Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is amazing and spacious. It’s in the 4th floor and looks out towards the Peru Express lift. Elevators is in good working order. The heated floors in the bathroom are delightful. Very comfortable beds and couches. We all had a fantastic time despite the lack of snow. The in condo hot tub was perfect after a long day of snowboarding. Dishwasher doesn’t work the greatest so you have to hand wash dishes but it’s not that big of a deal. I’d highly recommend the building get a bellhop cart for getting bags and such up and down efficiently. Great stay overall and highly recommended this unit as it was fantastic.

Beautiful property with excellent views. Top floor was nice and quiet. The views from the balcony are amazing. The indoor hot tub was fantastic. Updated, clean and relaxing. The beds are soft for anyone that needs to know but we slept well. The chlorine from the hot tub is intense. We ended up coughing a lot the first time we used it. Removing the lid a bit before you want to soak helps! Would definitely stay here again!

This property worked out perfect for our two families. We have 2 adults and 3 young girls; friend’s family has 2 adults and 2 young kids. Plenty of space, beautiful views, and great location near to the slopes. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We have stayed in this general condo for four years and upgraded to this specific unit for the extra space. It was well worth it to have the extra space the loft provided for the teenagers. The home is very comfortable and having two masters was awesome for our family and the other family traveling with us. The only thing I would like to see increased is the kitchen supplies. For a home that fits 10 people it felt limited at times when we were trying to cook big family meals. It's about a 10 minute walk to Mountain House which we have done for years and 15 or so to River Run. Overall, I love this place for the views alone and the space was great, well kept and just what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!

The management company gave clear instructions for checking in/out, recommendations on rentals/restaurants/etc while there, and texted to checkin and see if we had any issues (we did not). We will definitely stay here in the future and with this company!

A great stay in Keystone. Although keystone was closed for sesson, it was a short drive to Arapahoe and Breckenridge for late season turns. The unit was great and building in great condition. Maintinece staff was very courteous. With many places closed for season in Keystone, there were still plenty of places to eat, get supplies and have an adult beverage just a few walking steps away. Much wildlife to view right off the front porch. Would stay again.

This was a beautiful and very comfortable condo for 8 of us: 4 adults, 2 teens and 2 kids. Plenty of space to spread out and comfy beds for sleeping. The views were beautiful. Do note that the walk to slopes is not ideal for kids carrying gear. We opted to drive and utilize free parking. The bus is an option but wasn't the best choice timing wise for us. Overall, it was a great place for our needs and we would consider it again. Note to management: While the condo was clean upon arrival, we misplaced something and in trying to locate it found areas that could use some attention (under beds, under furniture, in couch cushions).

The large beds were comfy, the sofa was incredibly comfortable, the kitchen well appointed for all cooking need (including a crock pot) and the view wonderful! Clean and gorgeous. The elevator was a big help for grandmother coming with us and being up all the bags/food for the week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Two of our friends from back East came out here to see the leaves and we planned it perfectly. Both of them have walking issues and we were delighted to find a condo with easy entrance and an elevator. The condo really impressed our guests and we made ourselves at home immediately. The view out the windows was spectularly gorgeous. We did not get to enjoy the deck very long as we had rain, but both of our friends commented on the chairs as they were comfortable. We found everything clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed Keystoe Cafe for breakfast one morning, they were very friendly and fun to be around. Will certainly keep this one in our file for future use.

Our kids stayed in the loft and thought it was the best thing! Also loved having 2 master suites as our group had 2 families staying there. We wished the kitchen was a little better stocked for cooking. But had enough to make it work. This condo is in an excellent central location to everything in the mountains. Easy drive into Denver as well, a little over an hour to downtown Denver.

I booked this property for a girlfriend getaway for seasoned travelers (over 50 club). We LOVED this property! It was clean, spacious, had a great floor plan, and the view off the back deck is to DIE FOR. The location is great, close to shops, restaurants, Breckenridge, and tons of trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and hope to return. The kitchen was well stocked and communication with the property manager was timely and easy. Very nice property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is large and first-class. Wonderful views of the mountain slope. A hot tub in the unit itself! Amazing! Very nice kitchen, well-equipped, clean, pleasant. 3 full baths, all very nice. Gets a little stuffy so you have to open windows and then the roadway traffic is noisy at night, but few real downsides. Staff person named Dustin is phenomenal - came at 3 am, solved problems, super smart yet humble and very effective in terms of addressing the problem. Overall, a terrific experience and all staff tried their best but some follow-through wasn't what we had hoped, especially when the dishwasher didn't work and no one ever showed up to fix it or even inspect it. Far more pluses than minuses here - would definitely recommend this property.

This property was a good space for 3 couples and 2 little kids. We used the loft as a "study/nap space" for those in our group doing a bit of work. The view of the river and the busy muskrat lodge was just lovely. We did have the windows open, and the highway was quite loud at night but we solved that problem with earplugs. The property is an easy 10-minute walk to River Run Village and the bike paths. The floors could have been a bit cleaner -- with 2 little kids we looked under everything and saw all the dust bunnies most people don't notice. ;-)

We had plenty of room for 4 adults with 2 of them working remotely for several days. It was a great location to the grocery, REI, other shopping, hiking, and Keystone Resort. The kitchen had everything you could need, and we enjoyed both the fireplace on a chilly and rainy evening, as well as the hot tub after a long hike. The week we visited was fairly quiet in the area. It was a great get-away and we highly recommend this property.

The beds were comfortable and kitchen had every amenity that we needed to cook with. The management company gave clear instructions for checking in/out, recommendations on rentals/restaurants/etc while there, and texted to checkin and see if we had any issues (we did not). We will definitely stay here in the future and with this company!
