Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was amazing! My wife and I had our two adult sons join us for a week in the mountains. The condo was clean, had a kitchen with everything needed to create great meals, and plenty of room for spending evenings playing games, talking, or watching movies after long days of hiking or being on the nearby lake. Great stay with great accommodations and amenities. Only hiccup was the check in place to get the keys are NOT at the stay. Thankfully, our transportation shuttle was willing to make a stop. Just wish this detail was mentioned in the listing. Otherwise the stay was fantastic, short walk to slopes, great location next to restaurants and my epic gear. The hot tub, ski locker, and common space was awesome to have. They had spare box fans, humidifiers, a pack n play, anything you could think of. Super fast response when we had questions or issues. Would stay again and recommend 10/10- Reviewed On: 3/14/2025

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the nicest units in which I have stayed. The furniture is clean and comfortable and the space is large. There is two bathrooms, one in the master. Speaking of the master, I loved the layout of it. The bathroom was inside the room, but separated from the bed area by a closet. This provides privacy from the person sleeping in the room with you. The hot tubs and the building were clean and nicely located in the village.- Reviewed On: 2/27/2024

This was a great option River Run Village where you can just park your car (or not have one). Short walk to the Gondola, and even shorter walks to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Super convenient! The condo is quite spacious with a large living area that was comfortable.- Reviewed On: 1/25/2023

Our stay at Buffalo Lodge #8392
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall; Excellent communication leading up to our stay, and during, with quick responses to some general questions about the parking garage. Upon arrival we found a clean, beautiful condo in a great location. Our group was in town for a training seminar, so the fact it was near the convention center was ideal. It is within walking distance of a few restaurants, and using the convenient shuttle service for further restaurant destinations was also painless and easy. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone staying in the Keystone area. Great price, easy booking, and excellent communication.- Reviewed On: 11/30/2022

Buffalo Lodge at Keystone
Overall a good location at Keystone (but, can be a bit noisy on Sat nights, when people are leaving bars/restaurants, depending upon crowds - close to exit/parking lot). Still a little bit of a walk to the lifts/gondola (in ski boots...!), but OK. Furniture/fixtures/utensils getting a little worn (but normal for a rental property); spacious condo ; good facilities in building (elevators, hot tubs, parking garage, ski locker room, etc.)- Reviewed On: 4/19/2021

Worth every penny!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My group was visiting Keystone for pre-season skiing and boarding and when I was the Buffalo Lodge 8392 listing I was surprised at how reasonably priced it was for all the amenities they offered. After getting there I was even more surprised at how close to the lifts the lodge was. I would definitely recommend this place for future travelers and will visit again myself in the near future. Things I liked: a lot of information was shared with me even before I got to the lodge so I knew what to expect. The lodge was stocked with appliances that we wouldn’t even think we needed. The ski lifts are a very short walk away. The hot tub is great. Summit County was also very responsive and available to help me extend my stay smoothly. Highly recommended!- Reviewed On: 12/7/2020

We enjoyed our stay, but the carpets could have been vacuumed alittle better upon arrival and neighbors somewhere around us were smoking on their balcony and it was coming right into the condo. Other then that our stay was great! Thank you!- Reviewed On: 8/27/2019

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was as good as advertised. Big enough for the 5 of us and very clean and updated. The sofa beds lacked a little support on one end, but nothing we couldn't work around. The location in the village was great and we walked to the lifts each day (3 in our party were kids age 8-11 so it's doable for kids too).I'd like to give special thanks to the after hours worker Thursday Feb 14th 2019. After a long travel day we wanted to relax with some cocktails. Unfortunately the ice maker was pretty slow to get going. The after hours worker offered to bring us ice so we didn't have to go out again. He showed up in about 15 minutes with a bag of ice and ice trays. He went above and beyond and that was very impressive.- Reviewed On: 2/20/2019

