Description

This updated fourth floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with outdoor seating overlooking the Dakota Lodge pool and hot tub area and incredible slope views beyond that. Plus an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and hardwood flooring. This vacation rental is centrally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and festivities. Plus, you're a short walk from the high-speed gondola. Dakota Lodge offers shared amenities including the largest pool in Keystone with slope views and two oversized hot tubs. The complex is also right next to Dercum Square which features an ice rink during winter and a mini golf course during the summer.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a beautiful gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and a queen-size sleeper sofa. Extra linens are in a closet. The private balcony is just off of the living area and features beautiful slope views to the south.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and hardwood floors. The dining area comfortably seats four across a beautiful wooden high-top dining table.

The bedroom features a king-sized bed on our Ivory White Bedding program, a mounted flat screen TV, full-size mirror and closet for storage. The full bathroom is just across the hall and has a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. The bathroom comes stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

Clean and convenient stay. A great size for three (including one child). Easy walk to the gondola, to equipment rental, and to several restaurants. Parking was easy in garage beneath the building. Access to ski locker and two outdoor hot tubs was nice. Host was responsive and delivered salt and pepper quickly after we let them know they were out. Would stay here again!

This was a wonderful apartment in perfect location with all the right amenities. Clean, close to River Run and
gondola. The only thing was that apartment was hot and I was not able to make much change to the temperature but we mitigated it with open windows. I commented this to the Summit team and they acknowledged and offered suggestions. I still think it was absolutely wonderful place to stay. Would select it again for sure!

Unit was clean and neat. Windows in living room would only open part way (unit was warm inside on arrival). Kitchen was good, ice maker in freezer worked well. Had one morning where hot water for shower was a little slow in coming. Bed was comfortable!Very easy access to River Run Village and easy parking in garage underneath building. Hot tubs were great! Had one day where the elevator wasn't working for a few hours but all good after that.

Excellent room. Stayed over Thanksgiving. Lucky to have a snowstorm while there which opened more ski trails. Room has great view and very close to food, lifts, and equipment rentals. The locker room is fantastic! Plan accordingly if you use a taxi, shuttle, or Uber and make sure they will take you to the office for the key or you will have to walk 1.5 miles round trip. Not a problem if you plan ahead. Otherwise, excellent room and facilities.

The lodge is very nice, the weather is amazing during the summer and there is multiple hot tubs. Very great price and plenty of things to do and eat or drink nearby.

Great, only for perfection, another shampoo tube, shower would spray not stream and cleaning people would take trash out, but minor great room and stay thank you :)

Nice Keystone Dakota Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Dakota #8522. The unit is updated and does not feel tramped for a one bedroom condo. Master bed is very comfortable. The 4th floor provides a nice view of slopes but the one elevator can be slow (used stairs many times). Dakota lodge has a great location (near gondola, ski rental, village, ice rink) and has convenient pool/hot tubs and ski lockers. PM did a good job cleaning unit prior to our stay. We would stay here again!
