Great place for just the 3 of us... our little one had ski lessons, and the location is very close (easy walk) to ski school and Discovery area and magic carpet lift. Also, we were talking - I think that the door to the building is the absolute closest door to Peru Lift, I really don't think you can get any closer, so the location is pristine. One of us enjoyed the hot-tub, the beds were comfortable, plenty of extra linens, kitchen is great. Quiet at night. Checkin packet has to be picked up at the main office nearby, and everything was pretty easy. No complaints. We will be back!

Great place in a great location, we stayed in the summer and could walk to multiple restaurants without any issue. The home was nice, the beds were nice and the hot tub was a hit with the older people. Everything you could need was available and really enjoyed our stay.

This property felt much larger than the pictures showed. Beds were very comfortable and this place is loaded with games. Great location with the lifts and lodge just out front. The property management company was so easy to work with and the instructions were a breeze.

No major concerns, helpful to add building number, wifi password on letter was correct, wifi password onnplacard in room not correct, found broken glass on counter upon arrival, sent photo via text to management.l, parking for second vehicle....when theres 20+ open spots, at least offer a second spot, or....directions to parking need updated for summer(waive fees, and better describe the public lot NEXT to property vs river run lot. Lastly, light switches, oof, these need replaced badly, switches themselves, as well as labels, it was anyones guess what each switch does. Could not figure out how to turn off light over "gone fishin" sign.

Absolutely great location and great place to stay. Everything was as advertised. Had an issue w hot tub but they came out and fixed it next day. The sleeper soda was broke but we improvised and all was well. Thank you for having us Colorado!

It rained every day of out 4 day stay but it was so relaxing and gave us the opportunity to relax, read, and use the hot tub. I have a vrbo listing for my house in Florida and know how difficult it is to be sure your property is well stocked and clean for guests...this rental is this and more. We asked for fir wood and it was delivered immediately. I would definitely come back. Thanks!!

It was cozy and comfortable, and overall clean. The property had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the use of the private hot tub. Everything excellent except parking. There is only one parking spot; the one couple had to pay $50 per night in an adjacent lot. At the very least, a coupon or discount should be allocated.

Very accurate description. Short walk to the Peru lift. Comfortable accomodations. Plenty of room for a family of four adults. Access to ski lockers in the same building and the boot/equipment area as you enter is very helpful. The ability to text management and their quick response was appreciated. Would stay here again.
