We had a pleasant stay. The elevator wasn't working the first day, but after notifying SCMR it was promptly fixed by the second day. The condo was nice and in a super convenient location for access to Keystone Village.

Our stay was lovely! The home was clean, quiet, and spacious. Skiing, restaurants, and the village were just outside the door. Easy check in/check out, and very quick responses to any questions.
However - I suggest packing your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash! :) They were very limited in quantity and not good quality.

Loved our time here

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect condo for our stay in Keystone. The condo was very clean and worked well for the 3 of us. The building was nice, underground parking made it easy to bring in luggage. The area was beautiful! We loved being able to walk out the door to restaurants, coffee shops, and even an art fair one day. Being right at the bottom of Keystone Ski hill and gondola made for great views. Lots and lots of beautiful hiking nearby - our favorite was Loveland Pass, West Ridge Trail - the views were spectacular! We already want to come back

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb during our annual family ski trip. The ski-in, ski-out access was our major selling point and made hitting the slopes incredibly convenient. The ski locks also really helped with storing all of our gear. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable ski vacation. Well worth the price for the peace of mind!

Quick getaway for fall foliage!🍂

Property was very clean and cozy. There is a heated pool and hot tub that unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy. The parking garage is great since it has an elevator that goes straight up into the units. This unit has a view of the pool and the mountains. There are also carts to bring your things into the unit. Would definitely stay again.

It was exactly like photos, elevator was out of service, once I spoke with lister, they were on it immediately and were able to use elevator rest of stay. Pool was amazing and clean and we were lucky to have it all to ourselves. The photos are a little old as new buildings have come up behind the pool though you can still see the ski runs. You do have to go find your keys in a lockbox but it was super close and super easy to locate had no issue at all. My family really enjoyed their stay. We were able to walk for coffee in the mornings and golf course, river run village and keystone grocery all are 5-6 minutes away. Kitchen was fully stocked and the provided dish detergent and normal daily use kitchen items were full. I loved having a balcony looking over the pool. The kiddos did not want to leave the water! Absolutely wonderful and will 100% book again!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Keystone. Check in requires a pickup of keys just down the road. Added perhaps 10-15 minutes to getting checked in, but the pickup location was close and the process was easy and quick.
The place is great, there were only three of us so we felt we had plenty of space. We enjoyed the pool and location to everything. There is construction going on in the Keystone village that started pretty early, but that can't be controlled. Good place to stay if you want to be in the village!

So close to everything

Over looked the pool and hot tub. Great view. Checkin process was a bit much, going to a different location for the key. Also got about 10 communications to read/review the check in process. Otherwise it was pretty easy to do. I would have been happy with the initial email and 1 more 24 hrs before my visit versus the numerous ones I got plus the texts. Place was nice, seemed like it had decent amenities.

Ample Space for Five

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Myself, wife, kids 6 and 3, plus my mom. We had plenty of room and loved the view of River Run side slopes. Free high speed WiFi. The TV has streaming apps, Hulu and Disney Plus, however no local cable or satellite. The kitchen is stocked with essential cooking utensils, silverware, plates and bowls. Full fridge and freezer, stove, over, microwave and dishwasher. The heated spa and pool made recovery from hitting the slopes relaxing and refreshing. If I’m being picky about one thing, this unit needs new carpet in the bedrooms. For those who own a Tahoe, Suburban, Yukon, or Escalade, your vehicle will fit in the garage but not with a Thule XL. We took ours off and put it in the Suburban to avoid paying for oversized parking at $25/night. I would definitely stay here again.

Thank you so much for all of your compliments on the unit and all it has to offer! We really appreciate your perfect review and hope to see you back in Keystone soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect location for a family looking to be close to the village (stones throw if you go through the pool area) and wanting an outdoor pool experience. Check in was easy, the pool was great and includes towel service! Sadly the elevator was broken, so we got our exercise going up 4 flights. But it was just fine. The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious - perfect for a group of 4 people. I would rebook anytime we wanted to stay in Keystone.

Kitchen table a little to big for the space but other then that - condo was perfect! Clean, generous towel supply, cosy sitting by fireplace after long day skiing, comfy beds, easy walk to gondola. Did not use the hot tubs - too many people in them, sauna was closed for repair.

Family Summer Vacation

Overall we would stay there again. This condo is perfectly located to all the summer activities, restaurants, and shopping we wanted. The condo was as described. It was the perfect size for a family of 4 and had everything you needed for cooking and feelinglike at home for a week. There were lots of pillows to choose from and portable fans, as there is no air conditioning. The windows do open and with the fans at night it cooled down. We did have a few dislikes, however. The guest queen bed, was very uncomfortable and hard. It needs to be replaced or a gel topper provided. The carpet in the rooms seemed dingy and had bumps in a few places were it's been stretched out. We requested clean towels as allowed per policy and NEVER got them or got a response, which was a bit disappointing. Finally, it appeared as there were a few drops of old dried blood on the master room shower curtain, which was gross. But, overall, we enjoyed the facility and would recommend to others.

