Description

This new 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom luxury condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resort’s Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwater’s front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.

Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. Just past the entryway you will find a modern washer and dryer in the hallway closet. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features quartz countertops and new appliances. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for three.

The living area offers mountain views, cozy furnishings, and a mounted Smart TV. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie as the snow falls. Additionally, The couch pulls-out into a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet. The balcony, located behind the living area offers mountain views.

Next to the living area guests will find the primary suite. This primary suite features a King sized bed, mounted Smart TV, large closet, and an en suite bathroom. The window offers scenic views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The primary bathroom features quartz countertops and a shower/tub combination with beautiful gray tiling. The bathroom also had a second entrance from the common area.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. Perfect for protecting your car from the Colorado Elements. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

The unit was wonderful especially the location! The only issues we encountered, which was more towards the cleaning service then the unit, was that there was a stain on one of the blankets and strains of hair left on the bed and in the shower. Also, the feathers from the pillows were bothersome as they were pricking us and the mattress has a big indentation on the right side (it either needs to be flipped or replaced). Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay, beautiful scenery, quick access to restaurants and stores, right next to the ski resort, and the rental management staff was great as well!

I really enjoyed my stay at SCMR; being my first experience with Airbnb it did not disappoint. I also really appreciated how the host kept communication throughout the stay; checking in and ensuring things were going smooth. The location was also perfect for our trip and coming back to unwind in the hot tub after visiting other mountain towns nearby felt very relaxing. I felt very safe traveling with my 7 year old. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Keystone/Dillon. Don’t miss out on catching a sunrise/sunset at the Dillon Dam overlook day use while you’re there.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a fantastic condo for my stay in Keystone. Very well equipped and tastefully furnished. As a bonus, this apartment was a very easy walk, along a private road/walking trail, to the Peru chair for direct access to the mountain. My only feedback was that the apartment is close to a street light, so block out blinds would have been appreciated, there is also some white noise from the air circulators in the building, much like a hotel (not really sure what the purpose of these things is).

It's a bit of a walk to the lifts, about a half mile, but there is a shuttle (short ride there, long ride back). In the summer, this would be very convenient; the path is right outside!

Sweet Spot

We really enjoyed the condo. The location near Keystone, the indoor parking, and the hot tub were all great. A couple points of confusion that could be resolved with a sign. It took us and another guest too long to figure out how to open the garage. It was on the pole in plain view but we missed it. It took about the same amount of head scratching to start the hot tub. There were many warnings about pressing the emergency stop so it was unexpected that the jet timer would be adjacent and unmarked. And the ski locker combination (provided by management) did not work. So we used the truck box as storage. Otherwise a great stay.
