Description
This recently updated condo in Breckenridge sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features new furnishings and electronics. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The open floor plan to the dining and living areas invites gathering at the end of a long day on the slopes. Crystal Peak Lodge is a ski in/ski out complex that offers shared amenities, including and outdoor plaza with w/hot tubs, a fire pit, and a fireplace. Guests of Crystal Peak Lodge are able to access the shared amenities at One Ski Hill, including an indoor pool and bowling alley.
The entryway offers plenty of storage for your vacation gear. This property is located on the ground floor which means no carrying luggage up and down stairs. Not to mention, you can walk right out of the property and head to the lifts that are just off the complex.
The living room features new furniture, a fireplace and a flat screen TV. The sleeper sofa offers an additional sleeping arrangement and the extra sheets and blankets can be found in the closet. Off of the living room is access to the patio where you can actually see the gondola. The dining area is adjacent to the living area, surrounded by windows with access to the patio. The dining table seats six.
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar at the large granite topped island seats three. Enjoy the convenience of private laundry, and laundry soap has been provided for your convenience. The first of two full bathrooms is just across from the kitchen, with a private access from the guest bedroom also. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.
The primary bedroom, just off the living room, features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite bathroom has double sinks, a walk-in shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. It has its own access to the guest bathroom.

Really nice place to take the family. You cannot beat the location and the ability to just hop on the gondola and go into town. The condo was really clean and stocked appropriately. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Breck.- Reviewed On: 8/31/2025

Our stay was very enjoyable. It was like a home away from home. The parking garage has a height of 8"3" for those of you with taller vehicles. The pool use at One Ski Hill was great and only a short ride on the gondola.
The shuttle service was amazing!

Annual Breck Ski Trip
My 17 yo daughter & I stayed here 4 nights for our 5th annual PTC school-break ski trip. Condo is on ground floor, so not too many units on that level, which made it pretty quiet. The gondola runs right outside, but it’s.not obtrusive at all. Condo was nicely furnished & well-stocked. Beds were comfy, too. Peak 7 Independence chair is literally steps outside the ski locker on the first floor. Very convenient for first tracks! Speaking of, we took advantage of the First Tracks program on Friday & headed over to Peak 9 at 7:30 to ride Quicksilver up & stay at top of 9 for 60 minutes of trail lapping. It was totally worth the early morning wake up! Only hiccup was one of our room keys didn’t work, but called host & she managed another way to get us in. Lesson learned, double-check all keys every time you leave the room! Overall, a fabulous stay!- Reviewed On: 2/18/2025

Wonderful stay. The lodge is perfectly located at the base of Peak 7. Rented skis from Breck Sports which was right next to the ski locker. Best for skiers who want to ski blues or blacks rather than beginners. The condo faces away from the slopes with a view of the gondola.- Reviewed On: 2/27/2023

We tried brewing several times with the pot that is currently there with no luck. Secondly, the matress in the bedroom with the king size bed should be replaced soon.- Reviewed On: 2/20/2023
