This updated two-bedroom, one-bathroom, ground-floor condo sleeps four across a king bed and a queen bed. Ideally located, this condo is a short walk to Ten Mile Creek, Frisco Main Street, and the free Summit Stage bus. It is also minutes from the Frisco Bay Marina, and the Frisco Adventure Park. You are never far from the shopping, dining and activities that Frisco has to offer! This unit's central location also makes for quick and convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.
The full-size kitchen offers granite countertops, a coffee maker and coffee, and all the essential cookware + tableware to make a delicious meal. Enjoy your meal at the breakfast bar, which seats four. The living area includes a wood-burning fireplace, Smart TV, and comfortable, modern furnishings. Head outside to the patio to soak in the crisp mountain air.
The spacious primary bedroom is located down the hall behind the living room and features a king-size bed, Smart TV, ceiling fan, modern decor, and a rocking chair. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed, a Smart TV, and a dresser. The shared bathroom is tastefully updated and includes a shower/tub combination, and a bidet. For your convenience, the bathroom is stocked with an initial supply of toiletries.

Pros-Wonderful unit-we were there to cook and the kitchen was excellent and well stocked with many of the things we needed. Wide and long bar space allowed us to spread out with our cooking. Beds were extremely comfortable and linens great-bedrooms nice and dark. Heating system effective and easy to operate. Bathroom was very well stocked with towels/toiletries. Shower head very nice and lots of hot water.
Cons-Lock combo didn't work when we arrived, although the management company was quick to respond to give us another code. They were slow (several hours) to respond when contacted prior to our arrival. Unit on bottom floor with noise from residents upstairs. Most irritating was the 5:00 PM check in time, with a charge of $15 per hour if it was available to check in earlier. That really is unacceptable when traveling a distance, and having to wait until dark and dinnertime to check in. That alone will keep me from renting from this management company again. Limited parking for 2 cars.- Reviewed On: 2/6/2026

We sincerely apologize if our replies felt delayed prior to your arrival. Mornings can be especially busy, as we often receive a very high volume of overnight emails and work through them as quickly as possible. For urgent needs, guests are always welcome to call or text us for faster assistance, and we’re glad we could quickly provide a new lock code upon arrival.
Regarding check-in time, our standard check-in is 4:30 PM, which is typical for properties in Summit County due to the extremely high turnover rate between guests. Unfortunately, Airbnb’s system only allows hour increments, so it displays as 5:00 PM, but the 4:30 time is clearly communicated in our check-in instructions. Early check-in is offered only when housekeeping schedules allow.
Parking is very limited throughout Summit County, and most properties — including this one — are restricted to one or two spaces. We understand this can be inconvenient when traveling with multiple vehicles.

Master bedroom is huge with a comfy bed and the queen bedroom is very cozy as well. We couldn't find the remote for the master bedroom TV but we downloaded the Fire TV remote app and that worked fine. Not a ton of storage in the kitchen for pantry items but we made it work. There were lots of utensils and cooking supplies provided. Decorated very cute and cozy, we were very comfortable! Great location!
My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location and perfect for a quick girls weekend. Many hikes close by that you can walk to right from the condo, and walk to Main Street in Frisco! Lots of food options on Main Street as well.- Reviewed On: 10/25/2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Relaxing stay in Frisco
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was just as the pictures show. Very clean, nice kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, master bed was a memory foam bed and comfortable. Location is close to Main Street. My wife and I enjoy Frisco because it is a more laid back town and good location for making day trips to Vail, Breckenridge and is 5 minutes from Dillon and Silverthorne. Also close to Keystone and Copper if you ski. The only thing they need to change are the instructions for entering the unit. Use the door key pad and not the master lock box to the right of the door, touch the bottom left of the keypad first then enter the number and no # sign.- Reviewed On: 8/13/2023

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Super quiet, very conveniently located unit. We could walk to Main Street for fun (.5 miles) but we were out of the busy-ness and noise of it. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to be able to control the different rooms temps individually. It is a lower level unit and parking was right outside our door. If there were people above us, we never heard them. Honestly we never heard anyone. Great little place for 2, 3 or even 4 people as long as you can share a bath.- Reviewed On: 8/8/2023
