This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo comfortably sleeps 8 with two king beds and two twin bunk beds. Located in the heart of River Run Village, this inviting retreat features a private rooftop balcony with village views, an updated kitchen, private laundry, and easy access to shopping, dining, local events, and the high-speed gondola. Perfect for families and groups, it offers plenty of space to relax after a day of mountain adventures.

The updated full-sized kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with essential cookware and tableware for preparing meals at home. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests, with three additional seats available at the breakfast bar for casual dining and conversation.

Our family had the best time staying at this condo! Beautiful decor, comfortable furnishings, and very spacious for our group of six. Fantastic location, right in the heart of River Run village and easily walkable to the gondola to start your day on the mountain. Summit was super responsive to any questions. She performed at the Aspen Opera, so we chose this location because it is about halfway between the airport and Aspen. We all loved the accommodations, the restaurants and shops in the square and the surrounding areas. Note: do not make the same mistake I did and take Loveland Pass without knowing what you’re getting into. I was not prepared for that type of white knuckle driving.

Summer Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second stay at this unit. It's a tradition to come every summer with the grandkids. This unit has enough room for everyone, three bathrooms, a nice big table to eat and play games, a well stocked kitchen and love that it has a washer dryer in the unit. It has easy access to the stairs and is not far from the pool (which is finally warmer than in years past). Appears to be recently painted and a few new furniture pieces. The windows, screens, and blinds in any of the units we've stayed always need a little work and can be hard to deal with. Summit County folks are always accessable and very friendly. As others have stated setting up all of the TV remotes is a bit annoying but really not much to complain about with this unit.
