodations for our small group, with room to spare. Close to Frisco and the surrounding towns. Lots of nearby hiking trails. A great place to relax at the end of the day! Pictures on the listing were very accurate.

Lovely

We were so happy with this property! Plenty of room for the 6 of us, well maintained and beautiful location. There were lots of key boxes, but they were not needed. That caused some confusion originally, but no other difficulties.

Perfect stay for 3 adults!

We had a group of 3 friends who stayed here, it was more than enough space! The views were amazing, they must be some of the best in the entire complex. It was great for each of us to have our own large, very comfortable, beds along with our own bathrooms. It was easy walking distance to Outer Range Brewing and a few restaurants/fast food joints. You have to stretch a little bit to find anything to complain about, but it would have been nice to have a bit more shampoo than a single small hotel bottle, and more than 1 tide pod, and the TV was painfully slow with very poor speakers for that post hike veg out, but other than that very minor annoyance it was perfect.

Great Location

The unit was perfect, very well appointed and spacious, great location overlooking Dillon Lake. Ideal for three friends with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Early morning visit by two beautiful foxes was a bonus!

I am so happy to have booked this place for our Spring snowboarding trip to Colorado. The view of the lake and mountains was breathtaking from the inside of the house. The communication was great. We dined at a variety of great restaurants. The location was on point since we had planned to visit multiple ski resorts and this property was central to all. Really loved it and will definitely come back if price is reasonable. Thank you!

Beautiful condo with exceptional views

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this location. The kitchen was very well-stocked with any cooking equipment and serving dishes we needed and a nice large dining table. The condo has amazing views of the mountains out the picture window--where we also saw a fox crossing the snow in the morning and at night. There was a nice balcony that we would have made more use of if it wasn't so cold out--but the snow is why we came. It was close to Copper and A-Basin where the skiers had some great runs. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 bedrooms and baths were great for 2 couples and 2 daughters. The garage and parking space in the driveway were helpful. Easy check in. The hardest part was climbing the stairs with our suitcases and food. All in all a great stay and would come again.

Centrally Located to multiple ski resorts

We decided this ski season to not stay on resort or slope side, but instead save money on lodging. Each day we loaded up our vehicle and skied a different resort. We enjoyed the little downtown of Frisco. The restaurants we enjoyed: 5th Avenue Grille and Pure Kitchen.

Perfect!

What a wonderful home. We stayed here for our monthly ski trip to Copper Mountain. Fantastic location close to the slopes (about a 10 minute drive). Downtown Frisco was very charming with delicious restaurants and cute shops. Will be back.
