Just perfect in every way! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. Appreciated the humidifiers in every bedroom. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The walk to the lifts was shortest and easy, especially for Keystone! Great to have the ski locker as well. Our family of four all agreed we'd definitely stay here again! Love it!

A little awkward, going to get the key from the main office. And we were given to access cards and with a large group of eight that was a little aggravating. Outside of that the location was super awesome. We were able to walk back for lunch every day. It is literally a two minute walk. Plenty of room for our large group. Internet never worked. Even though I sent a couple messages they never came to fix it. We use the neighbors. Also lacking on the large frying pan for cooking breakfast for multiple people in the mornings. There were two coffee pots one that the burner did not work and the other one that would boil out the water. I do not wanna sound like I’m just complaining. We were super pleased with the place. Just lacking on a few things to be perfect.

Great location, almost as close as you could be to the mountain house base area and Peru lift. Very nice and large for a ski in condo. 3 bedroom with 3 full bathrooms and another bed in the family room, 2 private balconies, and a real fireplace.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which is key for our three couples. Well appointed kitchen, although some of the appliances are getting a bit long in the tooth.

WE love how close it is to the Bunny slopes. Our Granddaughters learned to ski this year. Very close to Peru lift. The view from the condo is beautiful.

This location and property was awesome! The condo was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, convenient, with plenty of room and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, spacious, it suited our family very well. The beds were comfortable, everything was great. Loved that there were several bathrooms. Beautiful all the way around! The location was ideal. We’d highly recommend this property!

Our stay at the condo at Chateaux d’Mount was just perfect! Lots of space for both gathering and privacy. The walkability to the Peru Lift and even over to the Keystone Village made it so we never really needed to leave the property. Hopefully we can book again in the future!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a spacious condo in the Chateaux D'Mont complex. Enough space for 6 people. The building is the closest to the parking lot, so there is some street noise. The unit is on the second floor, so stair climbing is required. The room that used to have the jacuzzi has been converted to an extra bedroom. That makes it a 4 bedroom condo. Beware that the insulation is not as good in the extra bedroom as in the other rooms, but my sons prefer to sleep cool, so not a problem. The apartment was clean, the appliances all worked. The only problem was a faulty shower valve in one bathroom. Proximity to the lift is a plus.

This particular unit does not have a hot tub and that room where the hot tub normally resides was not usable as a 4th bedroom, it was too cold. We were given a space heater which only increased the temp by 2 degrees. We still love these units and will just make sure if we book #2701, we don’t count on that 4th bedroom.

The place was clean and furnishings were really nice. However, dishwasher wasn’t cleaning the dishes. After maintenance came and said it was beyond them, I found lots of broken glass(not from us) and plastic pieces in the dishwashers filter. Likely, this was causing the issue. Also, the stove was not working properly. The oven took 30 minutes to preheat. The appliances were not cheap brands just not maintained well. Wouldn’t definitely stay here again. The management company is likely to blame. They were tricky to get a hold of and their text messaging system was a bust. They either never received my requests or ignored them. Had to phone and leave messages several times. Once I spoke with them, they worked on resolutions. Of course, who ever does maintenance doesn’t understand basic dishwasher care....

We had a fabulous stay at the Mountain House Condo. Excellent location close to the shuttle bus and conveniently situated at the base of a couple ski runs, which made it convenient for my husband to bring the kids home and then continue skiing. Loved the humidifers throughout and the real log fire.

We had no problem walking to the lift and back each morning. We didnt really get to use the kitchen much but it had everything anyone could need to make homemade meals. Our group of two families thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was wonderful to have three bathrooms, attached to the three bedrooms. The den is a bonus with space to sleep tomorrow. The entire place is very well laid out, very clean and beautifully furnished.
The linens and towels were all very clean and comfortable. The location of this condo to the Peru lift is fantastic! A very short walk, under two minutes. I was nervous about being on the second floor but the stairs are wide and easy to walk in ski boots.
The bedrooms all have nice big closets and storage options so you can unpack and really relax. Every room has its own thermostat which was another plus for our group.
Check-in was very easy, as well as check out and communication was speedy - any questions we had were answered very quickly. Highly recommend!

