Great place, spacious, quiet & peaceful. camera's all around the property. this property has a heated garage parking space which comes in handy. keystone shuttle stops right at the property for you to go around. Dillon is only 15 minutes away where you can find all the good restaurants. We were able to check in early and check out late which was great. Host was very responsive and they had every detail sent in the txt which was very helpful. Will definitely stay again here!! Keystone is a family friendly place. if you have kids this is great place to skii.

The place was great, spacious and very nice. It was a relaxing and lovely space for a mountain vacation. Keystone resort was running its snow makers all night, which was noisy enough that we had to keep the patio and windows shut, which wasn’t a problem except that the unit runs quite warm. But other than that, it was fantastic. Would recommend and go back in the future.

Spacious layout for 8 of us. 4 kids in the bunk room w pull out was a bonus. Closest of the Clearwater buildings to the slopes for walking. Newer appliances made cooking, laundry, and dishes a breeze. Could use some extra hooks in the bedrooms and foyer but we made do. Quickly realized the shuttle wasn't worth the wait after two passed because they were full. Driver courteously told us another one was coming but no one wanted to wait. Walk was scenic and pleasant over the River and only 8-10 minutes.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was decorated beautifully. We liked that it didn’t feel cramped with furniture and we loved the location. We love to cook and the cookware was decent but lacking a cutting board and only two wine glasses. There were a few things that concerned me when we arrived: The floors needed to be mopped/cleaned they felt dusty/dirty when walking on them. The rug in the living room needs taken out and shaken and/or vacuumed better as it was a little dirty when arrived. The toilet in master bedroom also had a spot on the side that was dirty which was obvious.With this being said, we really enjoyed our stay. Again the unit was beautiful and spacious and fabulous location. Putting a grill on the patio would bring this to a whole new level.A few items that would make it homier: Place to hang the towels after you shower (instead of having to hang over the shower stall), cutting board, grill and some “personalized” instructions on how to use the coffee maker as well as the dishwasher.

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was. Everything was exactly as it was listed. It’s a perfect location away from all the ski season traffic and very quiet. Although, our visit was at the end of October and ski season hadn’t opened yet. It’s in a perfect location to view the mountains and the ski slopes from the balcony. It’s within walking distance of Keystone village and the slopes. There are plenty of trails we used to walk and get some exercise. It’s in a convent location near Dillon for grocery stores, dinning, and an Outlet Mall. Breckinridge was a convenient 30 miles away with more shopping and dinning. We absolutely loved our stay and if we visit the area again there is no doubt we would stay at the same place! Thank you!

I’m not usually a VRBO person I prefer hotels with spas lol. This place sold me on VRBOs.Pros - It was stocked with everything from paper towels, every cooking pan, spices, games, etc etc. it was in a great location for us. Close to my sons place and the trail was right outside. We cooked like pros with all the items. They had a XL washer and dryer when I was nice to do a load before heading to vail. Which after this place I was disappointed with that VRBO. MCons - The only thing I couldn’t find was a cutting board and a yoga Mat would’ve been the icing on the cake and the fire alarm was too sensitive to cooking smells and would go off every time I cooked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, excellent unit...just above the river with a view of Red Devil and an excellent walking trail system 50 steps away. The property feels brand new, the management service was top notch, and the kitchen well stocked (in fact, I wish they had some large plastic cups in addition to all the fancy glasses (give me a movie theatre mega cup hydration is key when coming from a much lower elevation). Lots of tupperware as well which is very rare for a vacation rental in my experience.Skied A Basin and Breck...wonderful corn/slush snow most of the day. "Pali Beach" tailgating at A Basin is a 10 minute drive. Restaurants and shopping are a short drive to Dillon or Frisco or Silverthorne...Keystone resort shops are mostly closed during this part of the year.Plan to stay here a couple of times a year when visiting our son in the area.

The location is great, very close to the resort. An easy shuttle ride to slopes. The place was amazing. Very clean, very new, all the amenities you need - fast internet, good tv, awesome kitchen, lots of beds, spacious, great view of the mountain, ski locker, inside garage space. Highly recommended!!

Very nice condo in a super convenient location! Short (7 minute for me) and scenic walk to the nearest lift. You can easily access the whole mountain from there and it’s just as easy to get back. We thought the place was exactly as advertised. There is a shuttle, but once you know where you're going, it's also easy to walk from the condo to the ski area. We had a great time and everything was as advertised!

You can take the shuttle to slopes or walk if you're up for it. There is a nice walking trail around the lake and to the slopes. The condo was roomy enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Overall, great place to land at the end of the day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very new and clean. Kithen is well stocked and has many high-end touches and appliances. It's close to a walking trail and river. Patio has a nice mouontain view. The unit doesn't have AC so we had to have the windows open at night to keep the rooms cool. We could hear traffic noise from Rt 6 but not a big issue. Upon arrival night, we found out the office gave us wrong key cards so we had to wait about 30 mins for someone from the management office to bring the right keys. It's a hasstle but glad help was available. Overall a great place to stay for families, and would highly recommend.

We had a view of one of the keystone lifts from the condo. It had 1 inside heated parking spot There was a free shuttle bus too.

Super cute place! Has everything you need for a family getaway. The bunk room would be perfect for a family with 5 kids—double bed bunk with a pull out single trundle SO CUTE! Very nice cookware, the only thing missing was a hand mixer or a masher (I made mashed potato’s) but I made do with just using a fork lol…..but everything was very nice and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Super cute place! Has everything you need for a family getaway. The bunk room would be perfect for a family with 5 kids—double bed bunk with a pull out single trundle SO CUTE! Very nice cookware, the only thing missing was a hand mixer or a masher (I made mashed potato’s) but I made do with just using a fork lol…..but everything was very nice and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is gorgeous. Brand new very lux. King main bedroom with ensuite bath. Hall bath servicing queen bedroom and bunk room with queen bunks plus a pull out super cute for a bunch of kids. Summit County Mountain Retreats had the place flawlessly clean, not a speck of dust. They communicate via text message so no need to even pick up the phone all requests handled via text easily. Condo owners had all the important items on hand to cook, clean up, shower, etc and Kroger/City Market is right down the street with Whole Foods a few minutes further. Heated underground parking adjacent to elevator servicing the unit. Keystone free shuttle right outside is ~5 min ride to gondola (also the on-demand call for service shuttle) or if you prefer to walk river run gondola is 20 min walk. Walking and bike trails right outside. The shuttle was super easy and stress free. I really couldn't be happier with our Thanksgiving ski/snowboard holiday. Definitely stay here.

I liked having a lot of space in both common areas and bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked and parking under the building was great. I was attending a conference at the Keystone Conference center and this was a great base for that as well as to hold some Zoom business meetings from.
