Great location right in the heart of Keystone. The unit was as advertised, and I give them a plus for very comfy bedding!! Picking up the keys, finding the garage and then your unit is not super simple but they give clear instructions so just follow those. Overall great stay.

This was the perfect spot for a MTB trip to Keystone! Despite having lower than normal temperatures, having the air conditioning was wonderful. Bed was super comfy. We didn't cook but did have breakfasf each morning and the kitchen seemed well appointed. Everything is finished so nicely, we would love to stay here again.

Slopes were a short walk through the village. Very easy. The kitchen was lacking some thimgd we assumed would be there - salt, pepper, some kind of oil.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for our family of 5 with a short walk to the River Run Gondola. Loved being right there in the middle of everything at River run. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc. It was convenient to have a locker for skis but do know that you have to keep the rest of your gear in the room. Only our skis and polls fit in the locker. We would definitely stay here again!

Great apartment with easy/quick access to the lifts. Overall, very happy with this listing, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. If I had to improve anything, i'd prefer to not have to drive to a secondary location (5min down the road) to pick up the key and parking decal. .. otherwise, highly recommended.

Condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the pool tables and hot tubs just down stairs. The little Keystone Village area that is attached had everything you needed right out your back door. The view of the balcony of the mountains can't be beat! The recently added air conditioner kept us comfortable the whole stay.

It was an exceptional property surrounded by a village that offered many amenities. There was shopping, hiking, biking, fishing, white water, rafting, and so much more. The weather was perfect and we were just between seasons so we had the place to ourselves. This was a beautiful park with responsive property management. Checking was easy check out was beautiful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a comfortable stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! After snowboarding during the day we enjoyed the pool tables, hot tubs, and the short walk to the shops and skating rink. Everything was clean and well kept.

Buffalo Lodge was a wonderful place to stay. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved staying in River Run, even though we were there off season and many things were not open. It was nice and quiet. We visited Rocky Mountain National Park and Breckenridge during our stay. (Still snow on the mountains in June!)

We stayed with our 3 kids (14, 11, 8). The location is excellent for access to River Run and the gondola. We ended up using the sofa bed and it was very comfortable. That being said, the trundles are smaller/narrower than twin size (two fit under a queen bed)- one worked for my 8 year old but they were quite small for older kids. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Coin/credit laundry is easy to access one floor above. Views of the mountains are great from the condo and you can’t beat the location. It was very nice to have covered (heated) parking.

Great price for the location next to the ski lift, the plaza with shops/eateries on the property, and to Dillon. The property staff was there every step of the way to guide us in, with a quick easy check-in process, and to help troubleshoot once in our rental. The rental was very clean, well stocked, and with great showers! Beds were very comfortable, really appreciated the extra pillows and blankets! We would definitely come here again! My social media friends were jealous of all the pictures, so are now excited to have an affordable beautiful property to stay at on their next vacay to Colorado!

Our family of six, 2 adults & 4 children (including two teenagers) were very comfortable here. It had everything you needed, was very cozy yet roomy and very conveniently located right in river run village! Easy walk to and from the Gondola! Ski locker was a little small and we couldn't fit all six of our gear (but 5 of us are snow boarders - it takes up more space. Overall, great stay!

This is a top-of-the-line place. Very well-appointed condo with amazing amenities in a perfect location. We actually did not ski at Keystone (drove to A Basin), but we took the gondola on our last day and it was an easy walk (though not ski-in ski-out). Lots of retail and restaurants all around. Two hot tubs for the building. Plenty of kitchen utensils, including unexpected treats like a crockpot and blender. Garage was so nice. Loved the gas fireplace with easy-on switch. Only thing I didn't like was the laundry - quarters only. I'm a cashless person, so that was a serious struggle. I hope they consider some modernization of the laundry room (which is probably not up to the property owner, I realize).

The only small thing was that we had requested two parking passes. Luckily, I double checked while getting my keys because there was only one in the envelope. It was fixed quickly, however it would’ve been a hassle had I already left. The room was as described. It was very cozy. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. A mattress topper would be nice. My teenage son was unphased by the bed, but my daughter wanted no part of it. The location of this property is perfect, so close to restaurants, shopping and the gondola.

My only suggestion is that it seems like the elevators need some maintenance. They were a little unpredictable. Overall we were very satisfied and would rent this unit again.

You really can't beat the location! There were some minor maintenance and cleanliness issues in the condo that I reported to the management company at check out but otherwise our stay was great. This condo is absolutely beautiful! I am here for a friend's wedding on Dercum and I am totally in love. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need to prepare any meals. The beds are amazing and it really is a relaxing place to come home to. I could live here forever!

We would definitely recommend it. Keystone is very close to lots of activities. We enjoyed horseback riding at the Rusty Spurr Ranch. It is a true ranch with gorgeous views. Top of the Rockies ziplining was awesome and we did dog sledding too! Riverrun is a cute village and has a gondola that takes you to the top of the mountain. You can bike down the mountain. Our kids ranged 23 to 14. They loved it. We stayed in July 2014.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Buffalo Lodge. 3 of us stayed the night. The furnishings are beautiful, I really felt like I was in a mountain oasis. I slept on the pull out couch, and it was very comfortable. The unit seemed to have many extra things around just in case. (extra pillows, a fan, blow dryer, board games etc). The kitchen dishes and cookware were sufficient. I would definitely stay here again.

Spent a week at this lovely condo and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The condo is comfortable, nicely furnished, and very convenient to the slopes. We loved not having to drive and were able to leave our vehicle parked in the under ground parking lot. We will be back. Thank you!

