Welcome to this inviting two-bedroom ski-in/ski-out unit, located less than a five-minute walk from the Gem and Pitchfork lifts. This cozy retreat comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, with sleeping arrangements that include a primary bedroom featuring a king bed, a second guest bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Everyone will have a perfect spot to rest after a day on the slopes!

As you enter the unit, you’ll find a convenient entryway with a bench and storage for shoes and gear, perfect for shedding layers after a day outdoors. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for family gatherings or catching up with friends.

The full kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar with seating for four, making it easy to whip up meals or enjoy a quick snack. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining table comfortably seats up to seven, providing a perfect setting for shared meals. The living area includes a flat-screen TV and easy access to the private balcony, as well as a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space when needed.

Step out onto the private balcony, where outdoor furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air and stunning views. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day on the slopes, sip your morning coffee, or enjoy the gorgeous sunsets.

The primary bedroom is complete with a flat-screen TV and an en suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower to refresh yourself after a long day. The guest bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed and flat-screen TV, making it a comfortable space for kids or extra guests. The guest bathroom, conveniently located off the entrance, features a combination shower and tub.

Additional amenities within the complex enhance your stay, including an outdoor pool-sized hot tub heated to 101 degrees with a shared seating area and coin-operated laundry facilities to stay fresh during your stay. Guests at Copper Valley also have access to the Copper Mountain Athletic Club across the street for $20 per day, which includes access to their pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness facilities. This unit is a perfect home base for your mountain adventures!

Good location about 150 yards to a small lift that will get you to Super Bee. The hot pool is fantastic. It was a bit nerve wracking having to wait till the last hour for a lockbox code to get into the unit.

Everything was great! The room was very clean. The master bed was super comfortable!! The hot tub was amazing! It is super close to a bus stop!! Just cross over the bridge. Kitchen was well equipped!! The only thing was I wish we would have had a few extra towels for the hot tub. We have 5 people in our family and we had to have the kids use the floor towels for the hot tub.

Great Location. Lovely. Practical, Clean and Cozy.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Being in the East Village, walk to the little. beginner lifts or a little longer over to SuperBee, and also a short walk over to Central Village. Very convenient underground parking spot with easy access to unit. Very well stocked kitchen for coooking. VERY comfy beds. Biggest issue was the property management when alerted to the fireplace not working. They gave useless direction by text and never sent anyone, saying they were busy and finally said they could send someone tomorrow, when we were checking out. SO, never had a fireplace. My only issue was that pitiful service of the property manager and not having a fireplace. Other than that, a really cozy spot and great value.

Unfortunately it is not always possible to send out maintenance immediately due to high business volumes. The fireplace has since been repaired and we are working on making our processes more efficient to improve for the future.

Nice Condo

Well appointed nice clean condo. Only complaint was I had asked for an early check in from the management company. They said they would put me on a list and let me know. I was never contacted. I happened to be staying in another unit in the building and know the unit was clean and empty all day.
