We took our three kids skiing and wanted something easy to get to from the slopes, and was clean and comfortable to relax in. This exactly fit the bill! Getting to the rentals and lifts was just a few steps away, and the hot tub after a day of skiing was great

This location is absolutely amazing! The condo was very clean and well organized. The only two things that I would make a suggestion on is one child proof the cabinet in the kitchen that has the cleaning supplies. And also, I’m not sure if the people before us took all the coffee filters, but just having those there already would be nice. We left a pack of 100 so hopefully it will help for the future guests! We will be staying at this co do again. There were no complaints at all!

The only issue is that they give one parking pass for a unit that holds 6 people.

This was a great property. Excellent location. Close to chairlift and within walking distance to several restaurants. Big enough for five adults in our family. Well furnished with several amenities including hot tub, outdoor deck, and full kitchen with appliances, cookware, and coffee maker. I’ve already booked for next year.

We recently stayed at Chateau DuMont in Keystone Colorado. The condo was as nice as the photos shown on VRBO. We were happy with the layout and convenience items supplied in the bathrooms and kitchen. Overall, we found the unit clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the condo. We didn’t have a chance to use the hot-tub but it seemed to be clean and definitely convenient. The condo maintenance service was extremely responsive and helpful addressing a few minor problems we experienced during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo.

Truly enjoyed staying at this property. Clean and spacious. The best part: it is right by the ski lift! This is perhaps the closest we ever stayed to the slopes. Literally just a few steps away. The kitchen is well equipped. Plenty of space AND 3 bathrooms. The indoor hot tub was a bonus. It does not have a parking garage, but that wasn’t an issue at all with us. The area is gated and secure. Highly recommend.

My family loved this condo- very close to the Peru lift, and the private hot tub was very relaxing after a long day at the slopes. Loved the living room setup and dining area, and the kitchen actually had a couple of empty cabinets for us to put our groceries! We would definitely book again!

Condo was clean, cozy, and comfortable. One parking pass for a 3 bedroom condo was an issue. There were many extra parking places in the lot not being used while we were there. It would be nice to get an extra parking pass if they are available.

It is conveniently located right next to the Mountain House lifts and a short drive or shuttle ride over to River Run Village. Our kids loved the twin bedroom, and the double masters were perfect for us and the grandparents who traveled with us. The walk-in closet off the main master is also large enough to fit a pack n play, which was ideal for our youngest. The indoor hot tub was a favorite amenity of ours! Management was quick to answer questions and help by providing replacement humidifiers. We would've extended our stay if there weren't guests coming in behind us! Highly recommend.

The condo was clean and comfortable except for the sofa bed---but what sofa bed isn't uncomfortable.

The location is almost unbeatable and is a legitimate 2 minute (or less) walk to Peru. The in-unit hot tube is another great feature.
