We found the unit to be tight for a party of 8. The described bunk room is basically a closet with a bunk bed that does not accommodate more than a child and has a curtain for a door. No privacy or space and the bunk bed is unstable on top. Additionally the kitchen sink had a leak that we were told the repairman could not locate although it was obviously creating a puddle of water on the counter and floor daily. Parking if you have over 2 vehicles is also difficult (you have to use a public pay lot over a mile away and if you dont pay daily you are ticketed) even though our whole condo unit was empty and the lots were bare there was no accommodation to pay for an additional convenient pass for the additional vehicle - all in all a tight unit for 8 people unless you have small children.

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. To clarify, the space you’re referring to is advertised in the listing as a den, not a traditional bedroom. The photos and description are intended to clearly show that it is a smaller, semi-enclosed space with bunk beds rather than a full private bedroom. For larger groups of adults, we understand it can feel tight, while it tends to work best when some guests are children. We’re sorry to hear you felt the top bunk was unstable. That is certainly not the experience we want for our guests, and we will have maintenance double-check the bunk to ensure everything is secure. Regarding the kitchen sink, our maintenance team did assess it during your stay but were unable to identify an active leak at that time. We will follow up again to make sure there isn’t an intermittent issue that needs attention. Parking is managed entirely by the building’s HOA and is outside of our control. They strictly limit the number of parking passes per unit regardless of how full the building is, and additional vehicles must use the designated public parking areas. Unfortunately, we are not authorized to issue extra on-site passes. We understand that traveling with a larger group requires the right layout and amenities, and we always encourage guests to carefully review the listing details to ensure the unit is a good fit. We do appreciate you staying with us and thank you again for your feedback.

This was the perfect little get-away for Thanksgiving. The condo was clean, tidy, and appealing. There were board games and cozy blankets to snuggle up on the couch. The property was easy to access and close to the ski slopes. The only thing that would have made this even better would be to have EV charging port turned on in the garage. Otherwise it was perfect!!

This newer property is bright and spacious. Many windows to enjoy the views and mountain fresh air. Tasteful and comfortable furniture. The patio also has comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the view.

What a lovely, clean and modern condo! We all enjoyed it very much and it slept 7 people comfortably. The ski shuttle stops across the street and the location makes you feel somewhat secluded. We had a slight hiccup with the dishwasher but maintenance came to fix it within a few hours (very happy with the prompt service). If I visit Keystone again, I will definitely try to book this condo!

We love it so much, we’re repeat clients.❤️Outstanding staff with easily accessible lockboxes for unit entry. Unit 105 is super modern, nicely appointed and in a wonderful location! There are elevators for family members who may need them. You certainly can’t beat the views and paved trails make this unit/ Clearwater lofts an amazing family hotspot.

We loved our 5 nights stay in this property. the unit was super clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again if I am in the area and I would recommend this unit to friends and family.

However, if I was the owner, I would look into replacing the property management company. Check in was a nightmare, after a long driving day, we arrived at the location where we were supposed to pick up our envelope package that has keys, address and check in information. but there was no envelope with my name on it. I used all the ways of communication I had at my disposal to no avail, calling them was useless, the line was busy with no option to leave a message, I messaged them on vrbo, sent a text message to the automated chat line, replied to the email address that confirmed our stay. We arrived around 6pm, so I understand it was after business hours, but that doesn't help a family with children from out of state who have no where to stay for the night! I received replies from vrbo and email the next day. after what seemed to be the longest 60min of my life, finally I got through the busy phone line and the person who was very kind, apologized and meet me at the lobby with room keys with no explanation why my check in package was missing.


The unit was delightful and we immediately forgot about that disturbance. the next day while cooking eggs for breakfast, we couldn't use the non-stick frying pans because they were starched up and all rusty. I messaged the chat line to let them know that we couldn't use the pans due to health hazard. I got a insensitive "Thanks for letting us know." message. Obviously that incident didn't prevent us from enjoying our stay, but this is a prime example of a great property in a great location being managed being poorly managed.

We do apologize for this guests check in experience, we are happy to see that this guest was able to get their packet as well as our office is open late on Fridays just upstairs from the pick up area ad guest can always come up and see us! When guest request something like a new pan during their stay we are always more then happy to replace them, if it is requested!

Great condo in Key Stone! Updated and clean appearance. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and located close to town. Big kitchen table for family gatherings and plenty of space for a family of five.

The location and interior were even better than the pictures. The condo was a 10 min walk or short bus ride to the lift. It's convenient if you have kids because the closest lift is right next to the ski school and beginner lift/magic carpet. The pictures don't show it but there is a large TV in the living area above the fireplace perfect for watching some late season football! The ski locker was on the same floor as the condo and was perfect for getting rid of all the ski stuff without getting the room wet with snow. Overall we had a great stay, the condo was extremely clean, and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had.
