Ideally located within walking distance of Ten Mile Creek, Frisco Main Street, and the free Summit Stage bus, this condo also puts the Frisco Bay Marina and Frisco Adventure Park just minutes away. Its central location provides convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Vail, making it a great home base for exploring Summit County year-round.

Wonderful

we had bikes and it was very easy to put our bikes into the unit and very close to the bike trails. The unit was clean and all our needs were met. A quick response to our questions. The unit said it had coffee provided, but only for two mornings and I would bring my own the next time. The beds were soft and I like firm. I know they cannot control the upstairs neighbor, but we think he is playing ball with his dog every night! Not a quiet unit at night.

We're sorry the noise from the upstairs neighbor impacted your evenings. This is the only unit we manage in the building, so unfortunately we don't have control over the actions of neighboring residents. However, if noise is occurring during the building's designated quiet hours, we're happy to report it to the HOA so they can address it. We also appreciate the feedback about the coffee. We provide an initial supply to get guests started, but guests are always welcome to stop by our office during their stay to pick up more if needed. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again!

I would stay there again if we were in the area.

The property was conveniently located near the local resorts and downtown Frisco. The condo had most everything you needed to feel at home, cook meals, smart TV's throughout, and good internet. Room for improvement would be providing decent coffee for your stay (I suggest bringing your own, especially if you're staying over 2 nights). More hand soaps and shampoo would be nice as well. Lastly, if you are a light sleeper the noise from other units could be an issue, I personally sleep really hard, but my wife wasn't a fan of the upstairs tenants early morning routine. Also, I was initially given the wrong code to unlock the door, so it took us a little time and a phone call to get in when we arrived at 10pm. But they got us in without too much delay.

Pros-Wonderful unit-we were there to cook and the kitchen was excellent and well stocked with many of the things we needed. Wide and long bar space allowed us to spread out with our cooking. Beds were extremely comfortable and linens great-bedrooms nice and dark. Heating system effective and easy to operate. Bathroom was very well stocked with towels/toiletries. Shower head very nice and lots of hot water.
Cons-Lock combo didn't work when we arrived, although the management company was quick to respond to give us another code. They were slow (several hours) to respond when contacted prior to our arrival. Unit on bottom floor with noise from residents upstairs. Most irritating was the 5:00 PM check in time, with a charge of $15 per hour if it was available to check in earlier. That really is unacceptable when traveling a distance, and having to wait until dark and dinnertime to check in. That alone will keep me from renting from this management company again. Limited parking for 2 cars.

For urgent needs, guests are always welcome to call or text us for faster assistance, and we’re glad we could quickly provide a new lock code upon arrival.
Regarding check-in time, our standard check-in is 4:30 PM, which is typical for properties in Summit County due to the extremely high turnover rate between guests. Unfortunately, Airbnb’s system only allows hour increments, so it displays as 5:00 PM, but the 4:30 time is clearly communicated in our check-in instructions. Early check-in is offered only when housekeeping schedules allow.
Parking is very limited throughout Summit County, and most properties — including this one — are restricted to one or two spaces. We understand this can be inconvenient when traveling with multiple vehicles.
We truly appreciate your feedback and are glad that many aspects of the unit met your expectations. Your comments help us continue improving both our communication and guest experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Creekside Condos in Frisco! The condo was beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. The location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby trails, shops, and restaurants while still providing a peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a smooth stay. There were lots of utensils and cooking supplies provided. Decorated very cute and cozy, we were very comfortable! Only a 5 minute walk to the bus stop to get to Copper Mountain and also a very close 10 minute or so walk to town. Would recommend!

We had a great 3-night stay here. We skied at Vail and Beaver Creek during the day (30-40 min drive ) and enjoyed the laidback, casual environment of Frisco in the evenings. The property was very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location and perfect for a quick girls weekend. Many hikes close by that you can walk to right from the condo, and walk to Main Street in Frisco! Lots of food options on Main Street as well.

Location is close to Main Street. My wife and I enjoy Frisco because it is a more laid back town and good location for making day trips to Vail, Breckenridge and is 5 minutes from Dillon and Silverthorne. Also close to Keystone and Copper if you ski. The only thing they need to change are the instructions for entering the unit. Use the door key pad and not the master lock box to the right of the door, touch the bottom left of the keypad first then enter the number and no # sign.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, and perfectly equipped for a mountain getaway. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, and quietly tucked away out of the oftentimes crowded areas. The beautifully updated condo had everything we needed, the beds were quite comfortable, and enjoyed our stay here!

Perfection! Our stay here was so nice - the condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to Frisco’s Main St (shopping, restaurants). Fantastic communication with the property management folks ensured easy check-in/check-out, and support was available in case we needed recommendations for things to see/do in the area.

The condo worked perfectly for our stay. It is a beautiful space and very conveniently located. The area was quiet and peaceful. I would stay there again for sure.
