The staff was amazing especially Adam! Thank you for allowing us into the unit early! We really loved using the spaces in the unit and also made wonderful meals. Our view from the balcony was amazing. Very comfortable and was sad to leave! We hope to be back In 2 years when my boys graduate college! Thank you for adding that extra touch to our vacation! I do have one complaint, the elevator was not working on the last day and we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. Small but a complaint!

Loved the spacious home! Beautiful views and extremely conveniently located!
Nothing the owners could do and not anything against them! Depending on the other guests who are there, it is a little loud as sound travels. Fans in the rooms help cut down on the rowdier guests 😊

The kids loved the pool and we liked our location with the lake out our back door. The General store was very lacking in real groceries though. Also, couldn’t control the temp on the air conditioner. Couldn’t watch some channels on tv as the person/owner didn’t sign out when they left.
We definitely want to go back again. We had a great time with our grandkids. They were asking about going back as soon as we got in the car to leave!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We're so glad to hear you and your grandkids had such a wonderful time and enjoyed the pool and your overall stay. Hearing that they were already asking to come back made us smile!
We did want to clarify that this property does not have air conditioning, as A/C is uncommon in the Colorado high country due to the area's typically mild summer temperatures. It's possible another temperature control in the home was mistaken for an air conditioning thermostat.
We're also sorry to hear about the TV issue. Had we known during your stay, we'd have been happy to help resolve it so you could enjoy all of the available channels.
Thank you again for your kind words, and we look forward to welcoming you and your family back for another memorable getaway!

This was our first AirBnB experience and we were not disappointed. We had a 2bed 2bath with 2 balconies. One being in the master bedroom which had a beautiful view of the sunset. Both had Mountain Views. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Tons of items available that we actually did end up needing like spices, pans, utensils, extra blankets and towels. There was even board games and now I have to buy Scrabble for at home. The pools and hot tubs were so warm! Even though it’s July it was still really chilly in the evenings so that was great! Lots of shops and restaurants in walking and close driving distance. A super cool rushing creek in River Run we walked around. It’s about 10 mins or less from Dillon and Silverthorne Outlets and 15 from the Continental Divide on Loveland Pass which is absolutely beautiful if you don’t mind driving through the mountains! Highly recommend. I definitely hope to make it back! Thank you for providing such an affordable and beautiful experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Convenience is the key at this condo! Close to the restaurants and shops as well as the ski lifts. The only issue was the microwave doesn’t work properly- the only buttons that work were the express buttons. Couldn’t CANCEL or set power levels, etc. should be an easy repair. Pool and hot tubs were good!

We had a wonderful time. The people at the lodge were amazing! Every staff member we came in contacted with was kind and so helpful! The unit was clean and comfy. The balcony's were a great place for morning coffee and afternoon chats with friends. My one and only complaint is there were renovations happening in the unit below us and they began sanding, drilling, and hammering at 8:45am on a Saturday. This was my first weekend away from my kids and I didn't get to sleep in like I had hoped. This is deffinatly a great weekend get away and I can't wait to come back for ski season!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second summer in a row to stay in River Run Village. Last year, our condo faced towards the village and received a lot of noise during the night. We chose this condo that faced outward to avoid some noise, and that worked very well. We still felt very connected to the village activities, but were able to sleep comfortably. There were a few items that needed repaired upon visiting the unit, which the management company took care of the next morning. Overall, we really enjoyed the space. It was very roomy, loved all the linens that were available, great location. We would definitely come back!

This was our second year in a row to stay at River Run Village. We chose a unit facing outward rather than inward this time for less night time noise and it helped. Sleeping was quite comfortable. The kitchen has lots of dishes but not much in the line of storage containers. That is the only “complaint” if we must, but overall a great stay. We would definitely go back!

I stayed at this property for four nights. It was spotless, well taken care of, and the check in/check out were a breeze. Kitchen was equipped much nicer than I expected with enough place settings for probably 8 people. Plenty of knives, small kitchen appliances, pots and pans. An excellent property with no issues.
Be aware that in the master bedroom closet is a humidifier. It's basically high desert out there and it will dry you out. The humidifier helped greatly.
