Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect location for skiing, hiking or just relaxing on the balcony. This is the second time I’ve stayed in this particular unit and I intend to stay there again in the future. Well appointed kitchen, we were able to cook several meals during our stay without having to “make do” with a limited number of pots and pans or cooking utensils. The fireplace was nice to come home to after a day of skiing and a home cooked meal. Finally, the ski lockers made life easy as we had a convenient place to store our ski gear. 👌👍

We traveled to Dillon for a destination wedding at Windy Point Campground. The condo location was perfect and only about 10 minutes from the wedding location. It had an elevator too which made taking the luggage in and out very easy.

The great room had plenty of room for dinner and games.The building has ski lockers located by the elevator (we had to call for the lock code), and the hot tub was just off the parking lot with nice views of the mountains. And the resort shuttle couldn't have been more convenient, with a stop just outside the building.We were confused by the listing description saying there was space for 8, but it doesn't mention the alcove (no door) just off the great room with bunk beds. With the two king bedrooms and the sleeper sofa, that makes for 8. Note that the electric car charger in the garage needs a 14-50 cord (the same type as a 50-amp hookup you'd find at an RV park). A standard plug doesn't work.

(In the off season there are few walkable restaurants unfortunately). This condo was perfect. It has one garage spot that’s easily accessible to the condo plus first come first serve additional surface spots. The kitchen layout was open and easy to entertain. Appliances were top notch. The view from the porch was a bonus. Highly recommend!

Our group consisted of two adult couples - we travel to Keystone, CO often to enjoy hiking and outdoor activities. We were pleasantly surprised with how beautiful the condo was! We arrived at night after dark, so it was a little difficult to figure out the garage key code, but during the daylight there is an obvious area where you scan in. The parking garage is very nice, and our room was just a short walk away. The main living/dining and kitchen area was very spacious and well appointed - the kitchen had everything we needed and more! Plenty of lighting, and ceiling fans throughout the condo. The deck was big with plenty of seating and gorgeous views. The bedrooms and bathrooms were everything we needed! Comfortable beds, beautiful tiled shower, and ample closet space with plenty of hangers. The wrap around couch in the living room was comfortable - we sat with the fireplace on and watched the Olympics on the smart tv several evenings. The condo is just steps away from the beautiful walking/biking trail that follows the river. We used the hot tub one night and it was great as well. There is even an extra bunk area if your party was larger. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and hope to return to Clearwater Lofts #106 for future visits to Keystone!

We have the pleasure to stay during the Jazz & Wine festival. A perfect spot! The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean, and welcoming. We were walking distance off a nice green belt path, a 30 minute walk to River Run. Would absolutely stay again!

They are newer so they are much more modern than RR. The shuttle was right outside our door(building 1) so getting to the lifts was not a problem just a short wait. The condo was large and felt so spacious. We lived the bunk bed that we were unaware of for extra beds! Had everything we needed in kitchen including a Ninja for our bowls and air fryer. Always thankful for the humidifiers and this condo had one on every room, a fan for every room, plenty of towels. Tiny thing we find wanting, a dust pan, broom was there but no pan. That was literally all we noticed was not there that we needed! Well equipped, very clean, modern, heated tile, quiet, easy to get to lifts, loved it!
