Our stay was great!! There was a mix up in our reservation and we were easily able to contact them and they were able to get us into another unit quickly. The home was very clean, updated, and large. It’s located right next to the shuttle that takes you to Keystone Mountain. The check in process was very easy. Awesome management group and great stay!

Wonderful

Location was good, apartment was clean and large enough for a family of 5. Fully furnished. You really do not need to bring anything, except the grocery needs. There should be a water boiler, which is missing. We were not able to open the door of the trash dumpster even after several key codes provided by the hosts.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Todo estuvo excelente, el lugar es tal cual las fotos, todo impecable, únicamente deben mejorar la agilidad en su respuesta ya que al final nunca obtuvimos una sobre un peluche que dejó una de las niñas. Era muy importante por insignificante que pareciera y finalmente eso dejó un sin sabor del servicio.

I was pleasantly surprised by every aspect of this stay. Overall, it was as the pictures showed and what the description stated, but it was also so much more! This place is brand new and the unit has every amenity you can think of. Our car was safe inside the clean parking garage. Also, the floors in this property are heated. What a nice surprise in the extremely cold weather! It comfortably housed 7 of us and if I am ever in this area again, I would happily book this exact property. Ten out of ten!
