I'd first like to comment on an administrative issue - the idea that one cannot check in until 4:30, yet there is an expectation that by 5:00, one will also make a trip to the admin. office to pick up their parking pass. I consider this a pretty ridiculous setup. Why not just have the parking pass in the unit so it is immediately available to guests upon arrival?
Regarding the unit, it is quite spacious, but boy, that's a lot of dark brown in the decor. And with lamps only along the sides of rooms (there is no overhead lighting), it is a pretty dark place with curtains closed or after the sun sets. The kitchen kind of screams for under cabinet lighting, as the recessed can lighting does not provide a ton of light. And the appliances are quite dated as well (we found the microwave a bit frustrating to operate, and it didn't seem to cook all that well).
Also in the living room there is a lack of ability to set a drink down beside the two side chairs facing the TV, which seems like an odd oversight for guest comfort.
In the master, the caulk in the shower was peeling off, and the door handle on the balcony screen door was broken, adding to the feeling of being a bit dated.
Having said all that, we managed to have a comfortable two night stay, and suffered no consequences from ignoring the parking pass issue. I wouldn't really "recommend" this unit per se, but there is also nothing serious enough as an issue that I'd recommend against it.

This condo exceeded all expectations. The unit was exactly as advertised in the photos, offering a perfect stay from start to finish.

Our family of four really loved this condo. The kitchen is very well-equipped. The fireplace was toasty after a long day on the slopes. We also enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom. The location is great - very convenient for the mountain and main street. Although we didn't use the shuttle service, it's right across the street. And, because we're lazy, we drove to Main Street nightly but it's a very easy/doable walk. We are already looking at staying here again during the 2024 Holiday season.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were impressed as soon as we opened the door! This was like staying in our own home. The kitchen is beyond well equipped with everything you need to cook any type of meal. I just wish there was a Keurig instead of a Mr. Coffee. The decor and amenities in the condo made for a wonderful Colorado vacation - a great place to crash after a long day of hiking! Comfortable beds, great showers, heated bathroom floors, etc. We would definitely stay here again and we would definitely recommend this to anyone. The condo was spotless clean throughout when we checked in.

Nice place to stay. 3 minute walk into downtown. Check in did require getting a parking pass from the property manager across the street. Clean and good condition furniture. All in all, good place and value.

We stayed here for my son’s wedding. The rental was fully furnished. The kitchen had all the items we needed for meal prep. The place is beautiful and a great location. Walk to town, easy walk to trails and lifts. Just a great place!

The condo was clean, well equipped with everything we needed, and so cozy. Our master bed was extremely comfortable. Check-I’m process was so simple, which is always a relief after a day of travel. The proximity to town on foot was a breeze. We only needed our car for the big trip to City Market. The bus to and from the gondola was conveniently close. Also walking to the gondola was close, too. We took the bus when our kids were carrying all their ski gear. It was all in all a wonderful place to stay. I had a couple of questions for the management staff and they were very quick to respond. Hot tubs were a hit too! We’ll be back soon!

my overall experience was awesome. they extended my stay till 6pm which was a big help as i had a red eye from denver. the place is big and spacious and very comfortable. it is also close to breck town (walking or short driving). i really enjoyed my stay and recommend the place to others.

My family came up from Denver for 4 nights, which we often do. This was my favorite place to stay! It was quiet, well equipped, had plenty of space and was easy to get to. Having two parking spaces was also really really nice so we didn't have to move
cars around. Excellent stay and will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed staying at this 2 Bedroom VRBO. Looks like it was recently updated with new carpeting and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything you would need. Washer and Dryer in VRBO is a huge plus (they leave some tide pods above the dryer and hard to find for shorter people). Lamps next to beds have USB Ports for phones too! Hot Tub is a little walk to other end of parking lot. Christy's Ski Rentals is on-site (across street) and you can walk up to Snowflake Lift or take the bus. It is not that far but is an uphill walk and maybe not easy in boots and skis. My wife and I are in our 50's and we walked it every day.

It is a very pleasant unit that is very conveniently located near the Snowflake lift and downtown. I loved being able to walk to both in 5 minutes.