We enjoyed our stay in Keystone - this unit is in a great location with access to the slopes, ice skating, restaurants and shops. The only down side of staying at any unit in this location is the parking - only one car can park in the garage per unit. We had 2 cars for our party of 5 and had to secure paid parking for the 2nd car. The unit itself was comfortable and worked well for our group of 4 adults & 1 child.

The unit was well stocked and nicely furnished. (There were a couple trim pieces missing/loose in areas and those could be easily fixed and weren't too much of a problem.) We extended our stay by a few days and it was easy to get extra items we needed. All our questions and requests were quickly answered and taken care of by the staff. The condo was clean, smelled great, and larger than I thought it would be. It was perfect for our vacation. My husband and I used the master bedroom and bath, while our daughter took the extra bedroom and guest bath. Being able to provide a separate space was perfect. Each bedroom has a tv, a comfy bed, and gave everyone a place to retreat and relax when needed. Being a few minutes walk from the village was also perfect! We were able to pick up groceries we forgot, get ice cream after dinner, and just wander around and look at the beautiful flowers. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice summer vacation!

The apartment has a perfect location for walking to the slopes, the view was amazing, hot tub was great, etc. I highly recommend staying here!

The location is so convenient for skiing, shops and restaurants at River Run. Could not get a better location.
The condo had a great fireplace, balcony and a really nice sized master. The living room was a little small but worked fine. The second bedroom was small. The kitchen was well equipped and had sharp knives which is a rare treat. The hot tub and pool was a big hit for our kids. The condo overlooked the pool and mountain. Clean, safe and quiet.
Has a parking garage which was nice but very tight. Somewhat difficult navigating a large vehicle. But was nice not having to shovel off snow.
Building elevator (only 1 for whole building) was very slow.
The only concern was having to deal with the resort property outside of airBNB. We had to call the office during the day after booking which was a pain and part of the reason why we go through air bnb to avoid that kind of hassle. But aside from
That all was ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was in a beautiful setting and great location and had everything we needed. River Run Village is perfect. However, the unit itself was in need of more detailed cleaning. THe carpet has a big stain, the grout in the shower was very dirty, and the kitchen and tub faucets were very loose.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So many great things to say about this property! My favorite thing was the private balcony (not adjacent to any other balconies) with an gorgeous view of the mountains and ski runs. Kitchen was well equipped; we also loved that the unit included fans, humidifiers, and down comforters. The location in River Run Village was perfect in that you could easily walk there in two minutes, but were far enough away for privacy. Finally, highest compliments to the Summit County Mountain Retreats staff. Everyone I spoke to was super friendly and helpful; when I did encounter an issue, William went above and beyond to resolve in a spectacular fashion. Will definitely stay here again!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything with the condo was great. The view is great. It says on the management company's paperwork to ask for an extra parking pass if you need one. We called to ask for an extra one and we were told "we do give out extra passes but it will be at your own risk since keystone only allows one per condo and you could be towed". Ummmm then it's not really a parking pass then is it?

Something stood out to me...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was great - a view of the slope, overlooking the pool/hot tub area. Parking is convenient. Rentals only a few feet from the building. Groceries available within a block. I was most impressed with Keystone in general. We bought three day tickets for everyone but two members of our group chose not to ski after the first day. With no fuss we were refunded the two unused days on the lift tickets and the two unused days for the ski rentals. So many places would not have refunded unused lift and rental fees and I am eager to return to Keystone. Great condo, great community and a great experience for me and my family.

A Very Happy Thanksgiving 2013.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the first time that my wife and 2 daughters (ages 12 & 14)had ever been out West. We are from Florida and use to vacationing at the beaches and mountains in the Southeast. We were pleasantly surprised to find the driving conditions to be mild with no ice and less steep roads than we have found in the Smokey Mountains. Everything at River Run was first class; the rooms were very nice and clean, the village was perfect (with shops & restaurants), and we couldn't stop talking about how nice everyone was on our vacation. We are very protective of our teenage daughters, but felt comfortable allowing them to go out into the village by themselves to shop and explore. My wife and I enjoyed the skiing. It was much different than what had experienced close to home. The slopes were much longer and the lift lines were much shorter. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation that our family will remember always.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful location that can't be beat! Close to amenities and fun activities. Really the only less than satisfying aspect of our lodging was the keycards used to get everywhere--they were very sensitive to how you swiped them, so it often took us several tries to get into any door. Other than that, a great place to stay!

Great mountain view

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great. We had a great view of the slopes and the heated pool and hot tub were right outside ou windows. This condo will sleep 6 but it is small which makes having a place for 6 people's luggage a challenge. Our only complaint was that there was cable tv only on the tv in the living room. The 2 bedrooms had tv's but only had 6-7 channels.
