The location of the building was great, wasy to find. The price per night was amazing and made the little bit of road noise easy to ignore. Beautifully appointed, spacious and enjoyee 3 t.v.s for kids to be entertained too. Will stay here again. Easy to get to slopes, along shuttle route.

The heated garage was the icing on the cake and the hot tub the cherry on top of the sundae. We skied in Loveland and it’s just a short drive away. Also a short drive to the stores in Dillion. The staff was super nice and helpful.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures, no surprises at all. Everything was spotless and very well cared for, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at home. Having a heated underground garage was great especially on the snowy nights and after long days out in the cold. Note in order to get into the garage with your car there are two yellow pillars as you turn into the parking lot where you need to scan the keycard. The two hot tubs were the perfect way to unwind and relax. The location was incredibly convenient, with the bus stop just steps away, making the shuttling to Mountain House easy. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. It was comfortable, thoughtfully maintained, and made our mountain getaway even more enjoyable. The property is close to HWY 6 so there is a lot of road noise if you have the windows open otherwise it wasn’t bad.

This was a lovely condo! It was nicely decorated, and everything was very clean and new. We cooked dinner one night and breakfasts in the condo, and it was nice being able to use new pans and utensils. The Mountain House base is only .5 miles away, so it was a quick shuttle ride to the slopes. We walked back one day and that also worked well for us. The unit is on the same side as the busy road to get to Keystone, so there was some road noise, but with the windows shut it didn't bother us. Overall it was a great stay!

I had a wonderful 10-day stay at this condo. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and thoughtfully furnished it was — everything felt both professional and stylish. I truly enjoyed using the space; every detail seemed carefully considered.I found the kitchen especially convenient, with plenty of plates, cups, utensils, and even plastic wrap for storing leftovers. It made me feel right at home.Sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for my family. The bunk bed with a king-size bottom bunk comfortably fit all three of my children. I also appreciated that each bedroom, as well as the living room, had wall-mounted TVs — it gave everyone a chance to relax with some quiet time when needed.I was happy to find humidifiers thoughtfully placed in the closets. They really helped us sleep better. The condo had great selection of board games, which kept my kids happily entertained. The condo was perfect for our family of five, and I would definitely love to stay here again.

We recently stayed at 203 Clearwater Lofts in Keystone, managed by Summit County Mountain Retreats, and had a wonderful experience. The condo was clean, modern, and very comfortable, making it a great place for our family to relax. The location was also ideal, with easy and convenient access to Keystone Ski Resort via the shuttle service, which made it hassle-free for me to get to the slopes.
Although I was the only one skiing, my wife and son enjoyed the cozy space and the surrounding area during our 7-day stay. We all appreciated how well-maintained and inviting the condo was, which made our time there even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great mountain getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

My wife is very finicky about cleanliness, and this condo exceeded our admittedly high standards. Everything was in good working order, and well maintained. We had an exceptionally good experience skiing several different mountains thanks to the great location. We also had fun exploring Breckenridge, Frisco and Silverthorne which are all close by.

This place was very comfortable and it has a very great location. Very close to the city of Silverthorne where they have stores and restaurants. It was also very close to Breckenridge just about a 20 mins drive. We would love to come back here on our next trip!! Very good prime location! We also liked the heated garage!

Secure building, underground parking, and a modern condo made my work trip easy and enjoyable. I would stay here again, but would be sure to ask what direction each unit faces. This unit is about 150 feet from an incredibly busy and loud highway. There’s no in-unit cooling so opening windows is the only option. But it was too loud at night. And I wasn’t able to enjoy the patio as a result. otherwise it was a great stay.

The condo is brand new and just as pictured. The only tricky part was finding the garage sensor. It’s on a pole immediately as you pull in the lot. The space was quiet, but does have some noise from the road. Everything functioned as it should. The kitchen is well equipped. Coffee filters and soaps are supplied, which was nice. The bathrooms were clean and in good repair. If you plan to cook, you will need to buy everything but salt, pepper, and sugar for your coffee. That’s expected. I liked being a bit away from the village for the peace. I didn’t use the second bedroom, but it looked very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Garage to park was little difficult to open when we first go there. Also, directions did tell us that to open the garage from the outside need the key card, but they were fast to respond and fix the problem. 2. My main issue was the that they don’t have an ac system. Even with me closing blinds and turning the fans on the lowest I got was 76. I eneded up sleeping on the sofa with the door open. I. conclusion great and quiet place.

The majority of properties in Summit County don't have air conditioning but we understand it can get warm during the summer months.
