The actual condo was outstanding. Beautiful, quiet location a mile from the Keystone Ski runs. Gorgeous unit with lots of room and amenities. Great views from the third floor (top) balcony. The Snake River runs about 100 feet from the building front entrance and the walkway next to the river goes for miles in each direction. Since there is no A/C in most mountain properties, the ceiling fans in both bedrooms and the living room were a great addition. The parking garage was a nice amenity and the hot tub was great. Now for the one (huge) negative. Even though the actual AirBnB listing shows a 4:00pm check-in, the property management company insisted numerous times check-in was either 4:30 or even 5:00. To make that even more frustrating, the check-in procedure sent to us numerous times either did not work or gave us totally wrong information. It was frustrating to actually get into the unit. However, the actual condo more than made up for logistical issues. Would definitely rebook here!- Reviewed On: 6/21/2026

We recently transitioned to a new property management software system, and while we've worked hard to make the change as seamless as possible, there have unfortunately been some unexpected issues with automated messaging and check-in information. We understand how frustrating it is to receive conflicting instructions, especially after a long day of travel, and we appreciate your patience as we continue to resolve these issues.

We loved staying at this place! The view was beautiful, and the location was perfect. Breckenridge, Vail, and Leadville are all within a reasonable driving distance, which made exploring so easy. The condominium was quiet, and we really appreciated having two parking spaces. Everything we needed for our stay was provided.
The only thing worth noting is that the pantry was locked, and since we brought several groceries, we could have used that extra storage space. We also found ourselves needing a few extra trash bags. Other than that, our experience was wonderful. We truly loved this place and would definitely stay here again!- Reviewed On: 12/26/2025

Our stay with SCMR exceeded expectations. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and fairly easy to find- even driving there in the dark!
The kitchen and the super comfy king beds were definitely the stand outs.
The communications I had with the group were also quite positive. I talked to Jason on the phone who helped a lot with getting our trip squared away.

My group of 6 had an incredible stay. We loved the space and were surprised by how much bigger it was in person than it looked in the pictures. Everything was perfect. We loved the view from this unit, it was amazing watching the snow fall on Christmas Day. It is also less than a 5 minute drive from River Run village which was very convenient.
