Our Airbnb through Summit County Mountain Retreat listing was a great experience. Check-in directions were clear and very detailed. The condo was in the perfect location close to the gondola and in the center of the village restaurants and shops. They were always available by phone for my questions. The condo was fully and perfectly equipped and well kept, from spices to games.

Super close walking distance to the River Run Gondola. Hot tub and sauna (remember to pre-heat!) outside in the back entrance. Ski locker storage in the entrance. Parking with EV chargers. It's right in the village, so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Great location!

We love our stay at Black Bear 8046. The location was perfect. The decor was so nice. The condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked. We enjoyed their outside hot tub. Small, but private. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect spot for my sister and I to enjoy the views of Colorado with a small "village" feel. This location was perfect for all of our needs: hiking, thrifting, horse riding (1hr away) and local shops and eateries. The property was clean, had essentially every type of kitchenware and even some unexpected extras (salt, pepper, honey, cinnamon/sugar). We even used the text feature and got recommendations on hikes and bike rentals which as amazing! Would recommend this property and would bring our families back here some time!

The condo was fantastic! Very clean and cozy and as advertised. We had a heated pool outside which was amazing because it was a cold weekend but the pool was warm and we were able to swim for hours. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Excellent location! Walkable to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be using this company again, and would stay at the same condo again for sure.

Other than that, we had a great time. Very comfortable with plenty of living space, and exactly what we were looking for to make our ski trip exceptional. Location close to gondola and start of ski school for little ones. Fitness studio was adequate, facilities are nice. Beds comfortable, nice sheets. A little noise from the square at night but with the exception of holidays it is very quiet in the Keystone square generally (and actually parking lot facing condos can be noiser).

This condo was an awesome find! My family really enjoyed our stay. The location can’t be beat- close to the gondola (less than 5 min walk) and in the middle of River Run village shops & restaurants. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Very clean. Hope to stay here again!

We have rented from Summit a few times and it's always been excellent. The only complaints would be that the plumbing is very loud and the heat whined sometimes. Overall, we were very happy with the experience!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and very spacious. It is one floor above River Run square, which made for great people watching from the balcony. It also meant that you could often hear voices and activity in the square when you were trying to sleep, but that is the trade off for being right on the square. The elevator worked well enough to get to the lobby and garage, but a stairwell near the unit was even quicker and got you in and out quickly. Overall a perfect location and a great place to stay.

Incredibly clean, comfortable, and perfectly located! Our kids loved the bunk bed room, and the entire condo was extremely spacious. An amazing location mid-village. Easy access to shops, including a coffee shop downstairs and little quick-grab grocery steps away. An easy two minute walk to the shared community pool, and just a few mere steps to the slopes. We found ourselves, often repeating, “this is such a great location!” Or “what an easy village to navigate!” You lose out on the little touches with a property management company, like a few little snacks waiting after a long journey would be a nice addition, but the organization, clarity, and ease of check in/out make up for that minor detail. The condo was immaculately clean, and well stocked with dishes and appliances in the kitchen, towels, etc. in the bathrooms, and extra blankets throughout. We would happily book again!
