We stayed there over New Year's holidays with my wife and daughter. The location of the condo is great! Just 5 minute walk from the gondolla. The building has a very convenient ski locker on the ground floor, as well as hot tub and pool tables. The condo had a nice balcony although with the parking lot and neighboring mountain view. The sleeper-couch was all right, although the daughter complained about linens that generated a lot of static. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed a cozy fireplace. Overall, it is a great place for up to 4 guests!

The staff was great, always checking in and seeing if things were great or needed. Great condo, clean and lodge was great close to the slopes for skiing. Bed was very firm was only down fall, someone the dresser drawers were not fully operational. But everything else was great and accessible.

Checking in is always easy with the check in box. Directions are easy to follow.
The Resort @ keystone is so nice. The Buffalo Lodge was very clean. Parking Garage is great. So nice! love the Lodge! The Place was in amazing Condition.

Room was very clean and in an excellent location. Walkable to everything we wanted. Overall a good experience. BUT: In the summer months, with no AC, you’d like to leave the windows open at night for cooler sleeping. Unfortunately, there are very noisy AC units for the first floor commercial units that run until 2 AM directly beneath the windows - making it uncomfortable to sleep. Secondly, I asked to leave my vehicle in the parking garage until 5:30 on the day of departure. I was told unequivocally “no, you must be out by 4:30.” Simply inconvenient, especially since the garage was less than 25% full. I’d recommend this rental - just be sure you are not booked into a room on the Gondola parking lot side in summer, so you can avoid the AC noise at night.

We can contact the HOA about this loud noise outside and let them know your concern as they manage this as well as parking is managed by them and unfortunately we can't allow guests to leave their vehicles in the parking garage as this unit is only allowed one spot and could risk the chance of a vehicle being towed!

We loved the proximity. The lodging was comfortable and clean. There was an odd smell but as soon as I made the staff aware they immediately responded and took care of things. I would stay here again!

We really enjoyed this rental. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The underground parking was great also. Staying in the village was a great decision. 3-5 minute walk to the gondola. So we skied in the morning, had a long lunch back at the condo and skied again in the afternoon. Plenty of restaurants and shops in the village. We played pool and hit the hot tub every day. Once the condo got a little too warm so we cracked a window for bit and it cooled down just fine. Walls are a little thin but not a big deal. For the location and amenities you can’t beat it. We will come back here again.

We had such a wonderful stay! It was close to a variety of food places, the bed was super comfy, and the room itself was cozy and accommodating. Hot tubs and pool tables were a great way to end the day each day. With being so close to the slopes and parking for Keystone it was super quiet and relaxed. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay for quick access to the lifts and everything Keystone has to offer. Unfortunately, my review is not 5 stars due to the conditions of the condo my party arrived to. Apon arrival we noticed the condo was really cold and attempted to turn on the heat which ended up not working. We also noticed that there was no hot water available in order to shower after a day of traveling. I contact the property manager the following morning to make them aware of the issues. The hot water was fixed that afternoon but I'm not sure if the heat was. We were told the heat was fixed as well but our condo stayed the same cold temp until our departure. Not a great first impression but I will consider staying here again.

We can understand how frustrating it is to not have the unit in complete working condition during your stay and we apologize for this. The building the manages the boiler system has repaired the issue at this time.

Generally good experience with a few exceptions. Unit was clean and any issues, like a clogged bathroom drain, were addressed quickly.

We were under the impression that unit had air conditioning. Our mistake. While the building has AC the individual units do not. Not a big deal as the evenings were cool.

But, the air conditioning compressors were just outside our windows and were very loud. We could not sleep with the windows open.

Also, the elevator bank coming up from the indoor parking garage never worked. Minor inconvenience to unload everything (luggage, groceries) on the ground floor, then park the car and walk up one level.

Otherwise, a good option. We spent a lot of time hiking around A Basin and it was very close. We would, however, look for another condo other than Buffalo (elevator) and look for one where the AC compressor is not right outside the window.

We are glad our team was able to address the issues you had right away. We are sorry that you thought the unit had A/C and was disappointed to find out it did not. We do not advertise for A/C and we have this information also located in our rental agreement, sorry you missed both of those. We do have information in our digital guidebook as well that provides tips on keeping the unit cool, since they do not have A/C.

The entire area was absolutely beautiful. The condo was very comfortable but the furniture was too much for the space. Especially the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. Missed our ceiling fan. The resort was great. Especially loved Zuma and Pizza On The Run. Located close to Vail, Breckinridge, and Frisco. Disappointed the gondola wasn’t running but certainly understand why. Secure underground parking was a bonus but the lighting was poor considering all the posts to avoid. Overall we loved our time there. Thanks for the experience.

The elevators in this building were broken and had been broken for at least one month. This was known to the rental company but i was not informed until 2 hours before check in

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. Our staff has notified all guests affected as soon as we were made aware of the closure. Yes, the elevator has been having issues for several weeks. However, this property has 2 elevators and at the time only one elevator was out of order. As soon as we were made aware of the second elevator going down we notified our guests. We do apologize for the short notice, closures like this cannot be predicted. We are so sorry that this happened before your arrival. The elevator has since been repaired with no reoccurring outages.

The three elevators were Out of Service for all 4 days we were there. The elevator from the parking to the 1st floor, and the 2 elevators from the 1st floor up. We were on the 4th floor and it was incredibly inconvenient to haul our gear and luggage up those stairs. The 1st floor ski lockers were helpful. We are looking to you for a rebate of a portion of our fees.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience the elevator has caused you and other guests. Unfortunately the elevator is controlled by the HOA and we are at their mercy on the status of the repair. However, we would have assisted with luggage, had you needed it.

Property description was accurate and the property was clean and well maintained. Communication with property management was very good and easy. I would recommend the condo and property management company and would stay again. Only complaint was the elevators in the building were not working during my stay but that was not the property management issue.

Everything is as described. Met our expectations.
The bed was very firm. Solid water pressure. Comfy couches and nice amenities.
I would definitely consider staying here again if in Keystone.

There are a few things that weren’t useable such as the tea kettle, batteries were out of bedroom remote and I couldn’t find an extra pair
There was also a pair of ladies panties in the bedroom near the heater, gross
