This updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a king bed, a twin over full bunk bed, and a newly updated queen sleeper sofa. It features slope views from the private balcony. It also has an updated kitchen and bathroom. Ideally located in River Run Village, you’re just steps away from the high-speed gondola, shopping, restaurants, and local festivities. Black Bear Lodge also offers shared amenities including a sauna and hot tub, and access to Dakota Lodge pool and hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features new couches, a flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Extra sheets and blankets in a closet. Just off the living area is the private balcony that features beautiful ski slope and seating for guests to enjoy.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home. It features granite counters, new hardwood floors, new cabinets, stove-top burners, and stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.

The bedroom features a king sized bed with ultra premium linens and a TV with a DVD + VHS player. Enjoy ski slope views from the bedroom window. The remodeled master bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. It is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The guest bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and two dressers for ample storage. The full-sized guest bathroom features a standing shower, new flooring, and granite countertops.

Awesome location with Mountain Ski vibes!

Overall a great rental experience! The digital guest book with check-in instructions was very detailed & informative. I liked the secured parking & having the carts right next to the elevator to haul our stuff up to the condo was very helpful. Beds were very comfortable, the view from the patio of keystone mountain was amazing & the location was perfect, especially with the shops nearby.

Perfect Condo in the Mountains

Great spacious condo in the mountains with great amenities. We enjoy staying here in the summer. It is a nice relaxing week with cooler temperatures and plenty of sunshine in the summer months. Pool and hot tub area is always inviting. Grills and social areas are a plus. Only complaints would be construction noise for new buildings.

Room was nice, but not exactly what I ordered . very disappointed

Check in was easy. As soon as we entered the room, I walked around to inspect everything...... that's when I became very very mad. The bedroom that was supposed to have 2 beds next to each other at the same level with night-stand in-between was not there. Instead was an up and down bunk bed. This was not what was advertised in the listing.
Before I made the reservation, I searched many different listings for a room with 2 side by side beds. NOT UP AND DOWN BUNKS!!!!
This was not acceptable. But, we were trapped.... we had no choice.
I immediately called and made a complaint.

The kitchen was a little small for 4 adults. Bathrooms were set up well.
Balcony was a nice bonus, except for all the construction going on.
Disappointed that the hot tub was not available to use.
Elevator worked well. Parking garage was easy to use, even with a big vehicle like mine.

Obviously I am upset with the wrong advertising of that room. It upsets me also with the reservation management, that they didn't catch this beforehand.

Great place, convenient location

We only stayed one night, but found this unit to be very clean, comfortable with a great location. We even had a fantastic view of the fireworks right from the balcony. The management company was easy to deal with. We would stay here again.

Great location for skiing with kids

Very close to the main gondola. Easy to walk with ski gear and kids. Also a great location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Heated/covered parking was a nice perk too.

Black Bear #8061 July stay

The overall stay for a couple of days was very nice. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. There was construction going on the west side of the condo where we stayed (I know the construction is out of the control of VRBO) but it would've been nice to have been told the workers start at 7:00 a.m. and don't stop until 7:00 p.m. There were a few minor issues that we addressed with Summit County Mountain Retreat and they responded very quickly.

Needs work

The condo was in a very convenient location. The chair upholstery is falling apart, the lamp shades/windows are broken, hanging lights really dusty, location was extremely loud with all of the neighboring parties going on, pillows and bedding are super cheap. The pillows and blankets were stained and gross. After informing the management company, they brought more pillows and thin, but new microfiber/suede blanks, but helped. The kitchen has a convection oven/microwave and is well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, bowls, cups.... Bring your own coffee or head downstairs to the coffee shop right next store. For $500/night definitely not as comfortable as other units at Keystone.

Great Location and Clean Condo

I would recommend this condo. Close to the lift and all River Run restaurants and stores. Also very clean. The condo is small but typical for condos this close to the lift.
