The fully equipped kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances and features a breakfast bar with seating for four, perfect for casual mornings. For more formal meals, the dining area seats six and offers a dining-with-a-view experience with the mountains right outside the window. A convenient private washer and dryer are tucked neatly inside the entryway closet on the main level, making it easy to stay fresh during your stay.

Retreat to the main-level primary bedroom, where you’ll find a queen bed, a mounted smart TV, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom on this level offers two twin bunk beds and en suite access to a full guest bathroom—which also connects to the living area.

Upstairs is the third bedroom, which offers a queen bed, mounted smart TV, air conditioning, and its own en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and walk-in closet.

As an added bonus, guests have exclusive access to the Keystone Lodge & Spa next door, complete with a heated pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and fitness center.

Beautiful apartment. Being a new build makes a big difference for their quality and cleanliness which are both first class. The place was very spacious as well. We completely forgot to empty the fridge before we left and they didn’t give us any fines! Definitely deserves 5 stars. The only negative note I have for manager is that the fire alarms went off twice when cooking when there was no visible smoke.

Our stay at Brightwood #306 was cozy comfy and provided all the high end touches I appreciated. The pictures don't do it justice as it is on the corner top floor unit of a condo building. The views from the large windows were breath taking. I could have sat there all day just taking those in.
We were a group of 2 families with 3 kids. There was plenty of space to spread out. They had heated floors in some areas which was a nice surprise. The twin on twin bunks provided a fun kids space to unwind on games after a long day outside. The table was plenty big for us to sit and eat or catch up after a long day. We could have used more family room seating for our group of 7 as the cow? hide chairs weren't exactly what I wanted to sink into after being out all day.
We were a 3 minute drive to the keystone Lodge and spa. I think there is a way to walk there, but we didn't have a chance to figure that out. We loved this place and highly recommend.

This home was spectacular! Everything was very clean and as expected. Only thing I would say that needs improvement is the check in instructions and home location instructions. Took us a while to figure it out and the front desk lady at the office was not very helpful. Other than that, this place was beautiful and I would stay here again.

Pros:
The VIEWS! Just beautiful! The pond across the street had ducks every day and there is a walking path that goes around it. Not sure how long the path is, but people were jogging, riding bikes on it daily.
Super clean. New construction equipped with everything we needed.
Value was great for lots of people. 3 huge luxury bathrooms!
Cons:
Check in was slightly complicated. Grabbed a welcome packet across the street. A little confused because I was getting check in instructions and the code from different text numbers.
Set the fire alarm off with smoke from grease cooking burgers on the stovetop. It was really loud. After opening doors and window it went off about ten min after.
The bunk room and master room need shades on the windows facing the streetlights. This was minor, but would be helpful to have.
You are given 1 fob to enter garage. Keep this in mind if multiple people coming and going. $500 replacement fee if you lose!
Also, note one parking spot only!

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately the HOA for this property makes it difficult & expensive for us to obtain extra fobs. We understand that this can be an inconvenience, but hopefully this will be temporary as there are plans to convert the garage to code access in the future! Once this happens, this will simplify check in as well. The property is brand new so things are still being worked out to make rentals more efficient. We appreciate your feedback and will pass this along!