I needed a reservation very last minute to entertain out of town guests. Ryan, the owner, was very helpful and accomidating and made everything happen from afar. The unit is beautiful- very comfortable and well appointed. Four of us (two couples) easily fit and had everything we needed. We were only in town for one night and we decided to stay in and enjoy an evening together. The kitchen had everything we could ask for and we prepared two meals there. The location is ideal. I would highly recommend for 2-4 adults and look forward to making it back when I can spend more time.

This unit was perfect for my husband and I. We just grabbed our skis and snowboard, walked out the door and hopped on the gondola. The condo is tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. When we didn't feel like cooking in the kitchen, we just went downstairs to grab some food. Thanks Ryan for all of the help and recommendations!

My husband, my 4 year old son and I enjoyed a great couple of days here at this wonderful condo. Super central to everything and only a couple of minutes walk to the gondola. Very nicely decorated and lots of games for children, lots of DVDs and just a great overall experience at the right price. What was very convenient is the supermarket only steps away from the condo for all the things we forgot!! :) Definitely worth staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. It's location is superb... a 2 min. walk to shops and restaurants and a 5 min. walk to the slopes. The condo's very clean, nicely decorated and super cozy. We felt right at home. The Buffalo Lodge is also really nice. We loved the billiard room and jacuzzi area. Couldn't have found a better condo for the price! Thank you, Ryan!!

We came up to stay for a friends wedding in Keystone. Some of our friends stayed at a different condo building. Out of 4 condos we saw our group in that week, this was by far the nicest. They had a very nice decor and was comfortable. I slept on the sofa sleeper and was surprisingly comfortable. My friend slept on the bed and said it was very comfortable as well. It was clean and you could tell well taken care of. The owners seemed very nice too and were very prompt. We loved Keystone and hope to make it back out again.

I had an oppurtunity thru my job to stay at the condo at Luxury condo at the River Run Buffalo lodge KeyStone, Co. For the weekend with my husband. The weekend of June 2nd thru June 4th 2012. The condo was an amazing place to relax, get away from reality, as well as have some quality time with just myself amd my husband. The codo was perfect. The entire place was beutiful. The scenery was perfect to wake upto. The condo was luxury, and cozy. I had an amazing time at the River run Buffalo Lodge in KeyStone, Co. Thank you o much for the great experience. Loved this condo- very close to the slopes and shops/restaurants in River Run. The listing description was quite accurate, except that it looked a little smaller in person than online. It was clean and well-maintained. The owner was VERY helpful- helped us with discounted rentals and lift tickets. River Run is terrific, and A-Basin and Breckenridge were very close! Loved the Blue River Bistro in Breckenridge. We will be back!

We rented this condo for Spring Break. We go out West for skiing every year and rent a condo or stay in a hotel. I can honestly say this was the BEST condo we have ever rented. It is totally updated, right near the slopes, has a locker for storage of equipment, and excellent activities in a safe environment for kids. There are plenty of inexpensive restaurants within 200 yards of the condo and even a small grocery store. The couch is super comfy and the flat screens and cable tv are a major plus for apres ski. The underground garage is great and easy to get your stuff to the condo via lots of bellman carts. We will definitely be back!

I would like to thank Ryan for going out of his way to answer all my questions and try to get us the best deal. The condo was very clean and cozy with dvds and games to play. The only thing I would add is that the condo can get pretty warm but just open a window and it's fine. We also didn't realize that most of the dishes were still in the dishwasher! However, very convenient location to the slopes and shopping and ice rink right out the front of the lodge. Also very convenient that guest services was right in the next building. Thank you Ryan for a very pleasant stay!

Stayed in this unit for 5 days with wife and 2 children 6 and 9 ... The walk to Gondola was short which was nice. The property was very accomadating and nice--well taken care of! Kitchen well equiped.. We all ski and the ski locker at 1 st level was great! Ice skating literally at front door of building-great fun! It even included fans for all of us who cannot sleep without white noise... Will stay here again..

Close to Gondola, restaurants, and shopping. Parked our car in the heated garage. Kids loved the pool and game room. Unit was very updated and cozy. Nice mountain views and we made great use of private balcony. We made breakfast every morning and even came back for lunch during our ski break. We look forward to coming back next season and hope to stay in this same condo.

This place is a family's dream. It was very cleaned when we arrived - not only our condo, but also the entire lodge. I loved how close it was to the village/slopes and there were many hot tubs and a large pool for my kids to enjoy. At night, the lights were beautiful. I've stayed in many vacation rentals before, This one, was by far the best and cleanest. There is a pride of ownership and it is obvious that Summit Cove takes great care of their patrons. I would definately stay in this condo again. Thanks!!

This is our 3rd year returning to Keystone with our family. This condo is very nice and cozy. It looks brand new and was really clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hotubs. Service was excellent. They even ran up a toothbrush late at night. I would definitely stay here again.

This is truly a jem! We stayed here for a weekend at the beginning of April and loved it. Its cozy, located at the base of Keystone and newly updated with flat screens. It's a great value for the price. I, highly, recommend it.

This was the 9th straight year we have rented a place in Keystone and most of the recent years we have stayed in the nicer development of River Run at the base of Keystone. First off, this is worth every penny to stay at the base of the mountain. Buffalo Lodge is a very nice building. I never had to leave with parking underground and you can walk to everything. I have stayed in Buffalo Lodge 3 times now, and this was by far the nicest unit we have been in. It was quiet, comfortable, and the views were great. The person that answered my emails that set me up with this place was really accommodating and quick to respond. Everything looks brand new in the unit and very clean. The only thing that could have made it slightly nicer is if I didn't have to take 20 steps outside to the pool, but I found a way through the garage and was right at the pool steps from the elevator. By the way, the hot tubs, pool and workout room were awesome in these buildings and had access to all of them. I have already booked my next vacation with the same unit.
