Nestled in the center of Keystone's River Run Village, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo places you just steps from lifts, restaurants, and shops. It comfortably accommodates eight guests with a king-size bed in the primary suite, a twin-over-full bunk (plus a twin trundle) in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The inviting living room centers on a stone-surrounded gas fireplace, a mounted TV, and a couch that converts to an extra sleeper sofa, opening onto a private balcony that offers mountain and pool views. The full kitchen is stocked with stainless-steel appliances and all essential cookware, while the dining table seats four.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, bath/shower combo, and a separate water closet for added privacy. A convenient guest bathroom sits just off the entryway.

Guests can enjoy Dakota Lodge's shared outdoor pool, hot tub, available year-round, providing a perfect blend of comfort and convenience for a memorable Keystone stay.

excellent location!

The apartment it's very clean, excellent location. All in all a good visit to Colorado. The gondola at Breckenridge was free and that gave us a good trip up the mountain, Loveland pass it's beautiful and it's an amazing bike ride to get up there. Next time I'll do Mount Evans.

place was clean and comfortable!

Place is nice and at the resort. You can walk to the gondola, restaurants and shops. Host was very kind. Overall, place was clean and comfortable.

You will definitely have a great time here!

You will definitely have a great time here. The condo was spotless, the check-in was hassle free and the grounds were very well maintained. My kids loved the bunk beds and the pool. So much to see and do in summit county. Thanks for a great experience, can’t wait to go next year. This is our second year at Dave’s place and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I would stay again for sure and highly recommend.

This is an amazing property! It is sooo close to the Keystone ski slopes, you could say is virtually ski in ski out! The village is very nice with plenty of restaurants and bars. Staying at this property saved me a lot of hassle I. Parking and traffic. It is very cozy, clean and has all amenities needed, the 2 hot tubs and the big heated pool are a blessing after a day of ski! Dave is super responsive and accommodating, I would stay again for sure and highly recommend.

We had a great time!

We had a terrific stay!

We had a terrific stay at Dave’s Keystone condo. It was just as listed; everything was in great condition and clean and the beds were all comfortable. Lots of games in the kids’ room, and the pool and hot tub were just outside. Many thanks!

We enjoyed staying at the condo!

We enjoyed staying at the condo. We had great weather for skiing at Keystone and also drove 8 mins to A-basin for a couple of days of skiing. The hot tub and pool are awesome and really easy access from the condo.

Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Keystone!

My family of four had a great week-long stay at Dave's condo. It's exactly as described in the listing. The condo is well equipped, and building has a great heated pool, hot tubs, and a playground and mini golf right across the street -- perfect for families. The location is right in the heart of Keystone, with restaurants and shops right around the corner. Dave was very communicative and responded immediately to our questions. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Keystone!

You can’t beat this location!
