This newly updated 3-bedroom + HUGE LOFT bedroom, 3-bathroom condo sleeps 10 with 2 primary king bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle below, and large private loft with (2) twin beds plus (1) twin trundle below (8 Beds!). Perfect for 2 families! It features beautiful, panoramic slope views from the private balcony. Enjoy the private indoor hot tub with slope views and watch night skiing from your private hot tub. No car needed - easily walk to shops and restaurants. Everything is close by, Mountain House Base Area lifts are a short 6 minute walk away or only a few minutes via the free shuttle and River Run is just 10 minutes walk down the nature path.

Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 26 years of age or older. This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and asked to lengthen your stay or have your reservation cancelled.

The entryway features mounted hooks, benches, and several cubbies to store your gear as you come and go throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a wood burning fireplace and cozy furniture. The private balcony is just off the living area and offers beautiful, panoramic slope views and overlooks the nearby wetlands. You might spot an elk, or fox while drinking your morning coffee.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats 8. The private indoor hot tub is just off the dining area. It features two large windows for panoramic views of the mountains. The first of two full bathrooms is located down the hall and has a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is a private washer and dryer and laundry detergent has been provided for your convenience.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has a double sink vanity and a shower tub combo. The first guest bedroom also features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a twin over double bed with a trundle twin bed. Both guest bathrooms have a single sink vanity and a walk-in showers, and enjoy the steam shower adjacent to the hot tub. Upstairs is a large loft area with (3) twin beds.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

*This property includes an external Ring doorbell camera for security purposes. This is the only camera at the property.

NO SMOKING of any kind is allowed in the unit, balcony or common areas. This is a smoke free building and complex. There is a $500 fine for smoking.

This vacation rental offers two parking spaces in a open parking lot.

Great getaway for a group!

Great space with plenty of room for 10 or 11- the indoor hot tub was a special treat for everyone at the end of the days on the mountain. The views from the condo were also quite spectacular with a great view of the mountain run base across the small pond. Great place to spend a week

Weekend Getaway

Beautiful property with excellent views. Top floor was nice and quiet. The views from the balcony are amazing. The indoor hot tub was fantastic. Updated, clean and relaxing. The beds are soft for anyone that needs to know but we slept well. The chlorine from the hot tub is intense. We ended up coughing a lot the first time we used it. Removing the lid a bit before you want to soak helps! Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, comfy, and a great view!

Our family of 7 stayed comfortably and had everything we needed. It was before ski season, so it was quiet and restful. It was well stocked and comfortable. The box fans and humidifiers were nice to have on hand. The indoor hot tub was a nice feature. We cooked almost every meal there, and the provisions were great. We really enjoyed the location and the setup. Thanks for hosting a great visit!

Amazing Stay

This property worked out perfect for our two families. We have 2 adults and 3 young girls; friend’s family has 2 adults and 2 young kids. Plenty of space, beautiful views, and great location near to the slopes. Definitely would recommend staying here!

Mountain Views for Days!

We have stayed in this general condo for four years and upgraded to this specific unit for the extra space. It was well worth it to have the extra space the loft provided for the teenagers. The home is very comfortable and having two masters was awesome for our family and the other family traveling with us. The only thing I would like to see increased is the kitchen supplies. For a home that fits 10 people it felt limited at times when we were trying to cook big family meals. It's about a 10 minute walk to Mountain House which we have done for years and 15 or so to River Run. Overall, I love this place for the views alone and the space was great, well kept and just what we needed. We will definitely be staying here again!
