Sleeping up to 6 guests across three queen beds, this inviting mountain retreat features a wood-burning fireplace, private balcony with mountain views, and a full kitchen with granite countertops. Located just 200 feet from the Beaver Run SuperChair at the base of Peak 9, you'll enjoy effortless access to skiing, hiking, biking, dining, and historic downtown Breckenridge.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals during your stay and features granite countertops. The dining table seats four, with an additional three seats at the breakfast bar, creating plenty of space for gathering with family and friends.

Overall, great location and great rooms.

Plenty of room for everyone, great location, easy to get around to everything needed. The beds were a little hard for our liking, and the hot water was very finicky. It would get super hot and then get cold all through out taking a shower.

Convenient property for skiing at Breck. The condo is clean and functional. Pots/pans are non stick but scratched so could use an upgrade but functional. Everything is very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at beaver run. Its super convenient to the lift, ski lessons and even downtown. The kids lovee the arcade and indoor/outdoor pool. The property was clean and well furnished. Kitchen had good variety of dishware including a slow cooker and both coffee pot and keurog and general spices. Would definitely look to stay at this property ahain.

It’s a great location, just a walk across the street to the quicksilver lift. The bedrooms were nice. The living room, kitchen, and bathrooms were a little outdated but clean, and no one is staying here to hang out around the condo. The only negative for me was communication between the property managers and the condo front desk. We paid to check in early, but the front desk wasn’t informed. We called and got it cleared up quickly, but I thought it was a little strange. There were also some directions in the guest book that didn’t match what the front desk told us, such as what to do with trash. It wasn’t a big deal, but just something to be aware of.