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience was great. I really enjoyed your property and all of the local shops within walking distance. As far as the cleanliness of the unit it was in need of a little deep cleaning like with the dishes and cupboards and things. I did a few loads of dishes and scrubbed a few pots and pans, as they looked like they were just put back after use. We didn't even use the microwave and it had food in it upon arrival, which I didn't get around to cleaning. Overall it was an amazing experience and I already started planning another vacation there next year!!! Thanks for the wonderful experience for my family and I. Until next year!!!- Reviewed On: 7/17/2017

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very satisfied with this property during my first stay two years ago, so decided to stay at this condo again. It had a much nicer look before, but even this time it served our needs well. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils and anything you need to prepare full meal which helped us to save some money and eat healthy as well. The location is excellent, it is close to several ski resorts as well as shopping center and restaurants in Silverthorne. The property was clean and cozy. The property management was professional and attended to minor problems immediately. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this property.- Reviewed On: 5/2/2017

Wonderful and extremely comfortable condo
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There's everything you will need for your stay away from home. There was plenty of linens and blankets for the extra beds. The pullout sofas were extremely comfortable with the foam mattresses. Not the typical thin ones where you could feel the bar. Excessive amount of comfortable pillows on every bed. Everything was great in the condo itself. One little drawback was that its location is right by the lobby and you could hear people outside. Other than that, fantastic. Condo was very spacious and comfortable for my group of seven (5 college kids). Would DEFINTELY stay again!- Reviewed On: 4/5/2017

Nice Stay
Everything was as described. The condo was very quiet and spacious. Nice view of the ice rink. Very convenient location. Beds were comfortable. However, the only issues I had were minor. The pillows could be replace with newer and more comfortable ones. Also, the shower curtain liners are needing to be replace. As for that, I'd probably stay here again.- Reviewed On: 12/25/2016

Huge condo, warm, our young family of 4 had a blast
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of space in living areas, kitchen well stocked, tissue in every room, plenty of extra sheets, towels, TP, etc. Impressed with all of that and with storage in closets, dressers, etc. Our ONLY complaint is that it is VERY VERY loud. Noise from outside (not even noise, just people talking at the skating rink) sounds like they are in the condo with you. Keystone got a LOT of snow when we were there and we could hear the snowplows plowing the free lot and the circle around the rink literally ALL night long. Pushing snow, beeping in reverse, REPEAT, REPEAT, REPEAT. I think all the seals on the windows are broken! If this were fixed we would offer a premium price to buy this condo from the owner! Location is awesome!- Reviewed On: 12/10/2016
The windows are double hung, which means they open from the top and the bottom. The top window was open, which allowed a great deal of noise in.Summit County Mountain Retreats staff

We booked the space off season and so the place was a ghost town. Not a bad thing, but I think we saw maybe 5 people the whole time. During Ski season I could see how it could be just the opposite. Large access is nice and they have valets and cars to help bring stuff to your room.- Reviewed On: 11/6/2016

The only problem is if you stay before June 10 in the summer many of the restaurants and shops are not open for the summer season yet. Great condo for families!
My family of four really enjoyed our stay at this condo over a long summer weekend. It is much larger than any other two bedroom, two bathroom condo we have seen in Summit County. The condo has been updated, and it's in excellent condition. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, there are two sleeper sofas in the living room, and the bathrooms and kitchen are unusually spacious. We also noticed a Pack 'n Play available. The condo is a corner unit on the 4th floor and has a lot of windows with views toward Dillon and Buffalo Mountain. The building is well-kept with a nice lobby, ski lockers, hot tub, laundry, and pool tables. It shares an outdoor swimming pool with the next building, and right outside are an ice rink and playground. You can walk to any of the great stores and restaurants in River Run, plus another playground and life-size games for the kids, and take the bus to the rest of Keystone and Summit County. We were very impressed by the size and comfort of this condo, and we'll definitely be back!- Reviewed On: 8/1/2015
