The apartment it's very clean, excellent location. All in all a good visit to Colorado. The gondola at Breckenridge was free and that gave us a good trip up the mountain, Loveland pass it's beautiful and it's an amazing bike ride to get up there. This is an amazing property! It is sooo close to the Keystone ski slopes, you could say is virtually ski in ski out! The village is very nice with plenty of restaurants and bars. Staying at this property saved me a lot of hassle I. Parking and traffic. It is very cozy, clean and has all amenities needed, the 2 hot tubs and the big heated pool are a blessing after a day of ski! My family of four had a great week-long stay at Dave's condo. It's exactly as described in the listing. The condo is well equipped, and building has a great heated pool, hot tubs, and a playground and mini golf right across the street -- perfect for families. The location is right in the heart of Keystone, with restaurants and shops right around the corner. Dave was very communicative and responded immediately to our questions. Townhouse had everything we needed. Garage was great, especially when it snowed. The house is a little close to a highway. Rooms on that side were a little loud at night but not bad. The other side is adjacent to a river. Home has plenty of room for 6 people, you won’t feel cramped. Kitchen is nicely appointed and there is a large washer and dryer. Dish soap, laundry detergent, and bathrooms soaps/shampoo was provided. Several stores and restaurants close by. Overall, great townhouse in a very nice area.- Reviewed On: 4/3/2026

This property is situated in an excellent location. It is immaculately clean and was able to accommodate three families. The property features two private bedrooms, with the third bedroom located on the third floor which is open (not a typical private bedroom with a lock). The only downside was there was a trash bag left out on the back patio before we arrived. Maybe it was left behind ? Definitely wish we could have stayed longer but will be back for sure! This place was absolutely beautiful! We came to Colorado to celebrate my son's graduation and staying here was the best! The place was clean, roomy, and was just what we needed after a long day of hiking. So relaxing to come back, hear the river outside, and just be able to relax and unwind together. We are definitely planning on coming back!! We LOVED it here! If you are looking for a place to get away from it all and yet still be close to civilization, this is the place for you! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Airbnb in Silverthorne, Colorado, and I can't recommend it enough! The proximity to Target was a huge plus, making shopping incredibly convenient. The views of Buffalo Mountain from the property were absolutely breathtaking, adding a special touch to our stay.
The space itself was perfect for our family, with ample room for the kids to play and relax. The bathrooms were spacious and beautifully designed, making our experience even more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with the modern and upgraded appliances throughout the home, and the quiet washer and dryer were a game changer—no noisy disruptions during our downtime!

Finding the Airbnb was a little complicated but if you follow the instructions provided by the host you won’t miss it. We asked for early check in few weeks ago and was told that they would let us know the day of checkin. We reached there at 2pm and wanted to checkin but the cleaning crew was still in there and they said they will inform us as soon as they leave. They left at 3:30 and we were still waiting outside. we didn’t receive any call from host till 4pm that’s when we called and let them know that the cleaning people and then they allowed us to checkin. Other than that the place was amazing, very clean and neat would definitely recommend. FYI checkin is at 5:30pm.- Reviewed On: 3/4/2025
Thank you for your feedback. Our standard check in time is 4:30pm, and always has been (Airbnb just does not allow us to set it to a half hour time in the portal). Unfortunately during our peak season, even with advanced notice we are not able to always accommodate early check in. We try our best to accommodate these requests, but with back to back reservations it is not always possible. We do apologize we were not able to get you checked in early. We absolutely loved it here. The townhouse was beautiful and clean. The beds and bedding were so comfortable and the bathrooms were so clean and large. The view of Buffalo mountain out the front was stunning and we loved the lush trees on the side and back of the house. We set up the humidifiers in every room and they helped SO much. We were so happy to see that enough fans were supplied for each bedroom as well. We really felt at home here and it was so easy to relax at the end of a long day of hiking and exploring.
So many great hikes nearby, Silverthorne was cute but Frisco was our favorite town that we visited. So many cute shops and great restaurants.

Wonderful experience and loved the layout. Very nice bathrooms: 3 and 1/2 ~ two loft bedrooms on the third floor great for kids with a shared full bathroom and walk-in shower. Two main bedrooms with private full bathrooms on level two with washer and dryer in a hall closet - great for a long stay. Comfortable mattresses and bedding. Home itself had upgraded amenities - kitchen was quite spacious and had generous countertops and cabinets. The views were spectacular and being an end unit condo, had large windows on three sides bringing in loads of natural light. Close to great shops, eateries, and entertainment. The only thing we would suggest is to remove the pullout couch in one of the loft areas and replace it with a bed. We loved our stay.- Reviewed On: 5/19/2024

Wonderful family home central to ski resorts
We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The home was exactly as described. It was clean, kitchen fully stocked with all essentials, plenty of bath towels blankets and pillows. We loved all the space it provided for our family. The three full bathrooms and the half bath were very nice. No one had to wait for a shower. We loved having the heated garage to put all our ski gear in at the end of the day. The location is perfect if you are skiing the epic resorts. Vail and Breckenridge were only about 30 min away and keystone is just right down the road about 15 min. We skied all three resorts. I would highly recommend this home! The management company was great to communicate with and only a phone call or text away if we needed anything.- Reviewed On: 1/1/2024

Great place for a group of friends to stay in Silverthorne! We were in town for a wedding at the pavilion and couldn’t have been happier with our accommodations. Tons of showers and bathrooms for getting ready and walkable distance to the venue. The place was so clean and had great amenities (towels, kitchen supplies, etc.). This place had us saying "WOW" at every turn and on every floor. Absolutely beautiful & well appointed inside -- and a great patio overlooking the river in back. Linens/towels were top quality. There was an abundance of windows w/ easy closing shades. Beds were extra comfy -- with loads of pillows and extra blankets/throws. Kitchen was massive but underutilized. We had a great stay at this rental! It had plenty of space for our party of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids-four and under). It was very clean and new. I loved that their wasn’t any clutter but was also well furnished with all we needed. The beds were very comfortable and linens were soft and clean. We loved having our coffee each morning on the back patio along the Blue River. It was in a great location and close to all the things we wanted to do in the mountains and on Lake Dillon. We hiked, boated, shopped, and ate some delicious food while visiting. There is construction going on nearby (new builds) but didn’t bother us at all. We will definitely stay here again and hope that there may even be a bridge that connects this property to the Blue River Trail across the River by then. That would be so convenient!
