1. I didn't like having to drive around to one place in a small town to get check-in stuff. The folks were super nice, however. 2. I'm a coffee drinker but I came to ski, not search around for decent coffee. What was provided was thin and of poor quality. Next time, I'll bring my own.

My wide and I had a great stay here of one week. Perfect location for the bike rides I wanted to do in the area. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed to cook the majority of our meals. The balcony overlooks the swimming pool and the ski lift. All the people we met here during our stay were incredibly friendly.

This was a great place for my husband and and me to spend a few days skiing. It is right next to River Run village and a 5 minute walk to the gondola. What an amazing location!!! It is small but had everything we needed and the goal of a ski vacation for us to be on the slopes, not in the condo. We bought food at a grocery store for breakfast and lunch and then had dinners out. Our only complaint about the building was the one elevator. It was as incredibly slow and once didn’t even move. We took the stairs down most of the times and only used it to go up. It was great to have covered parking. Be sure to use the humidifiers. We put both in the bedroom when we slept. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We highly recommend this place for a visit if you are ok with a small but cozy place.

The Dakota Lodge was in a great location. Just steps from everything you could need, including the gondola and ski lifts. The hot tubs and sauna were wonderful after the long ski days. The Dakota Lodge was in a great location. Just steps from everything you could need, including the gondola and ski lifts. The hot tubs and sauna were wonderful after the long ski days. My Fiancée and I did an early season trip to Keystone and Breckenridge and had a great stay! Easily walked to a few different restaurants and about 3 minutes to the gondola. The hot tub was down for maintenance during our stay, but they gave us access to a sister property’s hot tub/pool. The only downside is you have to drive 4 minutes down the road to pick up the key cards for access to the property, but it wasn’t enough to make us not want to stay again. They also sent out a very detailed guidebook with local recommendations for restaurants and property details, which was very useful.

Clean condo & well kept property. Cute little shops/restaurants within walking distance. Lovely little ski town although we very much enjoyed our visit during the Summer.. Only complaint was the speed of the elevator.

Only complaint is there’s a giant rusty metal moose head above the bed, mounted by a screw that was half way out of the drywall lol. I would suggest moving the moose head elsewhere - made me nervous every night! Otherwise loved the condo, very clean and cozy.

It looks recently remodeled. Good furniture, a comfortable bed (I haven't tested the sofa in the living room), new kitchen appliances and cookware. It's very clean except for a tiny spot of what looks like mold or mildew in a crack above the bathtub. My only suggestion to the owners is to add a cutting board to their array of cookware. The advertised check-in time was 4:30, but the key cards were ready at least by 4:10. The rental agency communicates very proactively, -- they send you plenty of emails and sms with information (helpful, in my view), -- so, I wish they would've notified me as soon as the keys were ready.

My husband and I had a great time in Keystone! This property has a great view of the mountains. It is so close to all the restaurants and shops. It is the perfect location for your travels to Keystone!

This property was so pretty and in a great location. We loved walking to the shops and riding the nearby gondola. I loved the pool area below. We have two kids and the sofa was just enough room for them to sleep. There were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. They also had fans which was nice. We loved it so much we are planning on visiting again and bringing our extended family next time! We went from Keystone to the Rocky Mountain National Forest and over to Estes Park and this was a great "tour" of Colorado vacation for our family.

Also overlooks the pool and jacuzzis, which can be a little noisy, but not a problem since they close at 10 p.m.. Communication from the property management company is good, and if you pay attention to the emails they send you, there is absolutely no confusion/issues with checking in. Everything was in working order and bed was pretty comfortable. My only comments for improvement would be that it's getting time to update the unit (carpet's worn, bathroom and kitchen are a little dated) and they need to move the furniture so the couch faces the fireplace (or invest in an inexpensive corner seating arrangement and a couple of smaller chairs...and move the TV above the fireplace, if possible). Great size for a couple, or maybe a young family of four...it would get tight with older kids.

My only suggestion would be field the owner to add some towel hooks in the bathroom as there is no place to hang towels or suits. Also the condo building should add signage so it’s clear that you should take garbage to the parking level and not place by trash cans or in hall. All in all, it is as advertised and we’ll plan to return to this area and possibly same condo in future.

This location was perfect. There are tons of coffee shop, restaurants, and hiking trails in the area. The apartment was super clean with a spectacular view of the mountains. Can’t wait to come back!

Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely getaway weekend here!Loved the location, the super comfy bed and couches, the excellent view, and the kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. Even a waffle iron! Loved the pool, two hot tubs, and sauna. Also loved the all natural soaps in the unit!Only a couple of things were not up to standard and were very very small (but did matter enough to mention). The heating system feels really temperamental/inaccurate. If you set it to 60, the unit will be boiling hot. The other is smaller but important especially as the days get darker -- the two lamps in the living room have these really gross bluish fluorescent bulbs that make the cozy condo feel clinical. Get warm tinted LEDs!Overall lovely stay and absolutely would and will recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Had a lovely getaway weekend here!Loved the location, the super comfy bed and couches, the excellent view, and the kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking. Even a waffle iron! Loved the pool, two hot tubs, and sauna. Also loved the all natural soaps in the unit!Only a couple of things were not up to standard and were very very small (but did matter enough to mention). The heating system feels really temperamental/inaccurate. If you set it to 60, the unit will be boiling hot. The other is smaller but important especially as the days get darker -- the two lamps in the living room have these really gross bluish fluorescent bulbs that make the cozy condo feel clinical. Get warm tinted LEDs!Overall lovely stay and absolutely would and will recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Communication about check-in was sent frequently, the many reminders helped my sometimes absentee brain. I was a bit annoyed at having to log in to a different platform to get instructions instead of getting them here on airbnb, but the website was awesome! It had detailed check in and out instructions with clothing recommendations for the season and lists of restaurants and emergency contacts and so on. Check in was easy and no human contact was even needed lol. I loved the condo, the decoration was cute, the fireplace was cozy, and the entire place was stocked with cooking implements and comfort items. I was so happy to discover the humidifier and fan in the closet! It was hot and dry when I was there, these things helped so much. The room keys are very sensitive, putting one by my car keys demagnetized it. So be careful. The location over the pool can get quite noisy, people have parties and play music. That was the only downside. Everyone minded the quiet hours though so that was nice. The underground garage was awesome. Highly recommend this place!

The directions are all very clear, the location is prime (less than a five minute walk to the gondola), the view is fantastic, and the condo was clean and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

Great location very close to the gondola. There is shopping and restaurants in the same complex. We ate in most of the time when we were not on the mountain and this place is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The view from the balcony is amazing. The staff answered all our questions and they were very helpful when we had questions.

Great cozy place right in Keystone. We were there after the season closed so most of the restaurants and shops were closed but it was perfect for our ski day at A-Basin. I also needed help having something sent to me while I was staying there and they were very accommodating receiving the package and holding it till I could pick it up!

Summit County Mountain Retreats was an amazing place to stay! You are close enough to beautiful areas to hike yet close to shops in case you need something. We really enjoyed our place and our room. The Dakota Lodge is an amazing condo association, with spectacular amenities and even better convenience to all the wonder and enjoyment Keystone has to offer. The rooms are quiet and comfortable and offer everything you could need for a long weekend get away. Would definitely return!

Very comfortable condo overlooking Dercum Mountain and the resorr pool. Although on a higher level, we could hear everyone loud and clear in the pool. Thankfully the pool closed at 10pm sharp after which we slept soundly! Location is phenomenol!! Walking distance to pool/hot tub, bars and restaurants, coffee and breakfast options. 5min walk to Gondola. We loved our visit! We'll be back!

What a wonderful experience!! Hands down, this is a much better alternative to a Hotel!! 5 min walk to the village and gondola. Very clean and comfortable. Heated garage parking is also a big plus!!! This was for a special occasion and it was a big highlight to the trip! Highly recommend!!!!

Great location close to the village area with restaurants and a nice view of the mountain. Walkable to the gondola which was great-we came in for a lunch break after skiing in the morning and it was great to warm up and avoid the mountain prices for food. Love the underground heated parking. Hot tub and pool set up was also very nice and a great way to unwind after hitting the slopes. Met several nice families at the hot tub and a great place for a family ski experience - this unit would be good for a family but no more than four as it just has one bedroom and the pullout couch. I would highly recommend!

The place is fantastic! Clean, great amenities, great location, lovely view, comfortable bed all around fantastic!
The only thing we had a little bit of an issue finding the place (granted we were exhausted and hangry) but other than that the stay was great! And they had staff easily accessible for our questions!
Would highly reccommend
