Enjoy the comfort of this oversized 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom penthouse condo in the heart of River Run Village. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this spacious mountain retreat features vaulted ceilings, a private balcony overlooking Dercum Square, a primary suite with Ivory White Bedding, and the convenience of private in-unit laundry. Just steps from shopping, dining, and the high-speed gondola, it's the perfect home base for your Keystone getaway.

A queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper sofa provide additional sleeping accommodations, while the private balcony overlooks Dercum Square with mountain views beyond, offering a front-row seat to winter ice skating and summer mini golf.

Kitchen and Dining:
The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware needed to prepare meals at home. The dining table comfortably seats six guests, with two additional seats available at the breakfast bar for casual dining.

This place is clean, cute and in a great location. Walkable to shops, food and lifts. We loved the space! Balcony overlooks the skating rink, was fun to watch.
Negative: A 5:00 check in and 10:00 check out wasn’t favorable for the price you pay. Most places we stay in do 3:00-11:00 which is much better. I requested an early check in and was told I had to pay an extra $15 an hour for early check in…seems very greedy! I have never had that issue at another Airbnb. If the place is clean and ready early why not let the paying guest in? I requested the early check in anyway and got no response until after we checked out. Poor communication!

Labor Day Getaway

Stayed at this lovely property for several days over Labor Day weekend. The check in process is at an offsite location but it’s extremely easy. Loved the covered garage parking and that the property offers shopping carts and luggage carts in the garage. The property site is very quiet and clean. We loved the huge comfy bed and enjoyed that the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook up something nice. Tea kettle but no tea unfortunately. We locked ourselves out accidentally and team was so responsive and helpful l. Loved the hot tub as well. We loved it so much we extended our stay another day.

Nice unit, lots of room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very roomy compared to other similar units we have rented in the village in the past. Everything worked great except we had trouble using the washer/dryer combo unit. The unit worked but we had trouble making it work as we felt the directions on the top of the machine were incomplete or could have been more specific. But we got our clothes washed and dried. It just took longer than we expected.
