Great spot to stay. Everything was clean. My only complaint was the check in was late. We were hopeful that an early check in would be possible when we booked but they were unable to accommodate on a Wednesday. The condo was nice, roomy for the 6 of us. Very clean and well appointed. The location was great, just a few minutes from the slopes. The under building parking is fantastic. The only negative was the broken Keurig, but there was a coffee maker.- Reviewed On: 2/11/2025

Only complain would be a squeaky king bed in one of the bedrooms from normal movement. We’d suggest reinforcing the mattress supports. Otherwise, we’d stay here again!- Reviewed On: 2/7/2025

Pros: -Modern and spacious condo right on the Keystone Silver Line bus route (5 minute ride to Mountain House base area). We had 9 in our group and had plenty room to move around during our 5 night stay in February 2024. -Good stock of games as well as tv's in all rooms including bunk area. -Well appointed kitchen with quality appliances (including large crockpot) and cookware. -Heated parking garage space (1 per unit). -Large outdoor hot tub just a few steps from the building. -Very responsive staff. Noticed a leak on the kitchen faucet shortly after our arrival which was addressed immediately after they were notified. Cons (all minor): -No on-site check in; keycards and parking passes must be obtained at a lock box about a mile away. -No dumpster inside the building. Trash must be brought to the outside dumpster between buildings 1 and 2 (this unit is in building #3). -Limited parking. Only 2 spaces included with each unit (1 in garage and 1 outside). Additional vehicles would have to utilize offsite parking lots. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Clearwater Lofts and would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a decently priced condo for a larger group especially during ski season.- Reviewed On: 2/15/2024

AMAZING!!! I would leave it at that but this place deserves so much more. The management company made the check in/check out process extremely easy. The location is fantastic and the condo was as described and so much more. The views from the balcony are great for a morning cup of coffee. Great location in the heart of Keystone with easy access to the mountain (not ski in/out). This is a brand new condo so everything was pristine. We used the hot tub each night (super clean) and the heated garage parking was super nice. All the beds were comfy and the kitchen was well stocked.
