Chateaux DuMont #2723

This place was absolutely amazing!! The scenery was out of this world and the place was so clean and cozy!
There are beautiful trails all over just minutes away on foot to walk or bike if that's what you prefer.
There was a little shop that was within walking distance as well that was nestled in some condos that has a lake in the middle of them. I am pretty sure there was a restaurant in there as well, but we didn't go to that.
This place is a very reasonable distance from two beautiful towns as well. Dillion and Frisco. Frisco is was our personal favorite. So much history and an absolutely beautiful downtown.
The host, Adam, was absolutely great as well. Responded to every question in a timely matter and extremely friendly. Very helpful and welcoming. Everything in the description and pictures was spot on as well. I would give this place 10 stars if possible! I definitely plan on going back!

Great place to stay! Close to bike paths, rentals etc. In the winter it looks to be an ideal proximity to the ski lifts. Easy to get to grocery and other stores.
Very nice accommodations, clean and comfortable! The two decks were comfortable, and though we didn't use it, the hot tub is a great amenity. Sleeping arrangements are great for family. Very nice kitchen with all dishes and utensils.

We really were impressed with the unit and the overall area. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the quiet times in the unit and the exciting outdoor opportunities nearby. We’ve travelled to this region multiple times in the past and feel that this unit was the highest quality of any we’ve stayed in. We would definitely come back and would recommend the unit to anyone.

Enjoyed this condo for 2 couples here to hike. The living room was roomy with enough seating for all of us. Especially enjoyed having our own private hot tub in the sunroom. Kitchen seemed well supplied and appreciated having a washer and dryer in the unit. Only issue was that the icemaker was not working, but we just did without.

We appreciate you mentioning the ice maker. As a precaution to help prevent leaks between guest stays, we keep the ice makers turned off when the property is vacant. In this case, it simply needed to be turned back on. If we'd known during your stay, we would have been happy to take care of that for you right away.
Thank you again for staying with us. We hope to welcome you back for another mountain getaway!

Great place for just the 3 of us... our little one had ski lessons, and the location is very close (easy walk) to ski school and Discovery area and magic carpet lift. Also, we were talking - I think that the door to the building is the absolute closest door to Peru Lift, I really don't think you can get any closer, so the location is pristine. One of us enjoyed the hot-tub, the beds were comfortable, plenty of extra linens, kitchen is great. Quiet at night. Checkin packet has to be picked up at the main office nearby, and everything was pretty easy. No complaints. We will be back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was in a great location for those wanting to enjoy all that the area offers. It rained every day of out 4 day stay but it was so relaxing and gave us the opportunity to relax, read, and use the hot tub. I have a vrbo listing for my house in Florida and know how difficult it is to be sure your property is well stocked and clean for guests...this rental is this and more. We asked for fir wood and it was delivered immediately. I would definitely come back. Thanks!!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was excellent. We were able to walk to restaurants in River Run Village or it was a quick drive to Dillon. It was cozy and comfortable, and overall clean. The property had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. We also enjoyed the use of the private hot tub. The one thing that could probably use an upgrade or reupholster is the sofa in the living room. Aside from that, we would definitely stay in this property again and would recommend it to others.

The condo was beautiful. It had everything listed on the amenities and the hot tub was perfect. It was very spacious and very comfortable for our 6 person family. I only wish we could have stayed longer and since there was not snow as we were there in June, there was a bit of a lack of area activities. We ended up going to Breckinridge to shop and walk around. I would recommend this condo for any family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We celebrated an 18th birthday on friday then Fathers Day here. Condo was perfect. Everything we could of asked for & more. Beds were comfy so was the couch. Got in the hot tub once it was nice. Did a lot of cooking loved how the kitchen had everything we needed. That was Awesome. Location was great. Humidifiers helped. Plenty old games for everyone to play. We did have some issues watching TV though. It kept getting staticky we kept having to unplug the side right cord. Also the master bathtub was a lil tough steping in and out. I actually bruised my left knee up pretty bad my first night after that I had to stay extra cautious. All in all we loved the condo though. I'd definetly stay again. I actually didn't wanna leave at all. Plus having the option of Checking out at 1pm was very helpful. Gave us extra time to eat then pack up.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place is great. Lots of space and a great location. Perfect for a late summer getaway. Things that might make this a perfect stay? The couch is a little uncomfortable, you sink into it. The jacuzzi was nice to have, but WAY too much chlorine used and not filled high enough. The fumes from chemicals made it unusable. The gate to exit was not functioning properly. You had to get out of your car to use the key on the other side for it to open. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. Please keep in mind that the building entry way is managed by the home owners association so we will get this reported to them right away so they can ensure this is functioning properly for future guests. I was able to review the hot tub service that was completed before this guests arrival, our team provided photos of chemical balance in the tub and everything appeared to be normal. However, if a guests finds these chemicals to be overpowering please call our office directly and a staff member can assist you with this. We are happy to hear that you were satisfied with the kitchen stock and master bed. We try to provide guests with all necessary kitchen items to cook a full dinner. Thank you again for your review, and we look forward to seeing you soon!

We loved the location of this property. It was right at the base of the Argentina and Peru lift so we could ski in and out. It would have been nice to know the Argentine lift is closed and being replaced, but Peru still worked. We loved the hot tub and all the amenities the house had. We played some of the games and watched movies. Even took a few soaks in the jetted tub. Would stay here again.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Finding the place was a small challenge but not impossible. The place was huge for just the two of us but we loved it. Nice kitchen! Loved the hot tub although it wasn't the cleanest, we did rinse out the filter. Location wise, couldn't be better. You are literally 50 feet from the ticket window. Not everything was open because of COVID but still plenty of places to walk to or just a short drive. Would totally stay here again.

They found us this great unit, with the perfect hot tub, and it was very clean. The slope and stream views from the balcony were nice. It was an easy walk to both villages. When we cam across an issue with the sheets on one of the beds, they handled it promptly and professionally. And even after we left an item, they got it back to us super quick.
