This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, luxury condo is located in the Clearwater Lofts at Keystone. This condo sleeps 4 across a King-sized and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views and in-unit washer and dryer. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.
Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pantry, and an oversized refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker+coffee. The dining area seats four and there is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar. The private washer and dryer is also located just off the entryway.
The living area offers rustic style cozy furnishings, a ceiling fan and mounted Smart TV. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie as the snow falls or get a game night going, this vacation rental comes stocked with board games. Additionally, The couch pulls-out into a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, and sweeping mountain views.
Next to the living area guests will find the primary suite. This primary suite features a King sized bed, Smart TV + DVD player, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom. The window offers mountain views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The primary bathroom features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination with beautiful gray tiling. The bathroom also had a second entrance from the common area.
Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. Perfect for protecting your car from the Colorado Elements. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

I would definitely stay here again. The central location was close to all the ski resorts so we were able to hop around. Additionally, the heated garage was a big plus, as we didn’t have to shovel snow and not walk outside to get to the condo. The condo itself was very spacious and clean, with ample room to not feel like you’re on top of each other. What a beautiful location and a great place to stay. SO many places are within walking distance. Lots of hiking trails in the summer and I'm sure plenty of places to ski in the winter. The hosts had clear instructions and a great website with their local recommendations, information about the place, and easy checkout instructions. Clean place to stay with everything that you need to be comfortable. Loved that we had a garage parking spot so our vehicle didn't have to sit outside. We will be staying again for sure! The only negative was we did not get extra towels despite requesting more. We spent 5 nights there and 4 washcloths and 2 towels are not enough. I would have brought my own towels if I had known. There is a washer and dryer but who wants to do laundry on vacation.- Reviewed On: 7/14/2024

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The host was attentive, typically responding within an hour, although responses may be delayed outside of standard business hours. Notably, they manage several properties in the Keystone area, as evidenced by frequently spotting their vehicles in the neighborhood.
The locale is serene and peaceful, and the condo surpassed our expectations. However, guests with larger vehicles should note that the garage parking space is somewhat limited. I had a 7-seater rental which couldn’t fit in the garage, necessitating outdoor parking.
The inclusion of an in-unit washer and dryer was a significant convenience. All essential information is conveniently provided on a comprehensive website. Fantastic Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures of this unit were pretty accurate, so we knew what we were getting. The finishes were beautiful and the unit felt cozy. The bedding was extremely comfortable and easy to get a great night's sleep on. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. The two Smart TVs were nice as we were able to easily watch from our favorite apps. The place is super new and not run down like so many places in Keystone. We loved our stay. The only complaint is that there they did not have luggage carts for guests. This added multiple trips from car to unit with an elevator in between. When we accidentally left some items in the unit after checkout, the management company found them via housekeeping and we arranged for them to be returned. It is very clean and new. The bed was very comfortable!! The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of room to cook. The openness of the space makes it feel bigger than it is. It was nice to have the parking under the building. The location is right next to the highway and you could sometimes hear noise from it, BUT we didn’t mind that because the price was very reasonable!! (and the noise was minimal. Check in and check out was very easy and I new it was easy to reach out if we had any questions or problems. We did hikes in Breckenridge (20 mins away), Dillion/Silverthorne (10-15mins), and Vail (45mins). We also enjoyed kayaking on Lake Dillion. I highly recommend this rental property! I also highly recommend Summit County Mountain Retreats. It is very clean and new. The bed was very comfortable!! The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of room to cook. The openness of the space makes it feel bigger than it is. It was nice to have the parking under the building. The location is right next to the highway and you could sometimes hear noise from it, BUT we didn’t mind that because the price was very reasonable!! (and the noise was minimal. Check in and check out was very easy and I new it was easy to reach out if we had any questions or problems. We did hikes in Breckenridge (20 mins away), Dillion/Silverthorne (10-15mins), and Vail (45mins). We also enjoyed kayaking on Lake Dillion. I highly recommend this rental property! I also highly recommend Summit County Mountain Retreats. Not only was the suite spotless, but it was extremely cozy and welcoming. I am big on comfort, especially when visiting a new place for the first time. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had some essentials for cooking, as well as plates, cups, silverware, etc. They even provided some laundry detergent which I appreciated. In the closet was fans and a humidifier, among extra blankets, etc. These little details were just super thoughtful and did not go unnoticed. This suite and overall experience made it feel like home. The view from the room was stunning and the general location (for exploring) couldn’t have been more perfect. The little welcome envelope when arriving, as well as the text messages providing info on surrounding area and just generally checking up throughout my stay, was highly appreciated and beyond just professional in my opinion. I am so glad that I found this place, for it made my first visit to Colorado truly perfect. I will 110% be coming back and staying here again in the future. Weekend get away

Our family stayed at the condo for an extended skiing w/e. We enjoyed the spacious, clean and modern lodging. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor spa was nice after day of skiing. We skied at A-Basin (i.e. drove there) and the condo is best serving skiing if you plan to park closer to the slope.- Reviewed On: 1/17/2023