Mountain house 2701 is great for family living. Close to lift. Clean and bright. Only thing needed to make this extra special is better pans and a decent toaster. Comfy beds, nice baths, plenty of living space for our family of six. We will be back!

It is so close to the slopes I was able to get some runs in and return for coffee and the kids that like to sleep in. The Condo was clean and very well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked to prepare a full xmas dinner. Bedrooms and bathrooms had tons of pillows, blankets and towels. I would only like to have had a more comfortable couch to sit on after a long day of riding the slopes. We spent most of our time at the table that did have very comfortable chairs. Over all a great place and will definitely being staying again.

Chateau du Mont 2701 is beautifully decorated and has extra special features like a reading nook and an awesome round dinner table with a cozy banquette and comfortable chairs. The bedrooms seem professionally designed with lavish comforters and wall designs. The beds are really comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathrooms are upscale-a little dated with 80’s brown tile and brass hardware-but in really good shape. The location by the river can’t be beat. We smelled chlorine in the entry hallway and the entrance key card said it could be used for the pool-but we didn’t see a pool or hot tub. We fit 6 people comfortably. All of the rooms are spacious-more so than they look in the photos even. The check in process frustrated me because it’s overmanaged-they couldn’t just answer a question-they kept sending me to a link where I had to click on another tab to get the information I needed. I understand that this is how a management company works-but with most VRBO places we’ve stayed in before-an actual person answers questions rather than sending you to an app or portal to search for the information. I also didn’t love that we had to check out at 10am. That seems unreasonably early. And they charge $10 per plastic card key if you forget to leave them there. We had fun with the kids playing next to the river. I bet this place would be a perfect location for ski season too.

We were extremely happy with the property. All the information provided to us was thorough, clear, and helpful. The only disappointment was having a check-out time of 10 am which is earlier than every property we've ever rented. Noon, or even 11 am, is standard and more reasonable. You can check-out later, but there's a fee.

The accommodations were very nice and comfortable and clean with nice amenities and it really was a home away from home and the derailed instructions were appreciated. They also checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. Definitely will rent from then again.

We stayed at Chateaux DuMont #2701 for a week at the end of July. What an amazing place to stay! I loved being on the second floor, you feel like you're up in the trees! And you can see the Snake River from the front porch, so beautiful! The condo had a great layout, modern, comfortable design, and a huge rain shower in the master bath. The furniture is really comfortable and the decor is really cool! Also, the owner keeps board games for use, so we ended up playing many rounds of Clue :) We brought our bikes and loved that the bike paths run right next to the condo, super easy access and very pretty to ride. Keystone is an amazing area. We hiked the Tenderfoot Trail that overlooks Dillon Lake, took the chairlift up to the top of the mountain at River Run, and had a spectacular view at the top! We rode our bikes along the Snake River to Dillon Lake, such magical scenery! We can't wait to go back!

We loved the location and look forward to going again as soon as we can. River was so close and beautiful. Walking distance to Dining and Keystone gondola. Condo being fully furnished allowed us to go grocerie shopping and cook in also. Definitely recommend to any one looking to enjoy summer or winter activities.

The place is wonderful! It’s clean and comfortable! The location is the best, is very close to the lifts/base walking distance. Summit Country was a great host! We definitely stay here again!

Note to the owner, the place was dirty. We are paying $175 for cleaning and this place was not clean. Marinara on the counter, Shampoo foam, soap scum, hair in the showers, dirty toilet....and zero paper towels or cleaning supplies to tidy up. I would have words with your management company if I were you. Other than that, love this place.

5 stars! Great location, responsive guest services, and a chateaux that felt like a home away from home. Easy access to the Peru lift and busses to all resort locations. The kitchen is fully stocked, jacuzzi is easy to use, humidifiers in every room, grill available in common area, and parking nearby. The pullout couch only sleeps one adult, not two, but Summit County Mountain Retreats provided an air mattress quickly after requested ($15 charge). Overall, we are very happy with our stay and will be coming back!
