Take advantage of the free Keystone shuttle to the Peru Express Chairlift or enjoy a scenic bike ride along the recreation path to Lake Dillon and nearby towns. Clearwater Lofts also features two shared outdoor hot tubs for ultimate relaxation.

The entryway welcomes you with a convenient coat rack and additional hooks for hanging belongings, while a nearby closet houses a private stackable washer and dryer for added convenience. Step into the fully stocked kitchen, featuring stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and a refrigerator with an ice maker, complemented by bar seating for three—perfect for casual meals. The dining room table comfortably seats six, making it an inviting space for family dinners and gatherings!

The living room features inviting furnishings and generous seating, highlighted by a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace that enhances the cozy ambiance. Both bedrooms feature luxurious Ivory White Bedding, ensuring a restful retreat. The Guest bedroom, conveniently located off the dining room, features a King bed, a personal closet, and a wall-mounted TV with lovely mountain views just outside the window. Next door is the Guest bathroom, which includes a combination shower and tub. The primary suite offers a spacious King-sized bed, a cozy seating nook, and an en suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and a dual sink vanity.

Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage equipped with a 50amp receptacle. Please note, guests must bring their own charging cords. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

Great Keystone Property!
We stayed in this unit for a few days in the fall. Totally recommend this unit! First off, the unit is perfectly furnished with all the amenities anyone could want. The new and modern vibe also had a very comfortable and casual feeling. Loved the large bar and dining area along with the openness of the kitchen/dining/living room. All appliances, including a washer & dryer, were new. While we only used the kitchen mostly for breakfast, it was fully furnished with everything needed to prepare meals. The living area with a large TV was very comfortable. Both bedrooms are very large and have windows that look out to the mountains. The large walk-in shower in the master bath was such a luxury. Second, we loved the location of the property. The view of the mountains from the patio was stunning! Being there in the fall we were able to view the trees in the mountains turning beautiful colors. Sitting on the patio with coffee in the morning was just awesome. The property was close to anything we needed, but far enough away to feel like we were at a resort. We walked a few miles along the shared path just on the back side of the property. Access was very easy, and the availability of the heated parking garage was a bonus. Can’t wait to come back here!

Unit was nice
The unit was nice. However, we called at 1pm about early check-in and we’re told that someone was currently cleaning the unit so we waited until the assigned 4:30pm check-in and once we arrived at the room, it had not been cleaned at all from previous renters. We called management and had to wait another hour or so before we could actually check in. It was very aggravating considering we had been traveling since 4am that morning and we’re tired and ready to rest.

The property was one mile from Keystone Resort. We found it to be clean with all the amenities required. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was nice. The underground parking is a great luxury. We would recommend this property.

Would live here if I could!
The place is super open and 'new' feeling. We didn't utilize any restaurants in town and decided to cook at the place which we did every day during our stay. I enjoyed all the amenities the kitchen had to make it that much easier. I wish i actually more time in the place but the snow was calling. Cant wait to stay here again. Huge plus was the communication from owner made everything so easy and always appreciate the open lines of communication. No need to look further for a place to stay!
